Beautiful view and entourage. The food compared to other comparable places in the world is nothing to brag about. I visited it 3 times on different occasions. The 3rd one will be the last as a few of us got food poisoning (yes food poisoning from a bar in 5 star hotel). Not recommended.

Can’t say enough! This place was gorgeous, and the service was amazing. Make sure to come during the piano playing hours, as that’s also a treat! Great drinks, a little pricy but worth it in my opinion

Must have experience in the bar and lounge! Fantastic cocktails, known for their gin and tonics, but their mock tails are just as inventive and tasty! Decor is mesmerizing from the artwork, clocks, sofas, to the piano, fireplace and chandeliers. Just exquisite, service friendly and 5⭐️

we came here just for the bar, and it was 10/10. there’s an open fire with large windows overlooking the river. the bartenders knowledge of the drinks was amazing, and they all tasted insane. the burger is definitely to be recommended, simple ingredients with a delicious sauce that will make you want to come back just to have it again

Amazing hotel with top professionals at their finest. They cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable and in style. Location is right where one needs to be, was easy to get to and for others to come meet you. Breakfast and Dinner in the Brasseire is elegant, lively, relaxing, romantic and service is impeccable. I highly rate this beautiful place along the Rhine.

I really enjoyed a stay here. And that is mostly because of the most welcoming and warm heated worker Claudio. He ensured the comfort of the stay of me and my friend and provided all the necessities. I am looking forward for my next stay and I hope Claudio will welcome us again.

Truly a 5 star experience. Everything from booking , stay, food, night life and check out is an experience here. Located next to Rhine, you get a spectacular view of the river from the room as well as get to dine next to the river. Room service is excellent as well.

Hotel Les Trois Rois is a real treasure from the past. We did the Le Roi Gourmet package for my birthday celebration and it was just wonderful. It included a table at Cheval Blanc, an overnight stay at a river suite with a breakfast and surprise gift. This Riverside hotel is charming, classy and luxurious from check in to the check out. Apparently, It is a historical landmark in Switzerland and rich in history with many famous & elite figures stayed here over the years. They comprehensively rebuilt and remodeled the hotel in 2004 but still kept its alluring and glamorous character. Walking into the corridors, halls and rooms, you get a feeling you are in the late 1800s to the early 1900s. The view from the riverside suite is magnificent. Decor and interior design is classic retro French. Ambience is warm & cozy. Staff were all very nice, friendly, polite and courteous. The Hotel has a 3 Michelin starred restaurant “Cheval Blanc by Peter Knogl” which I reviewed separately. Brasserie is classic and more casual, offers daily breakfast which we enjoyed as hotel guests. Lobby Bar and terrace is relaxing and offers cocktails and afternoon tea in a majestical setting. Concierge staff was very helpful in suggesting sightseeing and activities while in town. There’s a mini gym in the basement which I didn’t expect in such an establishment but was a nice touch, it faced the wine cellar as well which was kinda interesting. The surprise gift from Chef Peter Knogl was a silver plated spoon from Robbe & Berking Silber with his name engraved on it accompanied by a nice note from the Chef. Overall, we had a sensational experience at Hotel Les Trois Rois to remember for ages.

Fabulous Hotel, the staff and the service is amazing. I am not going to spoil the surprise of the little touches the Hotel does to make the stay stand out, but there is a reason it is a Leading Hotel of the World and 5 Star. Go, have dinner, drink on the terrace, have breakfast overlooking the Rhine, stay a while - your soul will thank you, your credit card may not :) :)

Made a reservation back in March for Sunday brunch at Les Troi Rois and after much anticipation the day finally arrived yesterday. Entered the hotel and turned right for the magnificent room that is the Salle Belle Epoch, where I have had brunch a couple of times. Was most surprised to be intervened by a staff member who informed me the brunch would be served in the Brasserie. Now the Brasserie is nice enough but it’s not the Salle Belle Epoch, where brunch has (afaik) typically been served for years. After we were seated in the Brasserie we of course were informed that the SBE is undergoing renovations etc – but we clearly should have been told this when we made our reservation. Also the format was different…no buffet but a la carte. And no piano in the Brasserie. It’s like booking first class and when you get there they say, “sorry you’re in Economy, first class is under renovation.” At the end the food was okay but there is not really any sense of “occasion” in the Brasserie and I was very disappointed for the 3 people in our group who (according to our earlier descriptions) were expecting something completely different. I felt like I’d missold them…when in fact it was me who was missold by omission by LTR. Food was okay. Our waitress Paula was super; very friendly and did a great job of managing what was a rather tightly set table for 5.

What can I say. High class, extreme luxury, everyone is extrem friendly and the location is perfect. Everything was just perfect and has been the last 15 years. The lounge was as always a very relaxing and comfortable room to wait, read newspaper or chat. On top of that, the staff is very friendly and the Concierge has great recommendations for Restaurants and last minute alternative ideas and locations. Thank you for the great memories!

5 star +++++++ If I could leave more stars I would. This hotel is outstanding in friendliness, service, food and location. The vibe is upscale elegance with exquisite attention to detail. From the moment we arrived to the time we sadly had to leave, our experience was impeccable. I never take the time to leave reviews but I was compelled to share this experience!

The best location with rooms facing river Rhine, just a few steps from the old city with great bars and beautiful streets. Staff attentive and courteous. Rooms full of old charm and modern technology.

My wife and I choose to stay here and have our Anniversary to be celebrated at Cheval Blanc. I did my booking both hotel and restaurant in advance for months. Our selected room, Junior suite with balcony, is marvelous decor and best having espresso at the balcony. Cheval Blanc is fantastic of meals, services and atmosphere. It’s our honor to have picture with Chef Peter Knohl that I appreciate so much.

We didn't stay here, but we ate lunch here and had a glass of port afterwards in the bar. It's a gorgeous property and the entire experience was wonderful. Not cheap, but wonderful. This place is so beautiful. You really need to visit and spend a little time experiencing it.

Spending the beginning of the year with a fun dinner-dance parry with strangers who get wild on the dance floor after midnight.Impeccable service, not intrusive yet attentive. Breakfast, high tea, dinner, you will never get disappointed as the staff makes you feel truly at home.

This is a great hotel. Very luxurious and excellent service. Every accommodation in the rooms have been thought of and carefully crafted with highest quality materials. The location was perfect for us with the public rail located right across the street. The staff are top of the class. The only thing I could ask for the owners to update their beds. The bed in our City King room was very too firm. I also would recommend not using external booking site but instead book directly with the hotel. Also verify you are booking directly with the hotel. We had a big fiasco with a booking period com site that the font desk helped work on.

Really love the place, we go there every year for our anniversary. The ambiance, the quality of the service, the fire place. We enjoy each time. This year we had 15-20 minutes wait at the reception it was very crowded but worth the wait.

We went only for a coffee. Amazing place. Delicious coffee, brilliant service.

we visited for cocktails which were ok. the bar snacks though were not. at this price point customers should be served something better than the same basic nuts and crisps over and over. it was also rather a shame that the terrace was mostly overrun with smokers.

Situated in the perfect spot, we had a fabulous room overlooking the Rhine. The service here was top notch, there was always room for hotel guests in the lounge and bar. The concierge booked dinners, cabs, helped with walking tours. The restaurant in the hotel is a Three Star Michelin restaurant in the hotel which is a must visit. Book in advance.

Im very disappointed of the service, behavior and manners of the Barteam. Focused exclusively on the rich and famous customers. The conversation started once I asked for Japanese Whisky (I was expected,If Im in a 5 star hotel and exclusive place to ask me at least or recommend not put the Bottle on the Bar saying this 21 yo for few thousand!I know the prices of the Whisky especially for Japanese, but it's not the way you should guys talk with the guests in very rude way!If I enter this hotel and had lunch same day in Brasserie Les Trois Rois with the superb service, ambience and very friendly staff, means I can afford and have some drinks in the Bar too...You never know, who's entering and you should make your guests feel welcome and comfortable.
