We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food served after having disappointing experiences elsewhere. There was actual garlic on the garlic bread for a start, the chicken parma and burger were delicious and the chips were perfectly cooked and seasoned nicely. It would be handy if you could select No Salad on the phone ordering app but otherwise it was really nice. The staff were very nice as well and our son loved the big play area. We will return.

Have always enjoyed our visits here, service was exceptional by Sabrina, food was top shelf (Buffalo Parma was amazing) as was all the meals. Seating near the kids play area is plentiful, but requires booking in prior. Above average portion size of Seniors meals, cake service for the byo cake was brilliant. Cannot fault it at all.

My family and l had fantastic service for 9 people who were celebrating my husbands 72 birthday. Our host, your staff member, "Cody" went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and her efforts were greatly appreciated by all. Quality food as always. Our 3 girls just love the play area and enjoy making friends. Sabrina was our host tonight and was so accomadating. Nothing was an issue with our requests.

I have been to this bistro twice with my family. (Not my choice) The first time, one of the waitresses spilled garlic sauce all over me, didn't apologise, walked off, went to the kitchen and laughed while my family and I could clearly see, and WE had to clean the mess because she never came back. The second time, I ordered my meal and specified I'm allergic to onions, and after waiting almost 30 mins for my food, the chef covered my meal in fried shallots 🤦🏻‍♀️ This place is a joke. Go to Billy's across the road where they have GOOD service.

Been a while since we visited. A little disappointed in the tiny menu. Also not a great start to our evening with the team member who first met us didn’t appear to be impressed when we mentioned we would prefer not to order using the QR code. Kids from the middle section racing back and forward (squealing) also added to our lack of enjoyment. My husband’s Parma was lovely though the “salad” it came with just passed. My Caesar salad nothing to write home about. The only thing that saved this from being a 1 or a 2 was the attention of the very sweet Juliette. She was friendly and attentive and arrived at our table each time with a smile. Please congratulate her on her beautiful customer service. Won’t rush back though. Nothing positive stands out other than Juliette

Enjoyed our meal this evening. Staff were courteous and prompt. Starter of 3 dips served with plenty of bread which was great. Steak was cooked well and good quality and musjrom risotto was full of different mushrooms. Was busy but the service was good.

First time eating here and I was very impressed with the award winning chicken parmigiana. My wife had the pork ribs and she also was happy with the taste. Very comfortable seating in the bistro and the heating was appreciated on the cold winter night.

We had a dinner tonight for a family member’s birthday, 12 of us in total (table 37 of the owners are reading this!). The food was great - large portions, well cooked (the steaks were great!), timely and all came out within a few minutes of each other. The highlight though was the staff. All staff tonight were very helpful and very pleasant. Despite being a busy Saturday night, they were quick but we didn’t feel rushed, they repeated orders back to us to ensure accuracy, and were happy to help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Meal was fantastic. Unfortunately leftovers are not permitted to be taken home "We are not licenced for takeaway" was the response when I asked for a container to take leftover food home. I thought reducing waste and being more environmentally friendly was a good thing. I won't be going back to an eatery that doesn't support less waste

Shout out to Sabrina and Sujata and their amazing customer service. They were taking orders, delivering meals, clearing and cleaning tables, making drinks, managing bookings and walk-ins - all with a smile on their face. Though they were doing an incredible job, a third person would have helped them greatly. With a full restaurant, there really needs to be an extra person on the bar during peak times rather one staff member juggling both stations. Thank you ladies for a lovely evening and finding us table 😁😁 Five star service, but 3 star food.

Confusing when booking online. I booked the bistro thinking it was where the main playground is only to find out that's the lounge area and was seated out the back away from the main playground. In future I will call to book to make sure I seat in the correct area. Great food 👍

My partner and I visited the Bridge Inn Hotel for an impromptu dinner. Juliette was our host, she was friendly happy and had a lovely smile. We both had a Caesar Salad. The serving size was substantial too. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the service from Juliette. ps… my partner loves the name Juliette 😊

Went this week. Desert was good and wine was generous. However the $49 steak was one of the worst I have ever had. If we did not have an overseas visitor with us that was staying for a quick stay over I would have sent it back. It was thin dry and so over cooked, medium rare with not even a hint of pink in most of it 'Cooked to your liking' that's a joke, a $49 joke on me..... We came on a recommendation and when I booked the person I spoke to said the food had really improved over the last 4 mths...really...

Food in bistro was good. Drinks service was hopeless. No staff to clear tables. We cleared our own. . Was warm day and A/C was not working. So hot. They left doors open which let flies in.

Food was really nice across the board and Jaime was really friendly and well organised. Haven’t been for a while so was really nice and we will definitely come back

The food was amazing, but what made our visit especially unique was the impeccable service from Sabrina :). The staff were so friendly and providing, without exaggerating probably the best service I've ever had dining out. All meals were lovely except for the Asian salads. Chicken was tough and too much cabbage / salad. Our host Alysha was fabulous and provided great customer service. Overall a great night.

Had such a great night for Halloween tonight. The kids had an absolute ball. All of our meals were delicious as always. We had the surf and turf, snr steak with seafood sauce, spaghetti marinara and a kids meal. All meals were cooked to perfection. Thank you for the wonderful service Cody, Gemma, Ally and Jaime. Haven't had a bad meal yet. The parmas are the best. The staff are a delight. In the bistro, bar and gaming room. The security staff too are pleasant and welcoming.

Come here all the time, would have been nice if the girl took our order served with smile. She wanted to polish cutlery more than anything in the world and reluctant to serve us. Upon adding additional items, she made a wierd face. Literally we didn’t want to stay there anymore.

Went with my Parents and took advantage of the seniors menu. We got the fish and chips, schnitzel, steak and calamari as well as a main of pork ribs. Everything was fine. Nothing overly standout and the chips were cold on a couple of plates.

We had an amazing lunch and exceptional service from our server Krysten. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meals and experience. We will be back.

Over a hour wait for a Parma, staff all over the place, asked to speak to a manager and was told they are too busy on the ‘pass’ dealing with food. I’m sorry but your running a hotel this should include dealing with customers issues throughout the whole venue not just handing out food. I’ve worked in hospitality for over a decade and never seen such a poorly ran venue.

- Waited over an hour for our meals. - customers that arrived after us got their meals first. - had to go and collect our drinks from the bar - kids meal comes with a soft drink but was charged $5 for it. No one told us Fanta was not included in the flavours when we ordered. When we questioned it, nothing was done about it. - No manager or supervisor taking responsibility for mistakes.

Our family celebrated our daughter’s 50th birthday in the Lounge on Friday night 12th March. The Lounge and bar staff were absolutely wonderful, extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. They truly made our night a great success due to their total Professionalism. Congratulations ladies on a job extremely well done. The chef did an awesome job also, the meals were delicious. Congratulations to all involved 👏👏

Great pub food in nice surroundings. Separate area for families with small kids (indoor play area). Plenty of gluten free options. Can order on table through QR code or request table service (we did both and it was great to order more drinks whenever you wanted!). Will definitely be coming back.

We have been here for dinner as a couple a few times recently and always been happy with food and service. So we chose it to have a small group for a family celebration in the bistro on a Saturday night. I cannot praise this venue enough. The bistro is away from the childrens play area and definitely not noisy. All the staff went out of their way to help, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were genuinely happy and accommodating at all times to ensure that the celebration went well for us. Huge shout out to Cody who served us on the evening, what a shining human!. We all ordered different meals, which were served quickly and everyone spoke highly of their choice. As a local venue it’s a great choice for service, food and value.

The staff here are always great, Dani especially. Even on a day when they are short staffed they take care of the patrons. The food is pretty good, the steaks aren't from great cuts but they are cooked well. Parmas are massive! The pie is outstanding too. They have an awesome indoor playground for the kids as well.

Been here a few times now. Food is consistently hot, yummy and filling , not to mention well priced. Today we had to wait a little longer than we would have liked for one meal and our entree to come out, but props to Adele for coming to the rescue and making sure we were taken care off.

Took my mum here for lunch which was a little disappointing. Steak was tough, Thai beef salad left a lot to desired. Fish and chips were nice. Cheesecake was very bland and pav was very sweet and had not much topping. Service was lovely so it was a shame.

Lovely meals very fresh beautiful (not frozen fish) Staff in bistro were very friendly and very accommodating. Meal prices very reasonable and a good size feed. Gaming room staff very pleasant and accommodating also nothing was too much trouble. Do yourself a favour and give it a crack you won’t be disappointed.

Went for dinner with a friend and it was fantastic! After being seated, we were a bit cold next to a window so the staff offered to move us to a warmer, cosier spot. Food came out so quick and was delicious. The staff and level of customer service was excellent and Bailee was a standout! Thanks, will definitely be returning.

The meals were all fantastic and the price was very cheap for the quality and quantity! I made a mistake ordering the kids meals and I asked and confirmed from it from the emailreceipt that I hadn’t actually added it! However Eloise say order it and I’ll go get the chief/cooks to start and to lookout for the order - even before it is finished ordering it. It was out in (seemed like seconds) Eloise was our waitress and she was very politely, helpfully, quick and very professional - she made the night easy and a joy to stay and enjoy the food and drink.

Had a friend Xmas get together while we we're all free, Jess was amazing all night and made sure we all well looked after. Been a while since I had service so attentive and bubbly. Can't wait to see her earrings next time I visit

Had New Year Day lunch at Bridge Inn Hotel. Very pleasant experience, great food & drinks. Was looked after by Sabrina & Sujata. They are a credit to the hotel and I received friendly and attentive service from them both. Would happily return again.

Ordered medium rare porterhouse steak, it was uncooked and the vegetables hard as a rock. Wasn't satisfied with my meal at all. However tap beer was good.

Disgraceful. Terrible service. Do not expect any variation to the menu. You will be told absolutely not and be forced to pay for food you do not want and will not eat. There are so many nicer establishments in the area that deserve your money and will offer much better service. Don't bother with this place.

We recently enjoyed a delicious meal at the Bridge Inn Hotel. We really enjoyed the vibe of this place and the food was very reasonably priced. We were served by Zoe who was friendly and attentive which always makes you feel welcome at a new place. We will be back :)

Didn't allow to make a small change to a meal. The staff member went to ask her manager who came to the table and she said NO. It was a small request just swap chips for mash potato. Which was on the menu with other main dishes. I felt it was not an unreasonable request. We were there as group of 12 . Won't be back.

Lovely staff very helpful. Everyone very happy with their meals. I had the rump steak medium it was very nice. Easy to get to dispute all the road works. Nice big car park. We all had a great time

I had lunch with my mother,daughter and grandsons,was my grandsons 9th birthday, The meals were amazing, staff very friendly and service was very quick. 1st time and very impressed. I will definitely be going back again.

Have dinner here frequently and can’t praise the team here enough. The outstanding service is what brings my family and I back time and time again. We are often greeted by Juliette who has impeccable customer service skills. I can go to many different pubs, but the team at this one is what keeps me here. Give them all a pay rise.

Had our party last night in function room upstairs. Was a great night. Staff were great on the night. Very attentive. Venue was great in dealing with and organising our party beforehand so it was perfect on the night. Was a seated function for 30 guests, including guests with allergies and 6 kids. Venue was very accomodating, even organising an extra table with crayons/paper for kids, very thoughtful. Great setup, delicious food...we will definetly be back!
