Then I got positive answer, that why I bought it. Anyway, I have solved the problem, and I will not going to your shop again, thank you. ————————————————————————— We have bought an IWC watch an an ring on June 1, and we need to remove one strap, the manager tried 5 minutes and told us the steel strap is too tight, maybe we can adjust it after we go back to Taiwan, that’s alright with us, but the watch just broke when we try it on at home, which means the manager didn’t lock it up.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. I must say I was hesitant to even walk inside after having a negative experience at the other Rolex AD at Frankfort airport (Wempe). What a difference. I went inside expecting to be ignored and the service I received completely blew me away. Biljana M., who I later found out was the store manager, explained the different models available. She took the time to help me although I was completely disheveled after waking up very early for a AM flight. I looked like I could barely afford a Cappuccino let alone a fine swiss watch. After evaluating my wrist, she made a perfect recommendation. Needless to say, 20 minutes later I walked out with my first Rolex. I hope this is the first transaction of many. I can explain my satisfaction by saying this...I'd opt for a connecting flight thru Frankfort just to visit this store rather than fly direct to my destination. Ms. Biljana is an asset to your company.
