Made a purchase of about $400 and was served by a rather disinterested and snooty customer service lady at the Men’s section today. She took no care at all in placing my purchases in the bag, squashed all my shirts in the bag. Pretty much borderline rude and disrespectful.

Products sell themselves and the rating is not reflecting the products. Service can be improved. Waited 20 minutes to be served by the cashier, and she did not remove ink security tag on my jumper. Incredibly incompetent and inconvenient. Will need to make an extra trip in store to have this rectified.

I recently visited store and was given dismissive and condescending behaviour from staff member Daina. Instead of greeting customers with a welcoming demeanor, she seemed bothered by my presence. When I approached her with a question about a product, her responses were curt and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect in a retail setting. I then attempted to make a purchase, but she dismissed me with an eye roll and a sigh, further exacerbating the negative experience.

My experience at the store was first class and highly recommend visiting here for smart or casual wear. The service person who served us, Aaron, was knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and when a certain garment wasn't in stock he called around and followed up (even after we left the store!) to have another available one put aside. Will absolutely be shopping here again.

Came in at 8:55 PM and wanted to try something on very quick and the girl with hazel eyes told me that they close in 5 minutes indicating that I can’t try it and that I should leave. Very poor customer service as the doors are open till 9 PM.

Country Road, always classic but can't believe how pricey baby items are.

Disappointing Country Road! My wife went to buy shoes from the Doncaster store today and as she was looking closely at the white leather shoes she was trying on she noticed a defect in the shoe to which she asked the lady if she had another pair out the back. The lady said "Its not like you are paying for $300 shoes (Shoes were $200) To which my wife answered "I am sorry if you think I am being difficult but if you can just understand where I am coming from you still want a brand new pair of shoes to look right" This is disgusting!!

My experience visiting this store today was amazing. I went in this store to just browse and see what new styles are available.I was greeted by this lovely lady Luisa. She was absolutely wonderful in her service and showed me some styles available from next week.She also went above and beyond offering me credit missed by their customer service at my next purchase and kept things I wanting to buy on my next visit. She was also really helpful to my other friends.In our conversation, I came to know that she was the manager for the section I was looking to buy things.Will absolutely be shopping here again.

Purchased some runners from your Doncaster store and they were too big. Returned to the store and was against by the same sales assistant in Andrew who couldn’t help me as the store didn’t have my size but check down a pair for me. Order them online and had them deliver to my house. Outstanding service could not of helped me any more and very pleasant to deal with.

A good store. Country Road has been around for a while. A dependable and quality clothing brand

Bright and fresh, well laid out and super friendly staff especially in the homeware area with great advice.

I came in early on boxing day prepared for chaos whilst also understanding how stressful it can be for everyone in retail. I was met with a very dismissive and unhelpful response by one of the ladies. I really wanted to purchase some shoes however I ended up walking out due to the lack of professionalism. I felt unwelcome in the store, I hope this was just the doncaster store.

I always have such a pleasant shopping experience at Country Road Doncaster as all staff are really pleasant, attentive and helpful, the store layout is perfect and everything is always immaculately set out. Most importantly, the clothing is of such high quality.

Average store wrong attitude to customer loyalty by becoming member to get better price. This company doesn't want people to shop with them as we have too much information on internet without adding more

Awful, cannot manage to find my package I ordered after weeks after delivery. Customer Service team awful, send me in a goose chase.

Andrew in the male section was lovely and really helpful. All the items for sale are well presented. Clean and organised dressing rooms.

I was very happy with my experience here !! Michelle made sure all my needs were met as a customer, she went above and beyond ! So did the lady at the register, I didn’t get her name but I know she was Sicilian. AmaZing shopping experience
