A little disappointed with the Grill'd experience here. On a Saturday night there was only 3 staff here, who tried their best but sadly it left the experience not great. The burgers get rushed and below the usual quality I'd expect from Grill'd. Tables and cleaniness not the best either. I'd probably stick to going to suburbs locations over the city ones for this level of quality and service.

Burger is great especially the beyond the meat burger, they’re awesome. Don’t forget to install the Grill’D App to get some nice goodies.

Great menu and great execution of it. Burgers taste great and seem to be well prepared, with decent chips too. This location has plenty of comfortable seating with upstairs being the most comfortable. The large windows and high roof make for a pleasant experience. Tables are large enough for groups and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The burgers taste great, packaging is great, and the staff is really nice and polite. Fries are great too. Sadly, there are no combo options (hopefully that comes up in the future). Vegetarian and vegan options are available aplenty. Definitely try to take advantage of the 10k steps promo; really gets you a good deal. Students can avail special promos through the Grill'd app. The staff was sweet to drop a nice message on the packaging esp. in these difficult times. Definitely worth a visit even if you are a tourist. Will surely visit again.

Good juicy burgers with low carb options (SuperBun and lettuce cups). The lamb patty was perfectly seasoned.

Love the burger, tasty, juicy and fresh veggies. For every burger you buy you get a token which you can drop in one of three jars which represent a org they support by donating some cash monthly.

Their slow cooked marinated pork belly with zucchini and kale slaw from their pork menu tasted amazing. Especially loved it when eaten along with the Diemen's original hot sauce that's provided.

I ordered the original beef burger which was placed at the first line on the menu and ate chips in size of snack. The burger was awesome. The beef was juicy and well grilled. But chips were no better than other places. The price is a bit expensive.

I really love Grill’d burger, the service in this shop is better than southern cross one.
