This is how you do a clearance store. Bargains all over and plenty to look at. Wife absolutely loves it. Friendly service too.

Great place to shop four different stores all under the one roof. Rivers, Autograph, Millers and Rockmans. Bargains everywhere most stock yesterday $20 Millers, some rockmans $20 others 40% off. Heaps of clearance for Rivers and a great selection of bargain Rivers shoes. Worth the visit. I am a regular shopper here.

This looks dismal. Service was good, but it is like a warehouse of seconds in appearance.

I always find something to wear, either at rivers, Miller's or autograph which shares the same factory outlet. Prices seem to be much lower than the retail outlets

Good range of clothing from Rivers, Autograph and Millers. Lots of shoes too, not many staff around and can be chilly there in the cooler months.

The lady in the Ringwood store was lovely, although busy she made sure I got good service. Thank you so much.

The staff member was friendly and helpful but It doesn't seem to have enough staff for a store with such a large floor area. The merchandise is a bit mixed up on hangers and mislabelled. It is difficult to identify sizes of many of the items.

Cheap prices but good quality

Lovely helpful staff. I discovered a lot of the clothing was for mature + size.. I purchased shoes on sale. Not sure I would go back to this store, prefer chirnside store for work wear.

Purchased a lovely pair of blue shoes for only $41.99

Checked the store opening hours, open till 6;30 on Thursday on website and google. Arrived before 6 and staff has closed the store so wasted a trip all the way there, will not be coming back.
