Dear all, Don’t get fooled with the name of Double Tree by Hilton. I booked my quarantine package for two days. I had bad experience starting from the time of arrival until the checkout in each and every aspect of hotel services. There was no person in reception to check in I went back to basement to bring security to call for receptionist to confirm my booking. I had stayed in many hotels around the world and I had never experienced such a bad quality food. Food is extremely tasteless. I never had such experience in any Double tree hotels in other locations. Even they don’t give salt and pepper sachets along with lunch and dinner. It was said that we need to specify during order. Bathroom shower is so small that door will hit a person. Hand shower pipe will not reach to your head it is less than half meter long. Closet and space is very compact seems it is for kids. TV is old and It takes atleast one minute to switch on the TV. Bell boys are only to bring trolley it is your duty to carry and our your luggage to trolley. When I checkout the receptionist was on phone with her colleague complaining about the guest in front of me for more than a minute. I lost patience. Please consider and rethink again if you book this hotel for quarantine.

This place has exceeded my expectations by far. Considering the price, location, cleanliness and service, the hotel is definitely super recommended. Starting with professional and friendly staff. Spacious, clean room equipped with all basic amenities. Plenty of parking in the guarded basement. Nicely equipped gym and lively swimming pool. Quick and nice room service. Wide variety and organized breakfast. Special thanks to Sanjeev who took care of our room.

As a member of the health club here, I am highly satisfied with the facilities as well as the helpful staff. The gym is a bit on the cozy side in terms of space, but it has all the essential training equipment I need and is not too busy at all. You can enjoy your workout in peace and it almost feels as if you have your own personal gym. They also have a nice size outdoor pool which has a constant depth. The pool deck is very nice and chill and I enjoy just hanging out there and relaxing after my workout. All the staff i have interacted with have all been very kind and pleasant to me. From the moment I park in the basement I am greeted by the friendly and respectful security guard. Once I arrive in the health club the main trainer always greets me and is very kind and helpful. While I’m there he is very attentive to me and if I need anything he is always there to help. Even when he is not on duty, the after hours staff at the health club have always been pleasant to deal with and are indeed very supportive. I am especially thankful for the manger Mrs. Nadya who suggested this health club for me and got me signed up, this health club is the perfect for my needs and I appreciate all her help in getting me sorted out and recommending this club. Thank you to all the wonderful people here!

I had a booking for a company event. It was a really good experience staying at the Doubletree Hilton. The restaurant had great food and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. High level of professionalism and hospitality on the staff part, especially Ms. Imen, she was extremely polite, respectful and quick in responding to my requests. She even assisted me at my work at the hotel. Hope to visit the hotel again soon.

It's a wonderful place to stay in. Hotel is well maintained, rooms are comfortable and luxurious. It's neat, clean and hygienic. Staffs are very helpful and active. All I didn't like much was the quality of food. And it has a very limited variety you've to choose from. Overall, I say it worth a lot.

Visited in January 2024 for a birthday celebration week. Upon my arrival greeted by polite and friendly member of staff, provided with a nice chocolate cookie as a gesture of good will which is given to all customers upon check in. Entered my room with my luggage , the room was nice and clean and no issues on my first night. I was soon to be disappointed as the shower was leaking and despite reporting this to reception on 4 occasions nothing was done , except for repositioned shower head which meant I would have to stand 1cm far from the wall in order to capture shower water. The lifts often smelt of cigarettes smoke , which isn't very pleasant. I had to request whenever I need toilet roll , bath robes and towels which was really frustrating. Overall I would not say this venue is worthy of 5 star rating and it has some major improvements to make.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All the staff including the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would also mention the name if I am not wrong Ms. Marry she was very amazing lady. Also the food quality and quantity was super awesome. This was my first time stay in Doha during the pandemic time but still I enjoyed my stay here. I would highly recommend everyone once to visit and enjoy your trip at Double tree by Hilton. Beautiful place I really enjoyed the services and the staff are just amazing. I enjoyed swimming and the rooms and ooh that street bar amazing. There's one African staff who was very good to me Mr rojahs a wonderful guy.

It was my first layover in this hotel and it was a great experience. The workers are very polite to us and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious but may be you should add some cheese in breakfast :). We were in pool all day and we enjoyed it. And especially I would like to thank to one of your workers, Ismath.

I like this hotel especially those working at the reception. Except for the security asking everyone where they are going considering there are restaurants and bars in the hotel. Its embarassing they have to follow Regular customer up to the lift just to ask?! Seriously?! You’ll probably have more crowd on your restaurants and bars if guards doesnt embarrass guest … This doesnt happen once but 3x Them guards doesnt give welcoming vibe …

An outstanding hotel in the middle of a bustling, and well served area of Doha. I stayed here for 3 weeks and loved it! I'm going back to stay for another month because this hotel is perfect. The employees are super friendly. Mr Job the front desk manager is one of the best Hilton employees I have ever met: knowledge, friendly and proactive. Room maintenance and housekeeping was superb. My room was cleaned daily and stocked up with complementary water bottles, coffee and towels. The gym was incredible - stocked with brand new machines and equipment, plus fresh gym towels, TVs and great AC. All in all, a great hotel and a gem 💎 in Doha. Highly recommended staying here. It's easy to call an Uber, there are two malls (Al Mirqab and Doha Souq) and the local metro station (Joaan) is a 5 minute walk away.

Amazing service and i must say one of the best and comfortable stay in Doha, Qatar. Crew members are on time. They are quick to their services. They respond very quickly to your requirements. Front desk office are always welcoming and yes be a good guest to them and they will be a nice host to you with lots paid services given free to you. Thank you for such a comfortable stay.

Everyone in he staff are amazing. I don’t remember all of the names, but a few. Rupa has provided great customer service leaving our room in an immaculate condition, every single time, making this place feel like home. Iman is such a great and pleasant person providing us the ultimate customer service and was a great and welcoming face for the hotel. Staff are just wonderful at this hotel. Mohamed did my initial booking and he was knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated the warm welcome. Later on, I had something come up and I wanted to extend my stay last minute , and Imen helped me out. Not only she is a wonderful person, she was also very patient and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something affordable and welcoming.

I had a stay in double tree Hilton, for 2 days with my family. It was an excellent experience. The staff really helpful and hospitality is the best. All our requirements and requests were considered and delivered quickly.

Rooms are comfortable, otherwise not even close to a Hilton experience. We had to wait for our breakfast for 1.5 hours, and so decided to not repeat the breakfast option during our stay. We requested for the room to be serviced, only to return after 12 hours to find the room as it had been left. Towels took 45 minutes to be delivered to the room. You definitely don’t get your money’s worth. Was expecting a much higher quality of service.

The hotel is strategically positioned since it is near a mall,a metro station and a public service transport route. The staff are professional and willing to help any way they can especially Mr.Joshua,the valet driver and Mr. Ronald the security officer The front office personnel understand the hospitality business and it's kudos to them. Had a wonderful staycation. The service and staff were one of the best I encountered. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean. The only drawback would be a missing kids' play area. The swimming pool has only a single level 1.4m, so if the kids dont know, swimming well, please carry accessories. The breakfast spread was OK, the quality was good

The hotel is great and have exceet service. Joshua the Valet Driver was helpful and went out his way to assist with luggage. The security guy was polite and respectful. The front office personell were great especially Mr. Job Lagat. I am in office visit for 8 nights. Hotel reservation manager is very rude. No request would be accepted. Rooms are very small and below average. The name of hotel is super amazing, but the service comes from people on floor which is really unhelpful. The lady in reception is helpful however she is not decision maker. Also the restaurant vegetarian options are very low, the people on restaurant are good and helpful. Would suggest to look for alternate option while you select hotel.

Loved it!! Room was really nice, staff were friendly! Lots of extra facilities, even a kids club to drop the little ones off at! Breakfast was rlly nice, and pool and lounge were aesthetic as well as clean! Would Def reccomend!

This review is proof of written communication, despite regular calls and emails to the hotel to reduce their music volume played above 45 decibels in open air venue near their swimming pool restaurant pass 9 pm, is disturbing the residents around. This music is loud enough to disturb the mental health and peace of a individual, causing sound pollution, high blood pressure, sleep disturbances. A community is formed to take official and necessary action against the hotel and management of the restaurant, and general Manager. As the hotel management has regularly been ignoring this complaint, official complaint registered with MOCI and health and safety ministry Qatar. Have tried contacting the GM Mr Kaseem on the same Issue without any response. Hence public proof of communication is established after consulting the lawmakers.

Had a great weekend! Before checking in, security in the entrance has a great smile. In the reception, Hazel is very accommodating, friendly and patiently listened to my request and thanks for doing your best! Room is spacious, housekeeping gave enough amenities that I requested. Definitely I’ll come back and this property has a good location!

I came alone and It is Tuesday evening and here offer for selected items as it is Gents night and Happy Hours.. Services are too good and all staff are friendly. Hashan hospitality is friendly and I never knew how time went.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. I dropped by for a drink at Street culture and right from Mr. JOSHUA ,the valet driver to Mr Toufik the security,I was treated so well and in respect. I highly recommend the Hotel.

Breakfast is 7/10 - would have been better if you had more options or alternate menu each day. Room: bed is very comfortable, housekeeping is excellent - Nandu was a great help as well and ensured the room is tidy and clean all days - thank you very much. Location: all major hubs (malls, ports, museums) are within 15 min drive.

Superb in every aspect - a great hotel whether you are there for business or pleasure, with great facilities and superb service. Homely feeling. Location is excellent. Veeeeery reasonably priced 60$ rooms, cooperative staff my payment was not going through online yet they kept the room with option to pay in person which I really appreciated. They gave me a big cookie at the front desk when I arrived. Dinner they have a huge buffet with pasta counter, dishes, dessert counter with soft drinks water for ~10$ 50% off for guests who stay. Reception welcomed us in a great way .. he told us about every single part of the hotel [ Indian man / can’t remember his name] To be honest.. the room was so bad .. air condition start working for a minute then it turned off for a minute and so in .. so you get hot then cold then hot then cold ..for the whole night… Didn’t feel comfy at all .. and I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.

It was good experience while staying in Hotel...good service & good staff.

Stayed there for 5 days in September. Rooms are small but nicely kept. Breakfast was awesome and if you like Indian dishes do ask for their Uttapam. The Chef though from South Africa will give an Indian it's run for the money. Dinner dishes were average and the menu should be little more varied. The gym and pool is open and very nice. The hospitality and care is world class.

A very bad service happened to my friends on 18/10/2021. The hotel did not serve lunch after repeated requests. It is now 03:35 PM and lunch is still waiting. When I contact their customer care center, they say that they forgot to serve me. After several reminders to the reception, how could they have forgotten to serve lunch? Consider this before booking the hotel '' Doubletree by Hilton Al sadd'

Good room, excellent dine in and is at great city location. Check in/out staff need to stand by their commitment given to guest. Asking for additional payment to be made for late checkout on top of communicated amount was not a good experience.

I stayed for 2 days Quarantine. They think its charity service for Quarantine. Food Quality very bad. 1st Day BF Upuma and 2nd Day BF was Uthapam, and provided Qr.2 Juice from super market. Very worst experience.

I've generally had a pleasant experience with them in the numerous times I've done a staycation here. My last experience was unfortunately worse due to a situation where I had to call reception for toothbrushes numerous times, yet didn't receive anything (I had to go out to get them on my own after repeated attempts of calling). Nonetheless, they cared enough to call me after my stay and offer me a complimentary breakfast for that incident. I appreciate the follow up and will certainly consider staying again in the future.

Stayed here 3 nights, It was a pleasant stay, we were warmly welcomed by smiling faces with freshly baked cookies. The receptionists were great and helpful especially Princy, room was excellent, very clean and comfortable also enjoyed the wide variety of Broadway breakfast menu We would really love to visit again.

During the last summer, my family decided to spend it in Qatar . For the hotel, we finished by choosing the Hilton Doha; and it was the best choice ever.All amenities were available: comfortable equipped rooms, such delicious and various dishes, many entertainments that include spa and relaxation rooms, sportive clubs. Of course without forgetting the high level of professionalism of all the team members who were just wonderful. To sum up, it was really a pleasure to stay there during our journey!

We recently enjoyed a family trip to the Doha and stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Al-Sadd. The experience was filled with notable highs and some areas for improvement. We traveled as a family of four and were booked into a connecting room. Our first day began with a hiccup. After a night long flight, we arrived at 7pmto check in, visibly tired and quite hungry. Our check-in process, managed by Houshemi, went smoothly, but we were surprised when we weren't offered the signature DoubleTree complimentary cookies. Also, despite having booked for half board (breakfast and dinner), we were told that dinner wasn't included on the first day. Given our exhaustion and hunger, we didn't argue and decided to dine out instead. Upon returning to our room and freshening up, we noticed that the shower holder was broken. We reported this issue to Houshemi, who promised to get it fixed. However, despite bringing it up thrice during our stay, it remained unresolved. Another recurring issue was our frequent need for large towels due to the intense local heat necessitating multiple showers. Our cleaning lady, Rupa, seemed unable to comprehend our needs and seemed somewhat irritated by our frequent requests. The room's cleanliness during the initial 2-3 days of our stay wasn't up to the standard we expected. Our concerns were addressed when we mentioned these issues to Toka, who promptly escalated it to management. Joyce intervened, and the cleaning service improved drastically for the rest of our stay. As for the highlights, there are several worth mentioning. Daniela at the Brasserie was exceptional, providing outstanding customer service with her warm smile and genuine care. She sorted out our initial dinner confusion and even arranged for us to have lunch or dinner on her day off to make up for the missed first day meal. She is undoubtedly a great asset to the hotel. Toka, the pool area attendant, was incredibly attentive and kind. Despite his main role being unrelated to room service, he made sure our cleaning issues were promptly addressed. The restaurant staff, including Jamie, Vikram, Maria, and Anita, were exceptionally polite, friendly, and personable. They greatly enhanced our dining experience. In terms of meals, the breakfast was excellent with a broad selection. However, the lunch and dinner menus were identical, which became somewhat monotonous after a few days. A buffet option might add some much-needed variety. Despite some initial shortcomings, our overall experience at DoubleTree was excellent, largely due to the incredible staff. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction transformed our stay into a memorable experience. Vergehese at the reception gave us a few hours late check out as our flight was seven hours later.The hotel's potential for greatness is evident, and we look forward to witnessing their continuous improvement during our future visits.

Hi , we had meeting sessions at M floor with vendor for roughly 02 weeks and the hospitality received from Miss Ki was outstanding with excellent management of resources based on our requirements . Hazel is a star on the front desk, so polite and warm in her greetings and helpful. The room was a little tired, AC fans noisy and the shower-heads clearly tired and over-worked as they are no longer able to support their own weight... A good business stay and I slept well, but definitely needs some TLC. Staff were great.
