Had the worst experience I ever had in a shipping company before, the people there where so unprofessional and overwhelmed. My advise for UPS is to change the company that represents them in the country. For now stick to Aramex or DHL.

Don't even think sending your valuable items through this courier services. They may gets damaged. And ask more money while sending and receiving the items. Very unprofessional and unethical services they are giving. There are so many other couriers which are providing less expensive with great care. Don't go with this service.

Poor service if you you are outside Doha. They hold the package for days before sending it. When call them to enquire about the package they don't give you the correct respond. They say will let you know and they do not. I strongly advice against it if you are outside Doha.

Very poor customer service. I had to call many times to just track my parcel( which isn't delivered till now). The coordination between the agents who attend the phone and driver is nil I suppose. They never bother to call back the customer incase the call got cut while having a conversation. And it takes ages for someone to attend the phone. I tried to call and inform them that I won't be at the delivery address always as it is a business center. I tried to help them by informing them my working hours . But their attitude is just cold. Plus no driver called me on Thursday to inform me the status of my parcel before they conveniently delayed it.

Bad customer service, don't deliver on time, and keep making excuses for not delivering. I had to drive myself to pick up the package!

The service is so substandard. I have used their service to ship some items and its been two weeks I am still waiting for the items. The company is not even providing me an update on the current status of the shipment. As per the information from their staff, the items was in Qatar customs for two weeks, even after providing the required documents. This is the first time I am using this service and it became a nightmare and made to decide to not to go ahead anymore. I strongly recommend to use DHL over UPS.

UPS please change it as delay service. From India to doha I get parcel through DHL within 3 days but almost 7 days passed away u have not yet deliver my parcel . Waste of time and money. If u are in the place of delivery items plz be responsible that we have paid u to deliver things as soon as possible. Most of eatable items has been spoiled because of ur delay service. I am not even like to give that one rating that much worst service I felt.

Mr Sean, gave excellent customer service. However my parcel was to be delivered in 3 days but delayed for additional 4days. Also, your contact phone numbers on the web are only answered by answering machine. This gives a very poor face to your services.

Very bad service u cannot reach call Center and on addition the don’t give u a definite date for delivering for medical sample test knowing it is important to get the exact date

Omg the worse customer service I've ever ever witnessed in my life. They just don't want to work. And I'm talking about 3 bad I mean very bad experience from ups qatar. All of then were based on the poor poor customer service not to mention their rudeness. Seriously another level

My package was late and Sean at the main desk was so helpful calling his colleagues in customs to help get my package out and in my hands within hours instead of days. Very satisfied customer.

One of the worst delivery I ever had. The delivery man was rude and did not deliver the courier at my place. He was not fimiliar with the location and wait for delivery. I had to go to another place to collect my delivery from him. He refused to disclose his name and later came to know as Ganesh. Although the customer service was good while complaining, I will never recommend anyone to use this service.

For a package weighing 300 grams I paid 3 times what I usually pay for FedEx or TNT, including an admin fee, which other companies do not have. Last time I use this company I hope.

I WILL NEVER use your company EVER AGAIN! If I have to pay MORE to use someone else I will have NO issue to do so.. I highly suggest everyone to use someone else for Shipping. Also the customer service in Qatar branch is very bad and unprofessional

Worst service ever. Their Incompetent team used a 40feet container furniture invoice to clear one single furniture item which led in huge custom fees. They don’t even know what they are carrying, they don’t know how to fix issues or how to apologize to their customers. It’s been 15 days and I am still waiting for this item to be delivered.

To be honest, I was surprised to see so many negative reviews! I have had great experiences with UPS so far, but I want everyone to know that I order from Amazon. My package arrives earlier than expected every time which is amazing! Very friendly delivery drivers and package is handed very well. For me, UPS is the best shipping company, especially if you are ordering from Amazon.
