    This is very important information and I hope the manager of Myer sees my review. When we went onto the lift, my three children and I used the lift to go to the third level we noticed that there is no sensor and it was very close to closing my daughters hand and she’s only 5 years old ! The same thing happened when we came back down to the ground floor the same thing happened so now I am not using the lift again because a panic attack happened because I got scared about my daughters hand, there was another lady there which was scared to go in because it closed to quick. This is not a joke and please replace the lift .

    Very poor customer service. There is always seems to be an issue with returning/ exchanging online orders/ return and refund processes. The staff just make the whole process really complicated. Unfriendly staff, not willing to assist. And definitely need more staff in store as it is unacceptable to need to look around for ages t just to ask a question.

    The customer service at Myer has always been below standard. Last night at high point they just walk off mid Question to continue their gossip session & today at northland they are literally standing around talking while there are so many customers. I got a snap of it today. They we’re looking straight at me & just continue their conversation

    Great large store in center of Northland Shopping district, with multiple floors of merchandise and brands spread out. However it is very hard to find a staff if you need any help. Probably on busy anticipated days they could place more Staff for helping customers.

    It's a pretty old Myer - feels like it hasn't really been updated or refreshed even the slightest in decades. Other than that styles of clothing having changed, it feels like you're shopping in the 90's. Not that it really matters at all, just an observation. I mostly go there for clothes as it has most of the brands I wear in one spot, and there's always something on sale. Also has a decent Kitchenware section. Kids clothing can be a little sparse at times, and electrical appliances is tiny and tucked away up top. But give they're competing against appliance shops like JB in the same mall, it's no wonder. The one downside is staffing. Over the past few years it's often the case there's nobody around to staff the checkouts. The annoying part is standing at one, waiting ages for someone to arrive, giving up and going to a different one which has a line, then while you're waiting there you see a staff member arrive at the previously empty one, so you head back towards it and 2 other customers just stroll in before you get there and you're back in a line again.

    Online i brought Chance by Chanel but I didn't like it. I brought the one that has patchouli as I love patchouli. I didn't like it. I popped past the Chanel Counter At Northland and a lovely Assistant showed me 2 other types and they both smelt so good. She even sprayed both onto cards and onto my arms also. Great Customer Service. Thank you.

    DO MYER WANT ANY CUSTOMERS INSTORE?! Northland’s large disgusting women’s Change rooms are closed so there were queues at the other 2 small ones. And at Doncaster the lift hadn’t been operating for a long time so disabled people, elderly and me with a trolley can’t shop there. Hopeless. The only highlight is the pocket rocket sales lady at Benefit who gave me 2 free gifts including this pink tote. PREVIOUS FRUSTRATIONS How does anyone buy a suitable lipstick anymore. Finally chose a Natio colour and there’s no stock. Go to Mecca. The same. Chemist Warehouse. Ditto. And very few testers anywhere. Either have testers or don’t have them. If they’re worried about viruses what about a clear sheet of plastic that we could apply the tester to, and hold against the face. It is never accurate just putting it on your hand. Very frustrating. The company that does this better will make a fortune. I guess I’ll be sticking with my same old colours that I know work.

    I’m disgusted, I’m a curvy 39 year old lady and I was not happy with the service or demeanour of the older lady selling dresses .the collection was not very appealing to the eye at all. The lady that was serving in the curvaceous sizes was rude and put me down for haveing uncovered arms as I’m a size 20 and I’m not a disrespectful person. She made feel I was wrong and made me uncomfortable in my own body I left the shop feeling like I didn’t want to exist. Shame on you

    Was here on the boxing day early around 7ish and the sales assistants are already on edge but some of them are really nice and very helpful. Other than this good variety of stuff but can see the store has deteriorated over the years with filthy carpets and require a paint job badly.

    Polo Ralph Lauren <3 Polo Ralph Lauren staff are amazing. Some of the most kindest staff I have met, with outstanding customer service. They have good knowledge of their products and materials, and when one staff member was unsure of the product information she referred me to her co worker that informed me on the product. Overall a very pleasant experience, with the team making sure they set a professional environment. I will definitely be visiting again soon !!

    I have nothing bad to say about this store, I went in looking for a perfume but they didn’t have it in stock. However the girls helped me find a scent that was unique to me and I can’t get enough of it. Special shout-out to Chanel, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, and somehow managed to find me an amazing scent

    Love this place and always have really good staff here. However I have notice multiple times the Myer Hub is very understaffed. Hopefully a manager will read this and fix the issue here. Given the increase number of click and collects and gift giving season for gift wrapping, would be great if we can have more support in the Myer Hub section. Cheers!

    The customer service is disgusting. I’ve placed 2 orders through Myer for click and collect and they are hopeless. I placed an order for Father’s Day and it was ready 5 days later. I requested a refund and it’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my money back. I’ve emailed Myer and they wouldn’t respond. Once they got back to my email they said it’ll take 24 hours for the money to go in my acc. It’s been 2 weeks. I’ve tried to contact them again and I haven’t heard from anyone. This is the second time. I will never but EVER shop with Myer again. There’s no number to contact them either besides through email. This is really frustrating

    It has a good collection with Fresh Stock. All items are arranged properly and staff is helpful 😇 Has a easy access to car park. 🚗 You can come to the store straight from parking without the need to enter the Shopping Center and looking for the store. Pro Tip It has easy access to Foodcourt so feel free to Grab something yummy while shopping 🛍️ 🛒

    Even I bought the rug on special,it was not a simple change of mind. I was promised thet it can be returned if the rug was defective. The duty manager was rude. The first time he refused to return it acusing me of laying. The second time he left me to wait for him without any intention of coming to see me. Total misstreat and dissrepect of the customer. One very unhapy customer.

    Visited this store on 2nd Dec around 1pm. When buying the formal shirts (CK) which comes wrapped in packaging, I was told I am not allowed to try them!!! How appalling!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Instead, I was advised I can try the fit from already other shirts by CK that were open!!! What is this nonsense???? When I quizzed why is this the case, the guy proceeded to tell me that this is Myer policy!!! I have never been told this ever before!!! And why on earth have you placed your click and collect centre in the dead zone for mobile network?? Genius!!! Ingenious way to punish customers for making a click and collect order. How convenient!!! I have to walk out of the store to retrieve the order barcode

    I was in Myer today at around 4:30pm and the lack of acknowledgement and assistance from the staff was absolutely disgusting. The staff member clearly had time to tell my 6 year old to stop touching the product but I wasn’t important enough to be greeted or asked if I needed assistance as I stood there for 5 mins waiting patiently. Once I asked the staff member for help, I was told to wait for service as they where too busy behind the benefit brow bar counter on their computer and the three other workers nearby could not assist me as they where also too busy standing around doing absolutely nothing. Customers are priority, regardless of the task at hand. If you care enough about the level of service your staff are providing, I would be following this up.

    Have been going to Myer northland for years,the experience I had was the worst experience I have ever received in a store, I went to the Estee Lauder counter and there was no staff there,I saw a staff member from Clinique counter who had no customers and asked if she could assist me,she just looked up from her mobile phone and looked behind her and said No I'm with customers, the people were just browsing,as they walked away.I found a beautiful young girl from chanel counter who then was happy to serve me. I didn't need much of her time,as I just needed to purchase a product that I have been using all the time

    Short staffed and unable to help me in the changing room. When I got out to get another item someone already got my cubicle. I had to wait oitside untill she finished. Some staff were not polite The whole environment was not pleasant as carper was ripped and the store felt more like a discount store rather a leading chain department.

    There were no staff on the 1st floor at all at lunchtime yesterday! I was sent from one area to another ( 3 different counters) to pay for my purchases. It was really annoying 😒 I have been a loyal Myer customer with a Myer card and this was a disappointing experience.

    You will find the most unhelpful customer service manager of Australia here. His name is Steven Payne and he is that lazy that he cant even reprint a receipt for you even if you give him the month, date, minute and moment of the transaction. Apparently myer's software are not so advance that they can reprint receipt.

    Did a click and collect for an order and the size shoes in the box weren’t what I ordered online. Wouldn’t hurt you guys to check everything in a box that isn’t sealed before you give it to someone. Had to order it online and pay shipping instead, thanks.

    Good selection and plenty of sale prices. Limited range of larger sizes in non-tent options. Such a shame the only staff are the ones where you pay. No one around to answer questions. Instead I went on online and found the clothes I wanted. Seems stores have decided to become places we take pics of things we want to buy online. Remember if you push me to go online, there are lots of other brands and stores that I might buy from instead.

    You'll find some brand name stuff here but finding someone to help you is not easy. The last of the department stores still barely surviving but there's still a nice experience to shop where tactility and senses are involved. A lot of the goods are usual department store prices but you have the peace of mind in knowing if something goes wrong then the after sales service is decent and usually dependable.

    This store is hopeless. I had to contact click and collect helpline regarding my order that has been in process for well over a month. The help line was helpful with telling me that the order has been ready at the store for a while now. Rather than the store sending the confirmation order… and letting me know it’s ready. They have chose to let the item sit there. Even the lady on the ph who contacted the help line was wondering why the item has been there so long and no one is collecting. I’ve been in contact with 2 people today from the click and collect helpline and they have tried to get in contact with the store directly to change the status of the order so I can finally collect it and no luck. I have even tried contacting the store myself and I just get passed around from department to department. Or the ph rings out. My order is not cheap also… so I am appalled by the process. I can’t even cancel either or get my Money back… because it’s been to long waiting apparently. That’s not my problem. That’s Myer northland incompetence!

    We call this the Discount Myer. Always seems to be a lot on sale. Is it a little like the Myer in the apocalypse? Yes. But don't let that stop you. Built on the site of the old migrant centre, and very close to the 1956 Olympic village, that later became a housing commission area. I have been told the young Italian and Maltese men from Reservoir used to drive into this area for regular fights with the local housing commission tenants. But enough history... Conveniently located at the front entrance to Northland, Myer Northland feels like an out of place intersection to the rest of the shopping centre. One exit leads to the chaos of the food court, another toward the supermarkets, another to the clothing stores. The ground floor is largely used as a thoroughfare by the good shoppers of Northland. For a little peace and quiet, jump on the escalator and visit one of the other floors. FUN! I saw a fight out the front here once between a customer and one of the Myer security. It seemed personal, so I stepped in before things got out of control. "Hey, settle down guys," I said "is it really worth it?" And they had a think about things and decided it wasn't. The entrances all have security alarm bollards, which go off regularly as people walk through. But nothing happens. Their function appears to be to surprise and embarrass innocent customers, who awkwardly stop and look around for security to tackle them. As it becomes clear nobody cares, they sheepishly wander off toward KFC. Anyway, this aging and out of place Myer is awesome and comes thoroughly recommended. The service is friendly, the prices are good. The escalators usually work. Big shout out to the ladies at the service counters, smart, well turned out, and friendly. Covid Safe? Depends what ferals and bogans are using it as a throughway between the $2 Shop and Maccas, really. Put a mask on and tighten the straps before you enter, if need be, hold your breath as you pass through. In fairness, this advice applies for most places in Northland. If you're looking for the filming location of the "better luck next time luv" video, exit from the left, turn right (POI I saw a dead person here once), then right again. Look out for the clothing alteration store. Anyway, awesome awesome awesome Myer. Probably the best. Should be on your bucket list.

    I brought a lovely crossbody bag that was 30% off. The only thing though, there was only one lady in the footware section and she was run off her feet. She was helping ladies with new shoes and other people like my friend and I having to go into the footware section to pay for our bags. I felt very sorry for her.

    The staff especially, Nick absolutely wonderful, setting up afterpay app, on my phone. I usually, buy items at Myers online at home. Decided to buy cookware, which is in the basement at Myers. I wanted to use afterpay, which wasn't setup on my phone. Nick guided me through this, and he was so helpful with all my purchases, and very patient. Great service...highly recommend! Vera

    Bought a suit for work here, knew what wanted and just expected to pop in and out. I was met by a lovely salesperson by the name of Diana who was a true professional. Slowed me down, which is what I needed and asked the right questions. Found a suit which fitted a lot better, was made with better material than what I wanted originally. Same price point but a far superior suit which couldn't have been achieved without her assistance. Awesome customer service from her. If you need a suit go and find Diana gentleman.

    I found what I wanted and checked the details to try to get the best for the price. It was ok in the end but not enough staff to look after the old bloke needing some help. Then i went to get ladies sleepwear and could not find the area so i had to ask an attendant. She pointed the way so off I went. Not a huge selection of 3/4 leg pants and tank tops in size 12 or medium. So I got them elsewhere. The one thing outstanding with Myers is their returns policy. Simple and easy. No attempt to avoid the returns, like some other stores do. Myers is a store you can trust.

    Great service from the Mary in the coffee section on Myers. Took her time going through each machine even opening a couple so we could view the machine. Mary also took the time to show us cash back, pods we can and can't use, Mary was super helpful and professional.

    Very disappointing and unpleasant experience Steve is the most unprofessional manager I have ever delt with so arrogant and rude and I don't think he knows anything about customer service. Went today to exchange a perfume still in the box never been used but he refused to exchange it cause I didn't have a receipt fare enough that's Myers policy however the way he spoke to me was very rude and disrespectful and when I told him I'm gonna be raising a complaint against him he walked away from me and said go ahead do it good luck. I hope he reads this review and works on his attitude with the clients.

    My recent visit to Myer was fabulous. It reminded me of shopping 'back in the good old days' when we all got real customer service. Both of the women who helped me were amazing. Pointed me to where I could get what I needed and one even took me where the item was, and actually helped me to decide on an item. I would've given them 5 stars 🌟 but the other sales woman didn't follow up after I tried on my coat. I wish it was like this everywhere. I would shop more.

    Pathetic to me and my wife's suprise we thought we had purchased a brand new barista coffee machine only to go home and find a used coffee machine instead of a new one in the box then took it back to the shop were we had two and half hours waisted of our time trying to find a replacement only to be asked to add a bit more money to by one that the lady's in the shop discounted for as but our money will take 24 hours to appear in our account so we left with no coffee machine and still waiting for our money to appear in our account rang up head office only to be offered a 20gift card for my trouble pathetic if this is how Myers deals with there customers just pathetic I will never be shopping there ever again

    I had the most awful and unpleasant experience returning a knitted grey Blaq jumper with my partner today that clearly had manufacturing defects in multiple spots over it that was only purchased 3 1/2 weeks ago. The stitching went undone by itself in 3-4 spots and these lines formed as a result. After 3 times of my partner wearing it, it was ruined and he took extra care of it and never got caught on anything at all which we alleged but the manager and one other staff member refused to believe that. He bought two other jumpers that were the same in other colours and they were fine. I understand the argument that the retail staff have in order to try and avoid the refund but the way we were treated was not on. I work in retail myself but I would never handle a customer like that and I work with very difficult ones who spend a lot more money. The manager was the worst sales person I’d ever come across, it’s actually concerning that someone like her is the manager of this department with the following abhorrent traits she has. She was extremely rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming, snappy, VERY condescending and very unprofessional and this sets a very poor example for other staff that think this is okay and how customers can be treated. She did give a refund out of “goodwill” but the way she said it was so condescending too and she got another team member to put it through. The younger coworkers were friendlier and one of them even was kind of on our side particularly after we explained we had bought the same jumper in other colours that were fine. This manager does not know how to solve problems calmly, tactfully, professionally or respectfully and should at the very least apologise to us. I should have asked her name but she would be late 40’s probably, dark shoulder length hair, with a European background. Very very disappointing, as I also shop at Myer regularly.

    I strongly do not recommend Myers in Northland.As I purchased a perfume couple of months back I did tested the perfume at Myers northland before I purchase I like the smell and brought the perfume and the bottle they gave me was sealed pack after coming home when I open the box and smell the perfume is not the same as I tested at MYERS NORTHLAND store. Its dodge fraud. I went back I met with that sales girl I requested her that the perfume you sold me was not as per the tester I told her take that new bottle and give me the tester as the bottle they gave me was genuine smell and the new box was not same as per the tester smell... And top of that when I requested the manager he said not to come in to the store for this issue next time..... Dear Mr Manager, I am not going to buy anything from your respective store MYERS NORTHLAND as well as any other MYERS STORES IN Australia..... I would like to share my review as this happened with me at one of the most trusted branded stores. If ever you want to buy any product I feel that I shall buy direct to the original store not the dodge shops. Thanks.

    Very huge super store with multiple floors and multiple entry points. Has huge variety of products and brands. Returning a product which was ordered and delivered online was not straightforward, but the staffs helped us out clearly explaining the bureaucracy.
