I booked a vacation package through Orbitz, back in January 2020 before the corona Virus Pandemic, to travel to Ireland in November of 2020. I had stayed here before and it was nice so I figured we would try it again. Due to Corona Virus my flights ended up being cancelled, and also due to the Corona Virus Ireland had in place a 2 week quarantine for anyone traveling from the United States. I reached out explaining the situation and they refused to offer a refund. They said that I could change the dates. When I explained that this was the only time that I would be able to travel to Ireland and that I would not be able to make it over there, they still refused to offer me a refund. I sent an email requesting a refund again and they just ignored my email. I would just like to receive a refund for a vacation I was not able to use nor will I be able to use. They responded that it is similar to an airline but it is not. The airline gave me a refund. Dublin Vacation rentals is unwilling to refund me my money.

Recently stayed here while in Dublin on business, found the apartment to be very comfortable, clean and a great location. The hosts were very nice to deal with. Look forward to staying here again in a future visit and I’d highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Great to have the free parking and free WiFi.

Lovely location, immersed in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, while also having easy access to public transportation. The flat we stayed in was spacious however also very cold, never seemed to be warm enough. The laundry was a nice amenity, the shower was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes. The host did a wonderful job communicating and gave great detailed directions.

Lovely apartment that was warm, comfortable and clean. It is in an ideal location really close to shops and public transport. Couldn't ask for more, would highly recommend!

Visited Dublin at Easter and booked an apartment here. Grainne was exceptionally helpful during the booking process. Offered to book taxi etc for me. All my queries were dealt with immediately. I would have expected to have to wait till the next day for a response but I was pleasantly surprised when I received an answer within the hour. There was a key lock system in place so it was really easy to get in. The apartment was spotless. Clean white crisp linen on the beds and loads of clean towels. It had a really 5* feel to it. What I was really happy about also was the fact that there were features of the original building in the apartment. A beautiful bay window and fabulous marble fire place. The apartment was lovely and warm. Couldn’t ask for better. Caught the luas into the city Centre and the stop is really close. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Dublin. Spotlessly clean, reasonable price and very accessible to city Centre.

I have stayed in a couple of Grainne’s apartments as I visit Dublin for work a lot. I must say they are the highest standard apartments I have used. The place is always immaculate and equipped with absolutely everything I need. Grainne is so helpful and always has tips and advice for me regarding the local area. Such high class standards for such a good price.
