Today I recieved incredibly poor service from one of the staff members. She has short black hair. I went to the counter to order my food and met the wonderful, friendly trainee. She served me and I payed. I sat upstairs. I ate my food and then stuck around for an hour to complete some of my work on my laptop. I then leave and come back 2 hours later. I sit down and order some food yet again served by this trainee. After I finished eating. I decided I would listen to some music while I wait 15 minutes for my train. This woman who works there, approaches me and starts yelling at me in German. I understand a fair bit of German but I am not so good at responding quickly. She told me that I had to leave the store as I wasn't allowed to sleep there. I said that I wasn't sleeping, I was just listening to my music. Then she told me that I had to leave. I said this is unacceptable, let me speak to someone who speaks English please. She said no. I said listen here. If you don't get me someone to talk to now. I will directly report you to BK HQ. I work in a burger King myself in Australia. This is definitely not how we would ever treat our customers

Please install some self-service terminals, the waiting time is very long and the area in front of the cashier is really limited for people to wait for their orders

Good burger king directly inside dresden main station, good for a quick stop while traveling. Standard burger king food, exactly what you'd expect. Very friendly and fast service, lots of space and quiet upstairs. Free-to-use toilets.

Super slowly, big queues, cold hamburgers . I believe Burger King knows this is the main station and need to hire more people and add machines. But seems like they don’t care as the are super rich already!

Cold food, long lines, no self order machines...

This is the worst experience ever!!! The stuff( black hair girl ) has an intimidating attitude and she said I don't understand her in German to other stuff...I don't speak German but tried because she didn't speak English. But I understood what she said...that's totally rude! I know I live in Germany that's why tried to speak German to her. I don't expect customer services like Japan. Even so, it was a terrible service.

The waiting time is so long and there are no kiosks to order food so you have to talk with employees to place an order.

They working without gloves, I observed all of them now while waiting for my order, they grab bread, gather fries without gloves! literally no one wears them, especially in corona time it's disturbing. Isn't it against health and hygiene policy? I have to report this to the Dresden hygiene department with pics.

How can it be on a Friday late afternoon people line up and they have 4 terminals but only one employee who takes orders??? Money saving at the wrong place… since the same topic was talked about one month ago it seems that no one cares. This should be reported to the BK franchise holding corp in D.

Come with your burger queen

I really like the upper floor with the giant windows and the view from the inside to the inside. But it is difficult getting there. More than once I stepped out of line and went home. The wait is horrible.

Friendly staff, but overpriced, unhealthy, and often bland food.

Awful... i went there on 22:30 but they said ‘we are closed now’ it’s supposed to be closed on 23:30. It’s a fast food restaurant! But close before even a hour?

Set automation boxes, it will order mess queue 😕

Super cozy and nice to see all the plant-based Burgers on the menu! Staff is friendly and does a great job considering the amount of custommers

Fries weren’t tasty. Whopper is a mess.

Experience was really good. The person attending me and my wife was extremely polite and our meals were properly done.

Slow and tedious service. No salt, no napkins and got the order kinda wrong. Oh and the burger was almost tasteless.

It sucks! New product long cheese burger . Where is my long chicken?

This is the best establishment I've been to. Everything is very fast and friendly, and the restaurant is very clean and bright.

There was a misunderstanding during the order and I got different burgers than expected. But the manager was very nice and got me the right ones without upcharge.

Verrry bad service.. you have to wait more than 40 minutes to get your order
