UPDATED 8 Oct 8.50am How can you guys serving the food like this? Aren’t you should put it into a tiny paper bag? Some of the workers don’t even wear a glove when preparing the meal!! Never order deliveries in this branch! Especially when that Indian Woman Manager with grey uniform in the store! Because she only focus the walkin customers and just ignored the riders! She will tell the staffs just let riders to wait even tho our food was ready there for ages long! She is the worst manager I ever seen! Don’t even know how to manage it well! In the other way, When the Singh Store Manager man here everything is quick no matter how busy of the restaurant is! This Maccas is the slowest and filthiest branch I've ever seen in Melbourne. It took 15mins to send out a brekkie burger coz they forgot to turn on their fryer. Terrible burger. Can't even cook a beef patty properly. MAY 25 5:32AM

This Maccas is pretty decent! Can take a long time to prepare an order but this all depends on how many people are in-store. I think they do pretty well considering the size of the store is pretty small. Staff are generally really lovely as well. Definitely better than some other locations in the CBD.

There is nothing worse than getting food that is barely warm. When get takeaway, you assume that it is at least warm to hot, not cold. The place is quite small when it is busy with the self ordering taking most of the room. It is badly designed.

I ordered a happy meal with toy last week and I didn't receive any toy or book. I thought the toy might be sold out. I just went there again for another happy meal with toy and I didn't receive my cheese burger! Seriously? I ordered an extra side and that's all I get in the happy meal box.

I don’t know what’s this ? The top piece of bread is missing no salad no sauce either, I took it back, unfortunately no apology and worse then that more then 20 minutes waiting still couldn’t get it back I left the shop I hop that they give it to person I nominated

Store management is very poor at customer service, Ben the store manager (if that's really his name) think he can do whatever he want because he claims his mother and farther owns this outlet. Ben if you see this head office will be in contact to discuss your behaviour. BTW I asked if they knew you like you said and they didn't.

Continues to be the worst McDonald’s in the country. I wish McDonald’s Australia would step in and either shut this location or bring in new management to overhaul. Every bin is always over flowing. Tables covered in rubbish. Staff don’t care about their jobs what so ever. Only go here if you are starving and nothing else is open. And even then maybe go to a service station or somewhere else

The meat was raw. I tried to eat the burger and it still had blood. It’s the first time in 30 years it happened, I don’t get how it was possible if they have everything monitored by minutes, very disappointing. The place was dirty. The only good thing was the guy delivering the orders who was nice after explaining him what happened

Alright now please for the love of god, I know McDonald’s is easy & cheapish but do not try your luck here. Potentially the worst maccas in Aus, staff are putrid, food is cold (because it takes 30mins) I highly recommend you DO NOT go to this McDonald’s. If you read this review and listen, I’ve just saved you money, time & saving your mouth from injecting the worst food in Australia. Thanks again Spencer street, you will not be missed.

Been at this McDonald’s store a few times now. The team here need extra coaching on shift, communication skills need working on, also one time I asked for a B bag and was charged 60cents and the crew member provided me with an Uber carrier bag, that’s not what I asked for. See the problem is, the employees at this store have an attitude problem, most of the team members are in position doing their jobs but they fail to action any secondary duties once it gets busy , and at that point they all look like deer in headlights . I can barely see a manager on the floor managing shift . I can see how the customers behind me most of the time are getting frustrated as they are waiting for their meal, the meal is just sitting at front counter, crew member did not call out thier number . What? We just expected to know our order is ready telepathically are we?

The place is always packed, the food is often served cold. The staff there are very rude especially when you notify them they gave you the wrong. The Mc Spicy patties are so small and thin that its no longer worth buying. On multiple occasions the chips are not cooked properly and are cold and unseasoned. Best advice is to check your order on the spot before you leave.

The food at McDonald's is decent, but I'm unsure why some of the branches in Australia have such poor hygiene. I wish they would make an effort to improve the cleanliness of their establishments.

Consistently busy with long lines, and there is no clear differentiation between the line for order pick-up and the line for placing a new order. The staff are friendly, but due to the high volume of customers, it can take a considerable amount of time for them to attend to you you or get your order.

FYI MacDonald do not open 24 hours!!!! Don’t go to MacDonald between 4:00-5:00. They’re closed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad management!!! They cannot take orders but they don’t closed the store or put up the signs to let customer know that they are not taking orders from 4:00-5:00. Let me stand there and wait for almost 10 mins. Very bad and unprofessional service. I have never reviewed a bad business before but MacDonald claiming to be a world wide restaurant chains and this is how you manage to treat your customers!!!

Would not recommend this store. Self serve machines take up half of the waiting room, self serve machine I used did not have any paper for receipt so I was stuck without a number. Tried to ask if they can tell me my number but was ignored for nearly 10min. Once I got their attention they seemed surprised the self serve ran out of paper. I told them what I ordered and they told me what number they think mine is. 30 minutes later I received my hot chocolate, followed by my meal 10 minutes later. However, this wasn’t my meal as I found out they told me the wrong number. Hot chocolate was right, meal was wrong. Eventually I got my meal. Over 40 minutes for a hot chocolate and a breaky burger. And the food and drink was terrible. Hot chocolate was grainy, most likely due to too much chocolate powder, and the breaky burger tasted old with too much sauce, half the sauce fell out back into my wrapper. Then to top it all off, they didn’t give me any napkins leaving me with sticky hands. For a place that was built on its ‘fast food,’ food was terrible and not that fast. Would not recommend going to this store.

The fries are white so they are not cooked ! I asked for them to be replaced, they gave me the exact same ones !! It was literally inedible. Same for the cheeseburger, not cooked inside and cold. Disgusting. I couldn't eat anything, I paid for nothing. To avoid.

Very busy but fast place. Not a lot of sitting spot tho
