2 Pizzen bestellt, laut Mail ca 45 min Wartezeit, laut Anruf 1 bis 1,5 h Wartezeit ist normal laut Mitarbeiter. Kein Preisnachlass oder entgegen kommen möglich... Sehr schade sehr enttäuschend, werden nicht mehr da bestellen!

As an emergency solution for us... ordered 7 pizzas, ordered by phone and everything was ok, delivery was on time and ok too...but...pizzas just not like those from the Italians...soggy and little taste 😭 sad too There is no bottle of wine with an order of 90 euros.

We used Freddy Fresh near our old flat before. This is my first time with this one in Klotsche near our new flat. We had a medium Tijuana and Venedig delivered . The person who took our phone order was friendly, and the pizzas were very tasty and warm. To my surprise, after reading other negative reviews, the delivery was fast, and the delivery person was very friendly. We will use FF again. Thanks again
