Pretty okay cappuccino. We ordered bacon and egg roll, Nutella donut, jam donut and fruit parfait as meals. Pretty okay, not too bad.

Coffee was very average, ordered cappuccino but more like a flat white. Almond croissant asked to be warmed up, it's only been microwaved, the crust became really soft and a bit soggy. Most importantly, their staffs looked unhappy, no one smiled from order to serve, not a very pleased experience

Mushrooms on toast delicious. The Reuben was a beauty too. This was a terrific place to go to when shopping at Doncaster. A good choice. We had a great time. Recommended.

I give it a 2 as generally coffee is great and food is good. What has put me off is seeing the cook staff where no gloves or masks when handling the food during the pandemic which makes me not want to go back. The inconsistency with the toast…. It’s either not toasted and has to be sent back and one day it will be 1 slice, the next day it will be 2.

I have been a regular customer at Caffe Moda and have always ordered their Chicken Schnitzel Focaccia, which used to be a favorite of mine. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed. The sandwich I received seemed like it was only half the portion of what I used to get, and it looked much larger in the display. The reduced size of the schnitzel was quite noticeable, and it felt like I was served an incomplete meal. I have come to expect a certain level of consistency from Caffe Moda, but this time, the experience fell short. I understand that variations in portion size can occur, but this difference was too significant to ignore. It left me feeling dissatisfied with my dining experience. I hope the management at Caffe Moda can address this issue and ensure that customers receive what they pay for. Aside from this issue, the taste and quality of the Chicken Schnitzel Focaccia were still good, which is why I am giving it two stars. However, the reduced portion size was a letdown, and it’s essential for Caffe Moda to take notice and make improvements for the sake of their loyal patrons. I hope my feedback helps them to maintain the high standards they are known for, and I’ll be looking forward to a better experience on my next visit.

I always come here for lunch and am never disappointed! The food is always fresh and the ingredients are always of the highest quality. There is always a variety of food on offer, ranging from: salads, pizza, pasta, toasties, wraps and more. The deserts are always are win as well. The high quality of drinks served with the small touches of lemon or lime, also makes it great as well. Definitely well worth the price! I recommend the the caprese!

Located in Westfield Doncaster, the store has spacious seating with ample room to move. The staff are friendly and the service prompt even during busier times. There is a large display with a selection that should suit most people. I particularly like the eggplant parma (photo). This was $14- at the time of writing. I personally like the coffee which is on the stronger side. This store is my first go to on arrival every time. A coffee to help me shop. As with all my posts I understand that coffee and food is personal.

Been going to Cafe Moda for a few years now and it is one of a few cafes that hasn’t disappointed the slightest. The coffee is authentic and amazing each and every time in many ways (strength, how hot we want it and taste/type). The food has been beautiful too. Staff are always efficient, welcoming and helpful. Felicity has been amazing, giving us heartfelt customer service, not the fake ones that you find in abundance across many cafes in Melbourne. I would highly recommend this cafe ❤️❤️❤️

Pleasantly surprised with the reasonable prices, decent selection of treats coupled with good coffee and hot chocolate.

Coffee was good. Cakes that we purchased seemed like they were not unique to this place.

Food and coffee were ok service friendly just another coffee shop.

A bit shocked when the coffee served - no pattern for a cup of dine in coffee. The taste is just bitter without much smoothness, and the foam is not fine enough too. Most importantly, it costed me almost $6.

I loved this place when I went. The place has dim lighting not enough to make it super dark but not to much to create sensory overloads. Same with the level of sound it was great for me personally with my sensory processing disorder. The prices were cheap too with good coffee.

Is so authentic cappucino coffe... they blend so smooth foam and so creamy,, good service and friendly .. complete coffe packages experience with a good prices too... good luck guys... see u another visit by me.. thanks

Came 3 months ago saying membersbuy isn't working due to account issues. 3 months afterwards, still not working, this time no reason. Seems like they took money from customer on membersbuy by selling shopcredit but not offering it in restaurant.

Looking to grab breakfast with a difference, the this is the place for you. Coffee is great, while you wait, the barista is happy for a chat. Alternatively, you could grab a pastry and enjoy it. The only issue is making a selection. They all look delicious.

Great coffee with very friendly staff.

The best sandwiches, coffee and little treats! It's been my must visit since my little one was a baby. They have always been so kind and are extra attentive to customers needs. Quite recently, my little one dropped her lollipop and was devestated. One of the staff actually noticed and gave her an extra marshmallow while she waited for her babycino.
