Very friendly staff. Food is always fresh and super tasty. I took the Middle Eastern Chicken several times. It as delicious, very filing and quiet big portions (for only 10.95€) 100% recommend if you wanna grab something fast, healthy and tasty!

As a tourist in the city I did not this chain but I fell in love with the food. Fresh and tasty ingredients, friendly staff and good price. I ordered an already set bowl from the menu but you can make your own mixing ingredients. I definitely come back before leaving Dublin.

Grabbed a bowl on my way home and it was the best salad I have had in a very long time! Staff are lovely and friendly, the premise was spotless also! Definitely will be back

Wandered in at closing time. Despite being just after closing Ranga hooked me up with a delicious bowl. Compliments to the staff and the food!

I love their middle eastern chicken bowl and wrap. It is so healthy 🥺 It comes with rocket leaves, brown rice, middle eastern chicken, pickled red cabbage, sauteed cauliflowers, red peppers, spiced seeds and hummus. Just yummm in my tummy! However, in the picture you will see that I had requested for some alterations in my bowl. If you don't like a particular veggie or any topping you can ask them to replace it with something else.

I get the same dish every time I visit sprout and that’s always the chicken satay dish. No lie but I often find myself fantasising about it and try to pop in here anytime I’m near baggot street or else visit their restaurant in Kildare. The standard is always superb and I am always satisfied without feeling guilty

I ordered the sataysfied chicken bowl, with extra pickles via deliveroo which was delicious! But the quantity of food received was not only shocking but pathetic. Clearly they ran out of Ingredients, specifically rice. Felt robbed out of my money which is disappointing as I’ve never experienced this before with Sprout. Definitely taking a long break from Sprout

Mia was is a huge bonus to the store. She was prompt, knowledgeable about the food, caring and had a good demeanour!
