Friendly
and
helpful
staff,
there
are
no
useless
bellboys
that
are
normally
in
every
hotel
just
for
tips,
but
I
have
to
say
I'm
nevertheless
disappointed:)
The
hotel
is
pretty
old,
both
building-wise
and
amenities-wise.
I
can
tell
it
used
to
be
something
extremely
fancy
in
the
90s
maybe.
But
the
way
the
rooms
are
furnished
is
really
old
for
today's
standards.
Now
the
more
important
part,
the
amenities.
Nowadays,
you
normally
get
free
bottled
water,
tea,
coffee,
...
Etc
on
the
house
as
courtesy,
but
in
that
hotel
we
were
surprised
to
see
that
one
big
bottle
of
water
costs
about
6
euros
unless
you're
a
member
of
some
club,
which
felt
extremely
cheap
and
confusing
(giving
also
the
wording
and
the
fonts
they
used).
The
elevators
don't
operate
unless
you
insert
your
room
card.
Nothing
that
bad
really,
you
can
always
get
a
water
bottle
for
less
than
2
euros
from
the
next
Rewe,
or
swipe
the
card,
but
it
just
felt
very
cheap
and
outdated
for
no
reason
and
we
had
really
high
expectations
from
that
hotel
:-).
