Horrible and unacceptable meet & assist service to western tourists at main entrance. We had requested to visit the designer rooms and had a permission for that. Unfortunately the staff has ignored the E-mail and permission and did not allow us to visit. On the same day we saw that entry was granted to local Qatari people. My friend and I felt discriminated. Definitely not the right approach to foreigners. In other words.. If you wear Abaya you can get access.. Otherwise you can't! Here is a tip: A great PR (who knows what she's doing) at front entrance makes the place. It's really unfortunate for such an incredible project that there's no qualified, prepared and knowledgeable staff to welcome the world to such a great spot in Doha.

I really enjoyed my tour the town houses are beautifully designed there’s so many amazing facilities and felt exclusive and special looking forward to hosting my next event there.
