Paid €24,50 for a chicken/lamb doner with chips and a side of some fallafels and a can of coke zero. First of all Zaytoon is much more expensive and less tasty than other kebap places around Dublin. The fallafels have no taste, too soft and no bite to them. The chips are soggy, some had rotten dark spots on them also no salt or taste. The meat is a bit too dry for my taste.

Kebab is really awesome but this restaurant is so much busy and noisy.

First of all I arrived starving, having only eaten a mediocre slice of pizza all day. So I was hungry as heck. Secondly, everyone I knew in Dublin said Zaytoon is THE place for kebabs and falafel. As it turns out, Zaytoon lived up to the incredible hype. The freshly baked naan that they wrap everything in is so much better than the usual pita you get at most falafel/kebab joints. On top of that the naan is straight up delicious. I will warn you that one ‘meal’ combo is enough for most normal people. The dish itself is huge, but it comes with fries and a drink so belly up! I somehow managed to put away two entire plates (beef kebab and a falafel + fries and a drink) and I don’t regret a single moment. I will be coming back as often as I can during my trip. This was amazing.

I had a meal here for dinner, and it wasn't bad at all! I went for the lamb shish meal combo, choosing the bread option instead of rice with chips and a drink included. The salad and sauces were nice, the chunks of lamb tasty and tender and the flat bread was a good accompaniment to the rest of the dish. All the praise but only 4 stars...I just felt like that for what I had it wasn't worth 5 stars. Had there been another skewer of meat then it would of been value and quality for money. It's a bit of salad, sauce, flat bread and 5 pieces of lamb, add a small bowl of chips and a can of coke for €17...bit pricey for what it is. So yeah I enjoyed it, but it's not worth that.

I have to say that this was a pleasant surprise. I had no expectations going in I just was walking down the street and I saw a person eating outside what looked like a wonderful salad. I then went inside and ordered and it was so impressed this food. It was fresh tasty and something different and I really enjoyed it. The people at the desk who took the order or super friendly and super helpful. Give this place a try you won't be Google.. I posted the menu with pics in my review.

The food here was amazing. The service was fast considering, they were swamped. We ordered all vegetarian choices and the food did not disappoint. I’m going to be trying different flavors in my lentil soup. The bread that went with dinner was fantastic and was just the right amount. Go here and enjoy!

The shish was feshly griles on charcoal and the sauce was very flavorful However, their salad was very plain, could have had a dressing.

Had two doners, delicious as usual, (haven't been here for 4, maybe 5 years). Chips were very poor though. Very satisfying portion size. Pleasant, friendly staff and atmosphere. Dance music not to my taste!

Would have given 5 for food, but the man at the front is an absolute jerk. We laughed at something. And he was like “can you not, I have to take orders all night.” Sounds like his job, and that laughter might make it more enjoyable. He was super rude and then told us he could not read us our order back to make sure it was correct. We spent £100 and would expect slightly better service even from a walk up counter. I understand people are probably super annoying at a place open until 5, but at a certain level, you reap what you sow.

Great service, great food. Only negative i would say is that the hot saunce is simply not hot. They need to sort that out.

Zaytoon serve the best modern Persian food in the city. Be it quality, quantity or price point, they will impress you. If you love the kebabs, their Chicken kubideh is a must try. It’s delicious and on point in flavours. As a rice craver, I also tried their Persian pilaf served vegan beans. It’s delicious and settle on flavours. My Iranian friend trashed it saying that they don’t serve authentic Persian food, but as neutral palette, I loved their food. The ambiance was great and they even maintained the same at late night. There’s a room for improvement by table service at nights. Apart from this, it’s a nice place to recommend.

I liked it more than I expected, as this seems to be a small chain restaurant. I had my beef kabobs with bread, as opposed to rice and it was a good combination. I'll definitely try it again if there is a Zaytoon in the area.

The lamb meat used to be better before. Not sure if it was just a bad day but it felt dry, unseasoned and partially chewy. The staff is great, the location very good but prices are just ridiculous. Probably won't see me again for a long time.

2nd Sept.... Ordered 1* chicken shish meal and 1* lamb shish meal. Both dished were lovely and filling. The chips were crispy this time. Total €38. The lamb shish was €20, getting on the expensive side. 12th August.... I have got many takeaways from here of "chicken shish" which were perfect and lovely. This is the first time I have eaten in. Ordered 2 chicken shish meals for €36. You are given a number and choose your seat. The meals were brought to the table after about 10 minutes. The chicken shish was lovely. Tempted to wrap it up but want to experience eating with a knife and fork. Still prefer the wrap. The portion size was perfect but noticed some people left the bread The small bowel of fries had a seasoning on them but were soggy. The drinks arrive with no cups. The water is in an environment carton and coke in a can. Some of the inside seating have sockets if you want to charge your phone. There are also some tables outside. The toilets are small but had toilet paper, hand wash and a strong blower to dry your hands.

One of the best restaurants for Eastern cuisine. I enjoyed a meal with most delicious taste since I came to Ireland. The prices are reasonable with fast and friendly staff. I will visit again when I come through Dublin.

This truly isn't authentic Persian food. It tries to be. The meat was good. Well done. The rice lacked any sort of flavor or spice. The chicken was dry. The yogurt drink was pretty good.

Place with Persian cuisine, people working there make sure that you know what you want before taking your order ;) cosy, quite peaceful taking its location into consideration... There are some vegetarian options, though one that I was going to order at first wasn't available even though it was still listed in the general menu... reasonably priced. All in all, positive vibes
