i must've visited on an off day or i was just lucky because i pulled in to the parking lot and noticed the drive thru line was empty. i made my way over and there were only 2 cars waiting to get their food. my order was taken by a very nice girl but i didn't catch her name but she told me it had been a slow day as well. the drive thru did start to get filled up as soon as i drove out but all the food we ordered was delicious, hot and ready very quickly.

I ordered on the Chick-fil-A app and my order was ready within 5 minutes. The staff was super polite and everything was labeled on where to go to pick up mobile orders. The Chick-fil-A minis are my absolute favorite. I just wish they were served all day!!

Like most Chick-fil-A establishments, this one is fairly well run. They work fast and are usually accurate, particularly when compared to a lot of fast food restaurants. The food is tasty, consistent other experiences I've had in the chain. On this particular occasion there was a long line at the drive-through and it didn't move as fast as I would normally expect. The pricing isn't cheap, especially if you are a big eater. I got a salad, a chicken sandwich, and 4 count chicken tenders for a little over $23. That doesn't even include a drink. You can go to an inexpensive full service restaurant and pay less. But alas, there is something about the tast of the chicken that keeps me coming back.

Have always loved coming to eat at these restaurants (despite the negative view they have for equality). Always fresh, delicious food and a good atmosphere. I recommend going inside to order rather than driving through. From my point of view, you get your food faster. Look for ABEL, he took great care of me from beginning to end.

My first time ever visiting a Chick fil A. since I don’t know the menu I ordered the number 2 (mini chicks) well I didn’t check my receipt and it turned out I got the spicy sandwich. So, I went to the counter and Andrew very nicely said no problem, let me get the manager. When she came over I even apologized for not knowing the menu, and she very rudely said it will b 15 mins minimum for the mini chicks, so, I said no thank U don’t worry. Just give me a refund. Well, she went over to my table to get the soda and the fries back. So, she could give me a full refund. 🤔. I said get them, but I guess, she realized how rude that looked, cause other clients were watching us and she went back to the counter and gave me a full refund. First and last time at this store. Rude manager

This places makes so much mistakes, you can NOT rely on their Drive-Thru Service because they will mess up!!! Don’t be fooled with the label on your food, they confuse the chicken patties and cheeses! I ALWAYS get mistakes here and I AM NOT LOCAL!

I am so upset with Chick-Fil-A in the City of Downey, my son won a certificate for excellent student at Dotty Middle School. I took my entire family to at Chick-Fil-A. I was going to purchase Family meal for five. My son went ahead in front of us to get his free sandwich as he was told by two employees. Then he was told he’s not able to get anything. The employees said they never seen this certificate or card for the free sandwich, in a very unprofessional manner. My question is what’s the point of the motivation for my son winning something, and it’s not follow through the establishment. Kids should not be played around like that with these rewards. This is Chick-Fil-A is very unprofessional

Wow,this place is disgusting. I went on a Wednesday evening at about 5:30pm. Every single window was full of flies. It made me rethink eating here. I asked the employees about the issue, and they seemed unaware. I'm surprised that the owner doesn't know about this issue.

Food is absolutely delicious but Arem’s and Marcela’s customer service is absolute! I 100% recommend this Chick-Fil-A to everyone and anyone.

If you ever been Chick-fil-A then you know it’s gonna be great customer service and good food. Just one is on the standard with the rest of the Chick-fil-A‘s. Speedy service info was great. This is my regular location so there’s not much selling point here.

The drive thru lines are long, but move very quickly due to their process. They take your plate number on the car, get a name for your order and ask if you will be paying by cash or card. You drive thru to pick up your food. If you're paying in cash, someone will come and collect that before you reach the window. You collect your food and condiments at the window where the person in the drive thru double checks they are giving the order to the correct car. You go home and enjoy hood, fresh, hot food. I love the professionalism the Chic a Fila team has for its employees and its guests.

They all seem to be the same, well kept, staff overload and friendly. The one thing that seems to set this one apart from all others I have been to is the sauce bar which was very well stocked and nice to be able to help myself.

I ordered on doordash. Didn’t get all my sauces I asked for. Also, the food was horrible. The egg white sandwich taste nothing like how it’s suppose to be, and my bowl hand only like 5 hash browns in the bowl. I am very disappointed because I used to work for chick fil a. Never Again

Chick fil A is one of my favorate fast food restaurant. The staff always trained. The cusyomer service is always good, the food also has acceptable quality. However this time I noticed some dirt on my cabbage and I was disappointed.

Chick FIL A is always a great place to go for if you're hungry!! I usually give them fice stars but this time they forgot a few sauces that were much needed with their nuggets & the Mac & Cheese at this location did not blow my away compared to other locations. Still very great atmosphere, great staff & the food is still one of the best out there. I've yet to come across a bad Chick FIL A location so if you love chicken this is the spot to come to.

This was chosen by our teens so I got a Kids meal with 2 strips ( 1 was good the other looked 2 have been cooked yesterday) but I must say the waffle fries were more than enough for a kids meal

I go to this CFA all the time and have never ever seen anything like this. It’s the closest one to me other than the one on imperial, but i have had great service here up until yesterday. I got a salad for my mom since she loves the grilled chicken salad, she had opened the salad and was enjoying it up until she almost finished her meal and saw not one but TWO flies in her salad, it was disgusting and very very disappointing considering the salad was not opened until i had gotten home. super upsetting and will now be going to the one on imperial.

As a Chinese, I came here on business and tried the local hamburger.I think the taste is good, but the staff at the front desk are really enthusiastic. One female employee has beautiful eyes 。

Today I went in with my husband and we were immediately helped with no lines. Once our food came to our table it was amazing and very fresh. Cynthia the employee there was the nicest person ever. Cynthia should be getting paid double because of how hard she works. Thank you for the great experience today.

They are always so friendly and hopefully. I've been going to this location for a year now. Before that I boycotted chick-fil-a for their political points. And well rn it's the only place to get grilled nuggets since my son doesn't like deep frie.

During these rainy days, she had the nicest smile and was sooooo generous and best customer service. Truly she makes a difference. One of the best chicken sandwich. Great service by the associates, thats a chick-fil-a thing, everyone is nice. They always give you enough condiments and they make you feel welcome.

This is a busy location, but the food is always good, I tried their chicken soup for the first time (just a cup) and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, the location is clean and the driver through is normally very busy. going into the parkin can be tricky if you are traveling eastbound on Firestone blvd. be extra careful due to the light on Firestone and Patton Road, some cars stop to let you got left into the parking lot, I've seen many accidents because cars traveling west are not visible. I normally park across the street on the Ralphs parking lot and walk to the other side, saves on looking around for a parking and dealing with the long drive through blockage.

If you don’t want to come to a location that is busy and loud do not come to this one Regardless, I was already here there an online order had a bit of a tough time finding a table because a couple of them do not have numbers on them, but was able to sit right across from the online pick up table and one of the ladies told me the table number, which happened to be 13 Had my meal minding my business. Everything was good properly prepared, condiments necessary on the plate, but on my way out the same person who handed me my food and help me with the table also took my trash. This huge I know that I was not the only person that gets that type of treatment. I’m sure that it is an all-around thing and that is a big thing. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much for the time and experience today this just needed to be recognized. .

Best chicken spot I've been to. Chicken just tastes better. The popeyes hype was just that hype. The chicken sandwich from here walks laps around theirs. Their tenders, fries, and variety of sauces is a plus.

Very fast. But it was late night. Staff is friendly. Pretty typical Chick-fil-A. The salads are fire.

Fast service. Great food. The Cobb salad I ordered was fresh and a great portion size. I modify my salad and food preparers seem to always make it accurately and with excellent service .

Drive thru line is out the door but frosted lemonade is well worth the wait. I love the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich & the waffle fries. Sauces are fire!! Be prepared to hear "my pleasure" after thanking them for their service. Amazing service.

Great food! Long lines but the employees managed to to handle the lines pretty well. The fruit punch was watered down. That’s one of the reasons we love this place, but there was more ice than juice.

Staff is always nice and courteous. Wish they would have a better way to distinguish between sweet tea and unsweetened tea. I ask every time for unsweetened tea and get sweet tea about 2 out of 3 times. This location has a playground that my almost 3 year old loves.

Last 3 times they forgot my son's ice cream. Today the girl in the drive thru line was not at all helpful when asking about the menu. I've only been to a chick fila a few times and only this restraunt but the food is ok and the service seems poor. I'd expect a little more from a $10 chicken sandwich meal

My mom and i enjoy going to chick-fil-a often. Although the food is amazing and it's the main reason we go, the service is unbeatable! The workers look like they genuinely enjoy working there and always have a positive attitude. Any orders that are messed up or missing items will be fixed immediately and are given back with a gift card for a free meal.They have a team that is so well organized whether its with online orders,drive thru, or dine-in, which is great for everyone.I've heard some people complaining about the service at chick-fil-a but i personally think that if you get bad service there,then it's just the location or some people just don't quite agree on things.The one i go to is located right next to my school and afterschool they get a bunch of kids swarming in,yet they still manage to stay completely organized and get your food out within 5 minutes.

Although my order got a little mixed up, got the regular instead of the spicy sandwiches. The food was good as always. Lines were a little long but the system to take orders and pay works very well and had me on my way pretty quick.
