Sadly this place has gone downhill ever since new owners took over. Prices are way too high now and the food quality is poor. I used to visit weekly for the past 10 years but not anymore.

I Have been coming here with coworkers for a few years now, while the service has always been very efficient and coffee very good, the quality of food does not justify the steep price. I ordered a $12 egg and bacon muffin which had no butter in it - to add any sauce was an additional $2 I understand inflation is a necessity atm (the coffee price seems reasonable in times like these) but $9 for a ham cheese croissant is quite high

First time I've been back here for about 3yrs, was looking forward to my old usual blt foccaia and chips. WOW wasn't I disappointed. Chips were so cold, and if you could call them chips, more like scraps at the bottom of the bag and the lack of chips. My honey mustard sauce or shld i say watery as sauce. 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ Foccacia was burnt and squashed right down, looked like nothing was in it, that's how squished it was. Definitely not worth $17 at all... Will def won't be going back.

Good little cafe nestled in a corner at the pines. Good quality food. Can be a little slow sometimes 😢 And please bring back the kids colouring activities!

Just WOW! Went to Indulgence Cafe today for food and coffee and, Boy, did it impress!! Best coffee and food I've had in a very long time!! The breakfast & cake were very Fresh and Delicious!! I couldn't stop till I finished it! 😊 And to top it all, the staff was very polite and friendly! I will definitely be coming again!! 😊

Wasn't a great experience. Ordered breakfast and the omelette was saturated in oil. For the high prices they charge the quality isn't there and there is no table service.

Visited yesterday afternoon. Used to be a regular customer. So very disappointed that food quality has gone down so much since under new management. Bacon was reheated and tough to swallow. Staff, in particular the young male staff was unfriendly and arrogant. For the price I paid I’d rather go a bit further up to another well-known cafe in the area. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Excellent pasta with a combination of exciting flavors and hamburger with very tasty meat. The meat of the hamburger was very well cooked and juicy.

I ordered a parma, which was generous in size, reasonably priced, but seriously good eating! Also had a hot chocolate, and they had lactose free milk, yay, and it was a really good hot chocolate, one of the best I've had. My friend also had very enjoyable food. The service is friendly. This is not a food court type place, but a seriously good Cafe. A hidden gem. I would love to go back again!

This place used to be good but now it is simply appalling. 10 minutes waiting to be seated at the queue here sign (in a queue of just me) - until I went up to the counter myself and asked what should I do? The staff there were really unhelpful. Placed an order and sat down (had to get my own drink) and then waited nearly 30 minutes for lunch. The ordered coffee arrived after 40 minutes and three further enquiries, which were met with a curt "right". The staff are just completely disinterested and rude. Everyone one else in the surrounding tables had the exact same terrible experience. As stated, this place used to be good but now 1 star is being overly generous. Avoid at all costs, although the food, when it finally did arrive, was OK. Just not worth doing.

To the old lady who came to our table today in the middle of breakfast to say that we have to pay for these drinks. Learn some customer service skills, your action was offending. Embarassing for us. You are rude. And we did not like it at all. I want to give zero star, but there is no option of this.

Value for money I ordered the indulgence beef burger it was so good and juicy will definitely come to eat

Amazing place, the food is delicious and in appropriate serving sizes, leaving you full and begging to come back for seconds. I only came here a couple of times but every time I order something out of my comfort zone, I am left in awe with how graciously the food’s flavour lands on my tongue. 100/10 place to go to, amazing customer service aswell🫶

Local cafe inside The Pines food court. Old school cafe with non pretentious food (modern food). Big servings, and priced well. Friendly staff and lots of available seatings.

Their food is amazing, unfortunately they have a reputation of being very slow to get things cooked and organised making uber drivers wait a really long time. I have had 3 drivers cancel my deliveries because of the long wait times, and my delivery has then been over an hour late due to this. Otherwise a great place to get delicious food from

Today I got my usual coffee from you it’s was half full and no cappacino no froth wasn’t good … Today Sunday 13th. The Uber had no idea where he was going which goes back to Uber !!! It was cold as when u received it . My address is across the road so ur should not have been cold on delivery !!! I asked Uber for refund for my coffee they refused not impressed Just letting you know Sandy plummer

Very good breakfast menu and good tasty breakfast. I would have given 5 stars if the lady hadn't come to us , investigating about the drinks and making us feel embarrassed. Offcourse we know we have to pay for the extra drink that we took but let us finish our breakfast first man. She literally investigated abt each single drink and said many times pay for it . Learn customer service plz.

Really good local cafe, while the coffee just ok, the food like their poached eggs and avo toast are top notch and their pancake is really the best pancake I’ve had

only option I had to get a take away coffee .. over 15 minute wait for a take away coffee ?? Are you for real ?? That is absolutely disgusting.. not only the wait but get the order wrong .. never ever again .. I’d rather go without then come back here . To bad if you were on a 15 minute tea break waiting for your coffee .. get your act together try work out a better way to get your orders done .. take away should take priority over eating it … no one wants to stand around for 20 minutes for a take away coffee !!!! Keep away

We were in indulgence cafe for breaky yesterday and ordered four different dishes, I can admit that all of them was fresh and very delicious.prices was fair and they have friendly staff. Excellent coffee and special Mint tea Great parking area. It was great and highly recommended.

The girl had a Horrible attitude, bad customer service all we wanted was a simple morning breakfast and asked for some water (which we didn’t get) to then we asked again and she was again moody. I have never written a complaint but it isn’t that hard to be nice, particularly when it is your job and you are paid for it. This was 9/12/23 at 8:10am

Just had the best coffee and egg and bacon muffin. Freshly made with relish and not a microwave reheat. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. You won’t be disappointed. Lost a point for atmosphere only because they are in a noisy food court.
