1) Doctors are good and they explained and clear all doubts / queries. Hospital is clean. No issues about the doctors and their expertise. However, concern is about unprofessional staff members. 2) Office staff is careless and they don't know your file is on which desk - at billing counter, at sonography counter or somewhere else. Everytime you have to keep track of it and remind staff for your number to come. There is no coordination among staff members. 3) My wife was admitted during covid time and staff has given disposable gown which is already used by earlier patient. We recognise it because name of earlier patient was pasted on it. When I informed to staff, she came and removed only name of earlier patient without offering new gown. When I insisted they had given fresh disposable gown. It shows how careless, unprofessional and casual the behaviour of staff was. Such careless might be fatal for somebody especially during the time of Covid. 4) After discharge from hospital, I immediately call after 10 minutes about forgetting to collect my charger and it was left in charging socket of general ward. Surprise to note that it was not there. Within 10 minutes it was gayab. I agree it was our duty to keep belongings with ourselves but such small incidents also creates bad image of staff members.

I have a very positive experience at JK Women’s hospital, throughout treatment and my delivery. It’s a very good hospital with well maintained infrastructure and staff. Doctors are well experienced and good hearted. They are very professional. Dr. Krishna Kumar, Dr. Rohan Krishnakumar and his team(doctors, nurses & helping staff) are a blessing for the patients in need for fertility treatment & other gynaecologist needs.

Sonography person seems to be very rude. Now since government has announced no need to wear mask, I entered the sonography room without mask, the person was yelling others for allowing patient without mask (but has he forgotten about the news, which is why people have stopped using the mask). And while conducting the Anomaly scan, he was not even explaining anything about the baby..(while in other sonography centers Doctors explain about baby's development). Also in other sonography center, they allow the partner also inside to see the scan, but here previous week when We visited, they were allowing others partner to get in, during my time (after that week) they dint call my partner inside the room.

According to my experience hospitals is very neat and clear. They are just for normal treatment. But if some want to have some critical issue I won't recommend wasting money and time at this hospital. The doctor is not enough capable to handle it. My wife has a pregnancy issue we went to JK hospital to take a second opinion. Doctors had well explained and got know my wife had PCOD and thyroid. we were convinced to start the treatment. The doctor suggested multiple tests and medicine which have been continued for almost one year. During this time I had spend around 3 lacs rupees. where major laparoscopy, IUI, HSG and much more expensive testing were done. But the doctor had tried all aspects and finally suggested IVF treatment. Considering my overall experience and capability as a doctor and support team I skipped it. I am very sad to know nowadays it is very difficult to find the perfect doctor who is well specialised in their field. I will not recommend this hospital because their vision is to make money not to do perfect treatment.

I had visited the hospital for the first time today. I had interaction with two doctors regarding my visit Dr S Krishnakumar and Dr Nikki. Consultation at a basic level was with Dr Nikki. She seemed a little rude during the start of the consultation. Later the second Dr i.e Dr S Krishnakumar was pretty good at her job. She gave me a clear picture about everything and also cleared all my doubts and solved my queries. Later I was sent to Dr Nikki to understand the dos and don'ts where when asked a question by my husband she was too rude to tell us that we should’ve asked this to the main Dr i.e Dr S Krishnakumar while she herself is a Dr and could’ve easily cleared the doubt rather than being unnecessarily so rude. Later she did answer us. Rest everything well. The staff was polite and helpful. Looking forward to have a better experience going ahead. Would definitely continue my treatment here since apart from Dr Nikki I really had a good experience and liked the environment and the nature of the people here.

I must say the treatment and service provided was excellent. Any women can fearlessly visit this hospital. Quality of hospital is class and appreciable..

Doctors are very good and explains well but time taken at OPD counter is beyond expectations. The real trauma and bad experience is with staff, who are rude. My experience with Billing and cashless facility counter was very bad as the female members occupying the counter are rude and behaves like they are doing favors to patients. Bad state of affairs. Need to look into by Management. Further security lay on ground floor is behaving like task master.

Hospital is very nice, advance & so as Dr. Rohan, He is really nice person, polite, down to earth, & with no ego. He performed my wife's surgery very well.( Uterus removal) Also other staff, nurses & all , are good & polite, & does their duty very nicely.

The hospital provides excellent service. Dr. Kumar is one of the best and very humble. However, some of the junior doctors and staff are quite rude. They tend to speak rudely without listening to or understanding our personal problems or reasons. As humans, we understand their situation and workload, but I've experienced this behavior for the third time, prompting me to share this review. Women visit here because they are undergoing some medical issues or treatments, and this behavior of the staff is very upsetting for the patients. We hope to see some improvements. Thank you for your reply and call for concern. As I mentioned on the call also, I was completely okay with waiting until the OPD was over or coming in the evening. I asked both at the reception and the junior doctor if it is not possible this moment; I could come at 5 pm (this time is also reserved for follicle scan). I was okay with revisiting, but not okay with the arrogance displayed by three staff members in the line.

Would have given 5 star if time management was proper. Doctors are excellent but staff is not proper. We have to keep on reminding staff that we are sitting here to meet doctor. Or I have appointment for sonography. After reminding 4-5 times file will go inside and then we will be called. Once again would like to Rate 5/5 for Doctors but 0/5 for staff.

Staff not helpful. Waited for 2 n 1/2 hours but no update at hospital. Really disappointed with this. We struggled a lot to recovering our consultation fees of 1000/- Even we dint met the doctor they were charging 100 saying its for registration. My sister visited for IVF but disappointed. Won't recommend just bcoz of staffs unhelpful approach. .Bocz of such unpleasant experience we won't recommend this hospital. Doctor should change the staff or atleast trained them them to handle patients. Very very disappointing experience. Unable to reply on your comments. Once the patient is irritated how you expect them to continue with the treatment. Secondly the money was not refunded immediately with losts of efforts were putto get it recovered. And why hospital is into get in soo many patiests ifnot able to handle properly? Loosing quality service. And numbers are not taken n told on call.instead if been told the estimated waiting time would have been more helpful. And about personally complaining to doctor,that was done to junior doctor . And as you can see in other comments patients are complaining about the staff from a long period of time but yet the situation dint change. What are management wait for when you already have so much complaints? And your reasons did not matchs the actual fact. Sorry but you need to work on giving quality service rather than 45 and 35 per day.

First of all big big thank you to the entire JK Women's Hospital staff for all the health care support because of which finally we are taking our bundle of joy to home. We experienced cooperative communication from the day one when we came here to confirm our " Good News " till we got discharged from the hospital. Seriously hat's off to the excellent Skill, Administration & Accurate Decision Making of Dr Aditi, Dr Sonam, Dr Rohan, Dr Nivedita, Dr Kulkarni & Dr Kolhatkar ( pediatrician ). During the pregnancy unfortunately my wife diagnosed chances of down syndrome and had to go through additional medical tests but even in that period Dr Nivedita Dr Rohan was very supportive and encouraging at every step. And at the final step of delivery of our child admission process was smooth and supportive. At the time of delivery we were concerned as we told as per tests that there are chances of C Section but despite all this things Dr Aditi successfully performed for normal delivery and administrated it very well. Last but not the least a big thanks to all the nursing and cleaning staff. They took good care of my wife and our child. Specially Rashmi Sister Singh Sister Vajra mavshi and team. Dr Aditi is Good doctor. He is very simple and gentle in his behavior. He will give sufficient time to each patient. Doctors are really good yet got some real points which really matters a lot. We do have to go with plenty of scans but i really don’t understand why they do not allow partners to see the same. The last scan was really disappointing as the doc who did the scan didn’t utter a word and didn’t show or explain anything about the growth or anything which usually they does while on scanning. Reception staff are at times a bit arrogant. Also parking a vehicle is a big issue here as getting a pregnant lady can be a challenge at our own vehicle. Overall the hospital and docs are really good but some of the issues highlighted above disturbs the mood. Hope this review will be considered and reviewed.

I am undergoing fibroid treatment at Jk Hospital. Dr KrishnaKumar Sir is very experienced doctor and so is Dr. Rohan. They provided best treatment to me and cleared all my queries. Apart from this, its only their appointment process which is very pathetic. The three ladies who sits on front desk to schedule patient appointments are very rude and incompetent. They call all their patients to arrive at 6pm and actual appointment might come around 8pm. With due to respect to everyone, sometimes the patient may have an urgent work. In that case the sisters at front desk should be skilled to schedule appointments accordingly. instead of being rude and quarrelling with the patient and telling them this is gynaec and expecting patient to be waiting everytime

Hospital provided exceptional care during stay. The staff was knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. The facilities were clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The birthing process was well-managed, and all over support was excellent. Overall, a positive experience that made a significant milestone in my life more comfortable.
