Old style bar in the lovely Eaglemont Village. It’s a nice friendly comfortable place for a drink or two and quite engagingly old fashioned. The staff are nice as well. We enjoyed it here

Great venue for music on Friday night's 7:30 - 10:30pm and Sunday afternoon 4 - 7pm Not enough to promote it to the outside world. Need to update the web site and delete stuff from years ago.

Don't come to this pub the reviews overshadow the fact that there some young guy in his early 20s who thinks that he owns part of the pub he was rude told me to drink up and leave because I was apparently drunk just because I had a disability don't get fooled by friendly staff and the service. Very insulting and very rude towards people with a disability will not recommend this pub on any average day.

Good little bar with a nice local vibe and friendly service. Usually pretty easy to find some seating but it can get a little crowded at times. Pains me to admit this but I even enjoy the music they have occasionally....

Still going strong! This local bar is a mainstay of the drinking culture in Eaglemont. Nice courtyard and now a small beer garden out the front.

The 2 lasses at the bar were excellent. Food was pretty good but not exceptional. Venue showed great potential and post Covid, I can sée it becoming very popular

I had my engagement party and 30th birthday here and both were fantastic!

Enjoyed a few drinks with friends and listened to great music. Fantastic atmosphere and a perfect way to spend Sunday afternoon!!! We will be back.

Great local bar, the new owners have breathed new life into this place! Lots of events on and a great place to drink and catch up with friends. Friendly staff and awesome spicy margaritas too. Will be back again and again.

Booked the venue before covid for my 40th birthday. Previous owner was very helpful, supportive and accommodating. However the event was handled by the new owner. All my guests enjoyed the venue and the food. I must admit that I was disappointed to be told 3 days before the event that the venue will be open to the public, which hadnt been communicated earlier, even though i had paid a room hire bond. I had to hand out wrist bands for my guests too, so the staff knew who to give food to. Great place for a drink. Sadly I won't be booking any events again. (Which Im guessing the new owner is unlikely to offer anyway), which is very unfortunate. Nevertheless, my guests and I still had a great night and the girl at the bar was terrific.

Great owners who have put their heart and soul into the place to bring Eaglemont back to life again. Lovely warming fire in winter, great outdoor space all year round and wonderful hospitality

Absolutely fantastic to have the locals filling this place out. Always a very personable and welcoming atmosphere and the live music is at a standard I've never seen in Melbourne

Cool Little Boutique Bar

I visited this bar on Jan 30,2020 for a beer at 2000 Hrs to be told they will be closing in 15 mins ...whilst website says open until 2100 hrs.......wont be back in a hurry although I am a local !!!

Pleasant enough, but didn't really hit the mark. Service was very friendly, but the wine list was a bit more restricted than I'd hoped for. Selected a 2011 Pinot Noir that was well past its prime. Won't rush back..

Attended a St.Patricks Day function there yesterday. Had an amazing day/night with great people getting into the spirit of the day. Great venue. Thoroughly recommend.

It's quite small and friendly but very very noisy because it is all hard surfaces and walls. It's a converted driveway with a slap of paint on the walls. Sports on the multiple tv sets and only three beers on tap but a good selection of wines from the associated wine shop.

Hidden gem! Lovely, sprawling bar in a quiet little nook of the world. Great place to catch up with friends and family and super close to a train station. The fish'n'chip shop just a few doors down provides a heart- warming bite to eat. Great spot for small groups.

Good variety of beverages and friendly service

Even though I only live 5 minutes away, I hadn't been to the Eagle Bar for years as I am not a big fan. A Christmas catch up with friends took me here this time and I must admit it actually wasn't that bad. Their choice of beer could definitely be improved with the addition of some locally sourced craft ales and the decor has seen better days. Not serving food, they didn't object to ordering pizza from another outlet which was nice. However, we got the message that it was time to go when they got the mop and bucket out!

Genuinely beautiful local pub that has a nice old school feel to it. Very friendly staff. I don't often got out to drink, but this place had a really nice atmosphere. Lots of indoor and outdoor space where one can casually enjoy a pint.
