😠 Dresden Heart Center! I can only advise against it. The operation went “normally”. Consequential damage (?) due to the operation cannot be handled. Opinions/investigations from the neighboring university clinic are blocked for reasons of economic efficiency. The heart is now the smallest problem...... People often mention hours, doctor, appointment,

Dresden Heart Center! I can only advise against it. The operation went “normally”. Consequential damage (?) due to the operation cannot be handled. Opinions/investigations from the neighboring university clinic are blocked for reasons of economic efficiency. The heart is now the smallest problem... If you have the choice (!!), go to Leipzig! Follow-up treatments can be carried out there within an economically active “company”. Namely within the Helios group. Say goodbye to the idea of being a patient! You are an economic factor! I would be happy to share my health insurance contributions with all other economic refugees and forego full treatment. Congratulations on the successful health system to all health ministers!

Unfortunately completely chaotic. Documents are not sent, appointments are not planned and when you are there, no one knows what should be done. Appointment at 8:30 and after 5 hours and three "examinations" you continue to wait. Maybe you should take a look in Leipzig, where the demands seem to be different.

You will find a very friendly, professional and committed team here. I went to visit my father today (on ward 1b) and I am very relieved and happy that everyone here is just doing their best. Thank you for being there.

It's nice if the clinic is prepared for negative reviews and responds to them. But answering in the same context is a bit striking. They have also repeatedly pointed out the lack of staff. Do you think it's just you who has a staff shortage??? Such excuses should not be used. Such matters can be controlled!!! Do you think that as a three-time master craftsman I have a satisfactory personnel situation in the company??? I don't let my 80-year-old customers sit in the waiting room of the car dealership for 8 hours! And the crowning moment was when my mother came with an appointment to be examined and was admitted to the hospital without any preparation.... not given any food for 40 hours at the ward and after 40 hours from the ward (without doing anything.... nothing, not even an examination) was sent home by taxi. THIS IS A CASE FOR TV! Today she was with them for a follow-up check after the heart valve operation. With an appointment! Then the young green snotlout from the doctor told her that he couldn't issue a transport ticket for care level 3. My mother has a transport pass from her health insurance company. That's exactly what the lady at registration explained to her again, so that my mother almost had a breakdown. I've never seen such an uneducated team anywhere! Until an older sister came over and told the lady at the registration desk that my mother was entitled to taxi transport everywhere. Maybe the staff should also be given a little more information about what is possible or not... and that includes the greenhorn of a doctor. The fact is that the health insurance company is informed about this. It's questionable whether I'll let my mother see them again.

My husband had heart surgery on July 5th, 2021 for an aneurysm, a new heart valve was inserted and a hole was found in the heart, which was also closed. The doctors have something to offer. I say gods in white and it really is. Thank you so much for getting my husband back repaired.👍👍👍

I'm referring purely to the pacemaker outpatient clinic - I think all the other areas are great! I've been wearing an ICD for almost 6 years now and after EVERY check-up I have to go back in a few days later because of twitches because a doctor thinks he has to turn up the voltage. Can't you just make a note in your file that you shouldn't do that? I have to drive 2 hours each time to have this corrected. Not that you are asked to describe the problem in a friendly and polite manner, no, you are portrayed as if you are having fun chugging here on the highway and as if you are just making the whole thing up. Please do the contortions. This is really anything but friendly and, in my opinion, condescending towards the patient if not even bold! In addition, I have to organize childcare for my children for the long time that I am away, which is a good 5-6 hours in total. No, I really don't enjoy it and would really like to avoid it!

I had an appointment (admission), I was admitted at 9:30 a.m., I was seen by nursing staff for the first time around 10:30 a.m., an ECG was written, etc. I went to the doctor around 12 p.m. I asked the head doctor, maybe we can do it today, It would be better if they didn't have to come here anymore. I had a briefing and not just out of boredom!! I briefly made a phone call upstairs and came back then got a transport ticket to go home. New appointment in 14 days, they're not serious! Doesn't that amount to failure to provide assistance?

Termin wurde von November bis Mai immer wieder verschoben. Einmal ist ok, zwei mal auch noch. Aber einen Termin für eine OP 3,4,5 mal zu verschieben.. unmöglich.

There is a huge shortage of staff and you notice that as a patient. Perhaps the appointments should be made so that there are no waiting times of around 6 to 7 hours. There are a lot of older people in the outpatient clinic and none of them complain because they don't send any emails or reviews. I went home today without my follow-up examination because I was told it could take another 2 to 3 hours if there was no emergency. My appointment was 9:00 a.m. So just rework your appointment management. A big compliment goes to the nurses who give everything, but unfortunately no doctor can replace them.

I was in the emergency room yesterday and was admitted straight away. An EKG was done and my blood pressure was measured. The sisters were very friendly and even made me feel good for a moment. The doctor's interview also went quite well. I just thought it would have been great that they explained to me why a pulse of 130 wasn't a concern at that moment. But I can only say good things about the quick admission and you can quickly see a doctor and talk to me. Thank you
