I've been shopping around for a nice aquatics store to help me stock my new 65g tank . My first trip to the store was nice I met Eric he was very helpful with advising on my questions . So I was still in my checking out new stores faze running around store to store and I thought well ,,, lets go back to Hardy's , I'm glad I did this time I met Eric's Mother Dee and she was very nice to talk with as well as advising me with her knowledgable opinions . I've been very impressed , will return .

Great rehomed a bottom fish!

Enjoyed the different species of aquatic creatures.

Tried to get premixed saltwater. Called ahead and they said they do sell it and the salinity was what I needed. When I arrived they didn't have any premixed and the owner started to make it while I waited. The owner struggled to get the salt mixer correct because salt doesnt instantly disolve. You have to let it mix for awhile. As I waited and watched he then called his wife over to finish the process because "he can't do this while someone is watching over him". I felt like this was pretty rude and told them nevermind and left. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. If you need something in a pinch this place could work. They do have a good coral selection. But I'll drive a little further and go someplace else from now on.

Eric and Tasha are always super friendly and helpful. Eric gave some ideas on what to do with my tank that has helped greatly. Pretty good selection on saltwater coral as well as decent prices.

Purchased my dream fish here 2 weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience. Definitely the smallest store I've perused for saltwater fish, but the service was wonderful. The owner was attentive and immediately forthcoming with info about the powder blue tang I was interested in. Powder blues are by no means the most expensive fish in the hobby, but they certainly aren't cheap. The price here was the lowest I've found for the size and quality of the fish, and the fish is thriving. I can't wait to finish his quarantine and finally get him into my display tank!

I've been going here for about a month now. The people are nice (huge plus). But what I really like is the exotic fishes, etc that they carry. It's not exactly your petco or petsmart. They are so beautiful & different & All aquatics look super healthy.

The nicest, friendliest staff! Super knowledgeable. So glad we made the trip over. Will definitely be back.

This place is a small blip on the radar, they have everything you should need to raise your salt/freshwater family. Very helpful and informative, went in not planning to buy just yet but it’s close to home and has Chicago Reptile house and aquatics beat when it comes to coral and live rock! So I bought my first 2 clownfish and prepping my hospital tank for the next family member... thanx

They have a great selection of salt water fish and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The "fish doctor" made my 7 year old granddaughter's experience wonderful, as she added to her pet fish family. The store is wonderful with a great variety fish.

Professional and nice couple that are the owners. They are very knowledgeable and have beautiful fishes.

Store has a very strong smell even though the fish aquariums and store were clean. The reptile enclosures another story though. All the water bowls were dry and full of substrate and I'm pretty sure the emaciated Nile monitor was deceased.

Great shop for shopping for fish and supplies. Very knowledgeable and personable. Tasha was excellent in providing advice on compatibility of fish. This will be my go to shop moving forward.
