A chain of super healthy salad bars where you can sit & enjoy your meal. Super fresh healthy ingredients put together into different about 8-9 super yummy salads. I had the falafel salad with sweet potato beetroot falafels with a mix of different salad leaves, spinach leaves, kale leaves, cooked beetroot, raw beetroot, raw carrot, raw red cabbage, seeds, hummus & tzaziki! It was a huge portion for only 8,95 Euros & that is cheap! In Belgium, we don't have that type of salad bar with that good quality! If I lived in Dublin, I would go there a lot! The staff is very friendly, helpful & are full of smiles! You can even drink fresh water for free!

If you want to try something healthy but also want it to be tasty, go here! Tried the Make your own bowl with the spicy tofu, did not know tofu can be so tasty. The service is pretty quick too. Please open more outlets around South Dublin so we can relish your food more often.

One of my favourite places for lunch, the middle eastern wrap is insanely good. Such nice flavours and textures , fresh ingredients.

The new menu is trash. A healthy restaurant has abandoned this and added Pasta to everything !! Whhhhyy .. and you can’t remove the pasta !! Look at the supposed chicken Caesar wrap no mention of the pasta in it !!

Good place if you want a salad to take out. They only accept payments by card.

What a wonderful campaign! my afternoon at Herbert park today was even more special getting a wonderful salad and interacting with the Sprout team! thank you Guilherme and the whole team for the impeccable service and for refreshing my day even more! :)

over priced salad!!! I asked for butternut squash in my salad and got 3 small cubes , so I asked if the server could put more in as it was pathetic and she made me pay extra for it!
