👍👍 Why there isn’t a queue around the corner is beyond me. I was surprised I could book a place for 2 on the same day. You could probably get a walk in on a Friday. Madness. Great selection of oysters, well cooked fish, scallops divine. All locally sourced, low carbon footprint. Great service. Come on... We really enjoyed our time there, we had fish and chips, clams ( few of them not opened) and "oysters". They were all very good. Unfortunately my husband and I both got what seemed to be food poisoning. Edit/Update: the quick defensiveness speaks louder than anything. I rest my case.

Love the food here. Fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail. Sourdough bread was delicious. Their bloody Mary is pricier because it comes with a raw oyster! Linguini was really good but acidic/sour. Personally I enjoyed it, but some people may not, so watch out for that. Great service, fun and lively atmosphere. Will recommend foe tourists! Best part is that when they give you the check, it comes with mini slices of watermelon. So cute

This place should be a bar not a restaurant. The music was too loud and the food was Ok. I would not go out to of my way to go there. I had better oysters and better food. The food is well presented but not as tasty as it looks. It took an hour from ordering to getting the food. Also I asked for a spoon to put the vinegar and in my oyster and I was told the forks are like spoons. Hence the picture. Quite a disappointment having to pick your vinegar sauce with a fork.

We got a walk in for 3 people for a pre dinner oyster and taco fix and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly service in a lovely small setting. The baked oysters where a favourite along with the tacos. Ok wine choice. Look forward to heading back for a full dinner service.

Very fresh food, extraordinary dishes, nice prices. Special mention for the crab toasts and the delicious scallops with the spring risotto and aioli sauce. Thanks to the team for this excellent lunch.

Love it! , if you’re looking for good quality calamari , we’ll… this is the go to! Definitely coming back!!, it could be nicer if I was offered a pick to open the prawns also napkins or wipes to clean my fingers after I finished with them.

Oysters were AMAZING, so fresh and tasty. We booked a table for 3 but one person couldn’t come, they didn’t even bothered about it and let us stay with the big table, which made my mom very happy and comfortable. Staff are well mannered and attentive. I’d say one of the best seafood places in Dublin.

Great fresh variety from local sources. Services is super lovely but a bit slow. Prices are rather wallet friendly during oyster happy hour (50% off from all oyster plates) Normally 18€ for half a dozen of naked oysters. We ate them all :)

Food was very good with a nice selection of dishes. The oysters were fresh. The wings chowder and prawns were delicious. We went late for lunch so the place was not crowded. The staff took the trouble to explain the various types of oysters available. A good lunch indeed. Recommended for sea food lovers.

Cute place with very fresh and delicious seafood, along with friendly staff. Awesome to sit at the bar and watch the chefs work on your meal.. mixed shells were great along with the scallop risotto.

One of my favourite restaurants in Dublin and definitely my favourite seafood go to. I've been here a few times and took my family there recently. The food was incredible and very well done. The staff are incredibly polite and sweet. The menu changes every now and then depending on the freshness of the product and the catch. I highly recommend this to anyone that enjoys high quality seafood

Excellent service and food was awesome. I wonder a whole plaice fish and it was mind blowing. I want to go back again. Halal foods. Free toilet no parking so mind it. Lot of fish and sea foods. Outside sitting area was out of heating system so we were frozen in November cold weather.

Love the Ireland Native Oysters! The round circular shape shells, very nice flavor and meaty. Love the 1600 to 1700 oyster happy hours. Very good dishes including mussels, pasta, sardines etc.

Me and my friend walked in this restaurant, the manager got us a seat at the bar. It was a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious: I had the king prawn tacos (in a blue tortilla) and haddock and chips. It was nice to be seating right in front of the kitchen. The staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive, from the manager to our waitress… Shout-out to the chef who was very cautious with my friend’s meal (she has a shrimp allergy). Thank you so much for looking after us guys!

Excellent seafood and a good selection of oysters. Even the fries are cut out of whole potatoes and are freshly made! If you are a larger group you are advised to reserve a table because there is only one table for six persons.

I absolutely loved the meal I had here. The whiskey sour was better than any Pisco sour I had in Peru. The shrimp tacos are to die for. The risotto was amazing and I usually am not a fan. The oysters were very fresh. Although the ones at the Guinness brewery are better. And the price compared to what I would have spent in the US makes it a very affordable luxury meal. If you like seafood then this is where you want to eat in the temple bar district.

Amazing restaurant! Very talented and brilliant head chef, attention-to-detail was impeccable & the food tasted incredible. It was brilliant sitting at the bar and watching the food being prepared, will definitely come back when in Dublin.

The slowest service on our week long trip to Ireland. The place is tiny, they were only serving about 6 groups at the time. Took a while to get appetizers, main was so delayed, we left. Drinks were not refilled very fast either. Oysters were delicious though, but they should hire another perdon just to shuck them as it was the responsibility of the only bartender/waitress.. Also do not order fish soup, though it tasted fine, it wasn't worth the steep price considering it had no fish at all (maybe broth only?)

A good seafood experience. Super salty salad if that's your thing. Service was friendly and prompt. We did not have a reservation but we were easily seated. The fish soup tasted like it was made with fish but their were no pieces of fish present. The trout main dish was very tasty as we're the broccoli sides and sour dough bread. Broccoli sides were very buttery. Desert was the sticky toffee pudding made with rear dates, it tended to be dry and lacking sufficient sauce. Overall a good experience.

Hands down my favourite restaurant in Dublin. The freshest fish that is allowed to have its natural flavours sing without over complicated cooking. Each dish is executed to perfection. The friendliest staff and we banging Guinness. What more could you want?! Revisited April 2022 and food was incredible as usual ☺️

Great seafood bar! Pretty good service, some items may be slower so ask if you're in a rush!

Very slow service, overated place with limited menu. One positive note that oysters were fresh and delicious. But would not recommend their ceviche or vegetable dishes.

My family and I ate here last night and what a wonderful experience. The food was superb and I felt fortunate to be able to view the preparation, skillfully executed by a very engaging team. The ambiance was special and felt very inviting for weary travelers in search of a memorable experience. We will swing by again the next trip to Dublin to see what our friends have on the menu for us.
