    Dropped in for a large chocolate sundae on the way home. Photo tells the story: not enough sauce and the ice-cream was drawn flat since it was too soft. This also meant that it leaked as soon as I took the lid off. Note that this photo was taken about 30 seconds after I collected the sundae, so less than a minute after it came out of the machine. Very disappointed.

    I purchased a Happy Meal, which included a 3-piece chicken nugget box for my two-year-old daughter. To my shock and dismay, one of the chicken pieces in the box turned out to be a spicy nugget.She being only two years old, experienced significant discomfort and began crying incessantly after consuming the spicy chicken piece. It wasn't until I managed to remove the chicken from her mouth that I realized what had happened. Since then, her condition has deteriorated, and she has been refusing to eat properly. I cannot begin to express the anger I feel at the thought of such an absurd incident happening to a child who is unable to communicate verbally!!!!!

    October update.... The Mighty McMuffin, WoW! Loved it, my Ferret was very curious, if he was allowed to, he would have tried it! Excellent breakfast option 😋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The my maccas app fails badly, no $6 meal deal for me today, but I ended up with a big Mac and and a delishhhious apple pie.

    The second time a part of my order was missing!!! I ordered the Crispy Chicken Deluxe and added an extra crispy chicken but when I got home and checked, there was only one chicken inside. Stealing customer's money!!!!!!!

    Go through drive thru get 2 big Mac meals get order I always check my food to make sure it hot, chips were stone cold I told her and was told to drive around and order again. I said don't think so I will wait here while you get me hot ones she wasn't impressed with me but I don't care. They need a extra window after you pick up your food to let them no they either stuffed up your meal or it's cold.

    We went through Drive through during overnight shift, Large fries weren't even filled up half way. Contacted store and manager hung up on me and is letting my calls go to message bank. All I ask is for some basic customer service. Please fix this issue amongst the team, very unprofessional from the managers

    Disgraceful Drive through is drive through! Not park and wait and THEN have to go in and complain because yet again another a Maccas doesn’t know which latte is which. Surely it can’t be that hard to write on the lid!!

    Last Thursday afternoon around 4:15pm. This is just a typical experience at your restaurant. Ordered a Doubleshot iced latte, no sugar syrup with almond milk. Decided to use my points this time because they were building up. Went through drive-through, drive-through was pretty full. When I got to the window, I was given my order then quickly rushed off. Anyway, that’s not the issue. I did not receive my order correctly I received a standard shot, soy milk iced latte. Which I don’t drink soy, so I chucked that out. I couldn’t go back in to fix it up as I was already late for work. I feel like every time I use your drive-through, you stuff up my order, especially when I use my free points! I feel like it comes up on the cafe screen as a free drink and whoever is in there is just like oh yeah this customers getting a freebie will just give him whatever it doesn’t matter. I’ve already had a few replacement drinks from your store which is fine I appreciate that but seriously this is happening way too often as it now seems deliberate which I know it’s not but it’s definitely feeling that way. Maybe it’s better if I come in pay for my coffee and then make it myself because that feels like the only way it’s gonna be right. Other Maccas are getting it right, so I’m not sure why you continue to stuff up.☹️

    I've had coffee there twice now. Both times coffee tasted diluted. The second time I ordered coffee from here, they thought to tell me they were out of a specific flavour AFTER handing it to me. If you don't have a certain menu item in stock, just let the customer know out of courtesy please. You are better off going to Macca's on Ferntree Gully Road where the food is generally nicern and better customer service.

    Can’t say I was satisfied, the workers stand around chit chatting about whatever they did on the weekend instead of tending to their customers and orders, and frankly that exit is built so poorly I would have an easier time landing a plane on the bolton bridge

    Coffee order collection is one side and meal collection is on other side at the counter, couldn’t even hear my order number when coffee maker was yelling my order number n she didn’t bother to give me along with my other meal.so when I asked to just warm it up she warmed it up after making face but it was still cold and after saying thanks, didn’t bother to respond.I think McDonald should teach some customer service to kids before hiring them.they don’t even how to talk to a person and how to address someone issues.Thanks.bye for forever.

    Without a doubt, the single worst McDonald's I've ever been to. No joke, 80% of the time I come here, they screw up the order. The other 20% of the time, the order is poorly made, either containing a "large" chips barely filled, or a burger that looks like it has been thrown across the room before handed to me, and barely has the ingredients on it. While achieving these new benchmarks of human laziness and carelessness, the staff have no basic manners - they don't greet you, they don't say thank you, or please, or "there you go" or "have a nice night", they actually rarely even look at you, they just hand your food over, like you're an annoyance. If they're not dead silent, they're continuing to yell and carry on with their co-workers, completely ignoring the customer. The last time I ordered something here they messed up the order after I confirmed with them my order at the drive through speaker, then the first window, then the second window. 3 times. Yet I got home, and the order was wrong, which contained items which I am allergic to. Then, when I put in a complaint on the website, I was told I would hear back within 48 hours to rectify the situation. Never heard back. Actually unbelievable. This place delivers me food I am allergic to, rudely, don't attempt to fix the problem, and seem to take zero responsibility for even the simplest task or basic manners. There is either terrible management at this place, or a horrendous franchise owner. Either way, I would advise anyone to drive 10 minutes out of their way to go to a different location if they are so unlucky to come across this one, because at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if you left having been spat in your face. Horrendous place. If I could give it 0, I would.

    The food service was slow- we used the app to place an eat in order, they couldn’t find our table. The number was on the table. The server complained they didn’t know where we were. The food was so sloppy, my burger was slapped together the patty was half folded over. They also got a special order burger wrong. Also there is broken playground equipment, so so dangerous. My child also fell off very low wobbly equipment

    Staff says app didn’t work, so I reordered, but more than 20 orders after, I asked if my order might be on its way, staff ignored me. When my order was ready, staff threw it hard on the counter. Fries emptied to the bottom of the bag. All fries were UNDER the size I ordered. My order had missing condiments I paid for. This McD consistently cheats customers of $ with consistent missing orders.

    Not impressed, just got this and 2 other Sunday's and you may think it's half eaten but in fact I have not even opened the lid yet and it is missing a good quarter off the top plus not much topping. They are getting more expensive and more rubbish every day. 😑

    Not the greatest Maccas in the area. High turnover of staff so there's always newbies that pack more food into a bag than is necessary or logical. Check your order, every single time I've been there they forget something...and any drive through order over x1 combo is parked. If you're patient and check when you receive, the food is ok.

    The food came out very quickly which is excellent. The library in the cafe area was amazing. However the McCafe took a very long time to make iced coffee and one of the iced coffee tasted really bad. The staff however was kind enough to give us another one. Also the store in general looked fairly dirty.

    McDonalds Nunawading is a very busy restaurant but staff know their role and all seem to just do it smoothly. The tables are not left dirty, The floors and toilets are clean. There is lots of space to sit down to eat. They just do it well and that's why we return. 🥸👌🍷🍷❤️❤️🦘

    My wife is currently using crutches and found the Accessible Car spaces too far away from the entrance to the restaurant. Please consider placing three or four along the Springvale Road side opposite the entrance.

    Doesn't matter what time of day, or if I order off the menu, even using the app, Everytime I am asked to park in the waiting bay whilst the next 3 cars behind me get their order and drive away. But that's just my experience.

    i ordered on the my maccas app and when i got there and told them my order number they said it wasnt there. this happened 2 times already where they stuffed up my order on the app. first time i used app it worked then it just stopped working. i ordered a big mac meal and said all i ordered was a muffin so i wasted like 6 dollars on this. i had to show them my order so many times but in the end i just ordered it on my own. food was eh

    Poorly designed drive through, hard to navigate and exit. Service and food was as you would expect from maccas, nothing to criticise or to praise. Am definitely in love with their mozzarella sticks!

    Terrible service. I ordered at 8:15 and only received my food at 8:50. This is absurd as I had only ordered a happy meal and cone. I was number 151 but I watched as 152, 153, 154, 155 and 156 got their food before me, 156 also having ordered a cone. When I received my order, my drink was covered in drink on the outside as it had been overfilled, however they did not fix it instead gave me napkins to clean it myself. My food was just handed to me and my extreme wait of over 30 minutes was not acknowledged. Since the whole promise of McDonald’s is fast food I find this level of service shocking.

    Ever wanted a quiet space for coffee and a book while at McDonalds? This McCafe hits the right notes and gives you a place to think and unwind. Leaps and bounds with the fitout, and quality of the surrounds. Every McCafe should want to replicate this, youve set the bat for quality and expectations

    Usually fine but today my chai latte had a thick gluggy top layer. I really hope it was just an excessive amount of powder and not spoiled milk. I opened it up because it tasted much sweeter than usual. They also forget my extra monopoly cards as part of the app rewards system which I redeemed.

    A delivery site put the wrong items on the menu which let me order items that weren't available so a few items were left out of my order, I called them super late (1:30am) and the girl handling the order was so amazing and sweet and got everything all worked out so well, I hope you see this thank you so so much 🥺❤️ 100/10

    ordered a little feed, literally one burger, two drinks and chips, sat down with my hangry girlfriend and waited about 15 minutes. after watching about 3 people who ordered after me get their bigger meals, I decided to go and ask one of the staff members if it was ready with the notion that my order got called out but I didn't hear it, when I asked if it was ready, she stared blankly at me, repeated the order number in question and turned around and looked in a bag which I thought was mine and maybe had a few components missing, she then proceeded to make other peoples orders without looking further into it. with the assumption that there was a little delay, I waited another 15 minutes before I went and asked another staff member who actually checked the order, apologised about it going missing, inished making it, and then apologised again which I deeply appreciated. I work in hospitality and customer service and I understand that things get backed up or lost track of but when I get the blank stares and complete disregard of staff member #1, then im sure you can understand some slight agitation. to top it off, the double quarter pounder which I had ordered only had a single patty so I got an imaginary patty tax cause someone neglected to put my second patty.

    This McDonald's interior is nicely designed and spacious. Friendly and efficient service. My hashbrown tasted great. They also topped my Mcflurry with a generous amount of oreo crumbs.

    This McDonald’s is the worst! I was ignored at the drive through speaker whilst they took 4 other cars orders in the other drive through line. After they eventually took my order I went to pay and then went to the window to collect my order only to be told my payment method was declined and is it ok for me to drive back around through the drive through to try pay again. What a joke! I went to KFC across the road and was eating after 2 minutes from when they took my order! I’ve tried this McDonald’s multiple times in the past, and they always seem to stuff something up whether it be the order or who to serve in the drive-through line, fix your business!

    The experience we had at McDonald's was extremely poor. The 3-4 staff behind the counter were run off their feet as it was a busy night but not one of them was there to serve customers. We waited for about 5 minutes to order at the counter, the staff looked at us and went about their business as if we weren't there. We decided to order on the large touch screens but never got our order number because it was out of paper. I also had issues with items that we wanted to order being sold out or not available, for example, I was craving a large chocolate fudge sundae but they were out of stock yet you could order a regular sundae but couldn't modify the item for some reason. After that ordeal of figuring out our order number we tried to find a clean table to sit at but there weren't any at all. We cleaned up a table with the napkins we had and then got some extra napkins to put under our food. The whole store was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Even the floors had food and sauces smeared over them in spots. Once we opened the bag with our food we found that the small chips had more in it than the large serve so I took it back to get it filled. On top of all this, all of our food was cold and it looked like everything had been thrown together but we were really hungry and tired so we ate it to make sure we had at least eaten but I certainly wasn't impressed and I don't think I'll be going back unless I have to. To say that I was disappointed with everything is an understatement.

    Gave them a huge order and we got everything we ordered, no mistakes, food was hot and fresh. Did have to park up at the waiting bay for a bit (but like I said it was a huge order for 8 people) but even then the wait was short. Good job guys!

    most frustrating experience with a “fast” food restaurant. use the in store contactless ordering takes money doesn’t print or provide order number so then have to line up for cashier anyway but they then can’t give number or even confirm order has gone through. so now basically a hope and pray system.

    Pretty average. I ordered a sundae, 6 nuggets and aussie angus burger! It was fine but whoever made that burger around 10:37pm thursday 8th of feb put WAY TO MUCH SAUCE! The whole thing tuned into a slip n slide its almost as if the tomatoes wanted to run away from the burger and return to their home on the ground! Not the mention part of the reason i ordered that burger was for the beetroot and lettuce, HOWVWE THAT WAS RUNNING AWAY TOO! In fact everything was sliding away, the bread was so soggy it was about to slip out of my hands! When i managed to take a bite it all tasted like sauce too, aussie angus burger more a saucygus burger😡. I woukd say the meat was fine but i could genuinely only taste the sauce, if you’re gonna do that you could at least have better tasting sauce😢. Anyways the sundae was good but the nuggets also tried to run away. When i opened the box they spilled out everywhere! What do you do to your poor products that makes them wanna run away so bad!!! Imagine if i ordered a drink, my car would turn into a fizzy niagara falls!
