I know that they belong to one owner then the staff go around. I always had a very good experience there and that it’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Dresden. But today, i was surprised and super angry for the first time because of the waitress today. She was loudly backbiting of all the tables in Vietnamese with the kitchen staff with very bad words. I was there with the other foreigner friends. We spoke sometimes English, sometimes German, so she didn’t know that I would understand everything she said. It was very annoying. The food was still good as usual but I felt so bad and even cannot concentrate on the topic my friends are talking about. I have been a waitress before and I know how hard this job is and I always try to be nice and think for them but today it was too much for me. Also what I adored about this restaurant the most was skillfully designed interior that really gave of a bit retro japanese vibe. I loved that though went into every detail.
