Really gone to the dogs lately. Pre covid it was great, service was fast, everything was spotless and staff were attentive. Sadly nowadays the main restaurant floor and bathrooms are not clean, the drinks machines are broken and the staff are not attentive. The coke machine was out of coke syrup and we needed to ask 4 people to fix it while waiting 20 minutes to get a drink. Each said it was being sorted but none were doing anything. Then food was taking ages for most people in the restaurant to arrive.We asked the table next to us how long they were waiting and they had been there for over 40 minutes waiting on food. I understand if a restaurant is busy but there was an abundance of staff on and sadly most were spending their time looking after deliveroo orders rather than peoples orders in the restaurant. The cashier was also asked 3 times to give loyalty code for the app on the reciept as we could not login to the app and on returning to table he had not done this either, eventually a manager sorted after asking. Sadly won't be returning to this Nandos again.

Food was pretty nice. The place is expensive. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place had a very nice design. I especially liked the design of the bathroom. The doors were cool. I ordered the butterfly burger and chips. It was really good quality. I then got Chocolate Gelado. It was gorgeous.

Staff are very friendly and wait times are short. We arrived with a group of 8 and were seated instantly. Food was good but the sprite from the drinks machine didn’t have enough syrup and tasted really weird.

No coffee No white wine Took an age for a staffer to check the rose wine availability. Got fed up waiting and left. Place looks seriously down at heel. Not shabby chique ..... just grungy and poorly lit and kinda scruffy.

For some time, we have to wait 20 minutes longer for orders, even if you order food online for a certain hour. Today we missed fries, recently we had unbaked wings.. we used to really like this place but I think we have to look for another one. Very disappointed.

1st Nandos since my arrival in Ireland. Very friendly service, and the food was great!

It is an excellent place to visit as a family, everything is clean and tidy, the food is delicious, they have a lot of variety in their menu that fits your needs and good attention

Loved the spicy chicken wings. the spicy chickpea burger was yumm. The butterfly chicken burger was good enough. The extra hot spice level was not too hot.

Shocking service shocking food got my sons order wrong then got it wrong again then the plate was practically thrown onto table by your waitress to my son his chicken was dry his mash was dry and his corn on cob he wanted was broccoli how do you mess up order twice ? Would never step back there again!!! Place wasn’t even busy to mess up an order!!

There seem to be a waiting time at the restaurant and as soon as you walk away others with no reservations get seated. I'm not saying it's discriminating but it's happened far too often. Especially when there's a lot of empty seats.

Love Nando's chicken that we keep coming back. We had tender, juicy lemon and herb wing platter this time only thing we were served with dirty plates. I had to wipe them with tissues myself without bothering the server. Aside from that we enjoyed our food as always and the counter guy reminded me that I earned points toward free meal the next visit. Happy days thats something to look forward to...

Food is really good definitely Need to try the chicken Wings Service is decent enough for us as well Atmosphere Wise is very south Africa 🇿🇦 and is a really nice touch

I love Nando’s but the prices are to high now as of May 2022, €17 for a piece of chicken, mash and chips

A lovely space with typical Nando's decor. We had the chicken livers, which were a little over-cooked and the chicken could do with more sauce. Also, not all the sides we are used to. All orders have to be placed via the app, so little table service.

The experience I had to today was an absolute disgrace to say the least. We were sat at the table and told they will get menus, waited 10 minutes to then get my own menus. The food took over an hour to get to our table to find two of the pittas were wrong and the sides on one were also wrong so had to wait even longer. The chicken breast was the size of a chicken nugget for the price, spent €114 for nothing.

Came here on a quiet Wednesday with friends - ordered our food. After paying for two sides was then told by the waitress I in fact didn’t and when I argued this the waitress told me I was wrong cause the receipt said one side. She then asked me “can you not just eat this?” After she took the plate from me. This same girl also struggled to place a plate on the table and quite rudely asked my friend could she take it (this plate was already half of the table so we were all confused). After I asked another man for my receipt he seemed to be very confused as to what the other girl was saying cause my receipt was right and I got my food. This waitress after serving us all the food came over with two additional plates of food which were not ours and was confused. We had to ask for extra peri salt as one of the chips came out plain when they were meant to be peri. The staff were not trained properly and even tho it seemed to be quiet it was all a mess. Regardless off the bad service the chicken was a bit dry and the chips were a scabby portion Have had far nicer Nando’s elsewhere and won’t be returning to this one.

Yesterday, we had dinner at Nando’s where a male server took our order. We ordered a butterfly chicken with sides, another butterfly chicken on its own, and a kid's meal. Unfortunately, the food was served in a disorganised and cluttered manner. The kid's meal was supposed to include a burger, chips, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but we didn't receive the dessert. Additionally, the portion of rice served was very small. We had dinner at 9:30pm. It seemed as though they might have been running low on supplies, but instead of being upfront and informing customers that they would be closing soon, they took our orders just to make money.

Been here several times. Food is always excellent, but can take a while to come out even when not busy. Nice ambience created with the layout and music. I got the half chicken and partner got some vegetarian wrap thing. Both very very good and portions generous.

Really enjoyed the meal 😋 service was excellent 👌 Looking forward to visiting again 😀

Ordered 40 mins in advance, arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes for it. Halloumi and chips were soggy and wings were fatty and mushy, barely any sauce on the chicken.

Nice chicken. Staff v friendly and helpful. Bit over priced for what you get. Also the self service is a bit of a cop out by nandos. If I'm paying, I want full table service

Landed this evening at 6:50pm for eat in and was turned away after driving 45mins from louth States in last eat in is at 7:30pm Extremely dissapointed please update your staff of the actual time and not let them write the rules as they see fit thank you

Always like a Nandos. Well managed, great deals, comfortable seating, like the bottomless soft drinks with the meal. We normally get the ½ chicken sharing plate which comes with 2 large sides or 4 small sides so we get the 4 small sides. Lovely selection on the menu, all great value for money and all cooked quite quick. 15 mins from the time it's ordered to on the table which is pretty good service..you can tell the staff enjoy they're job as seems a fun place to work, which is fab to see. Keep up the good work and we look forward to another visit. Would get delivery though as deliveroo are as good at finding your house as Dublin airport are at finding your bag..

Ordered a big meal for a little treat and no food was delivered. I got texts saying the driver was on the way so I waited in the front room for it. Nobody arrived. I went to the bathroom during the wait, but the doorbell didn't ring and neither did my phone. A push notification said it arrived. I checked outside and nobody was there. The was no food on the doorstep. I rang customer support who said the food was left on the doorstep. I told them we'd checked (we even asked the neighbours) but nothing was there. The agent then said that the delivery driver had called and that he had waited for a significant amount of time. Unless the invisible man is on deliveries, this is just untrue. To make matters worse, I have to 'escalate a refund' which will take 48hours. The food is grand at Nandos. We got this as a treat to mark a little occasion in our lives and instead we're out €50 and we had to make other plans. Attached is the good I didn't get on my passenger seat, because I had to drive to mcdonalds to get something else. I'm really, really frustrated and disappointed.

Employees are nice, excellent quality services and very fast food service, delicious food and enough parking spaces because it is located in Omnipark. I would like to mention that the order and payment can also be made from the table by scanning the QR code.

The staff were great. It's the 2nd Nandos that I have had my meal sent to me within 15min of ordering. Their efficiency is out of this world. When I say second, I mean in Europe; with the first being Horwich in UK. Well done guys thanks. Will definitely come back x

Wow, we were expecting top food and service from all the great reviews we had heard about this place. However, upon entry we were handed two menus and brought to our table, but the girl didnt explain to us how to order, so we sat there waiting to catch the eye of one of the servers. The first girl had given us two menus neither of which included the side order menu. Eventually one of the staff serving a table beside us explained how to order and then brought us the menu with the side order menu. We both ordered the same dish Butterfly breast of chicken in a bun with spicy rice and chips, but my wife asked for just chicken on it's own. Less than 10mins later our meals arrived. My wife's chicken was in a bun, with no salad but her chicken was hot. My chicken was in a bap which felt cold as if it was recently defrosted, kind of damp but had a very hard base. And my chicken was at best luke warm, and without any flavour. Yuk!. Very disappointed. We will probably never be back again to Nando's.

Good food and good service. I really love the fact that they will only come to the table once after the food arrives. I hate restaurants that keep coming over asking if everything is OK. Once I move than enough. During the pandemic they enforced the regulations and I felt safe eating here

Visited 09/10/2021. Huge fan of the vegan options on the menu. The "great imitator" chicken is incredible, the best vegan alternative to chicken i have tasted.

Ate here yesterday. Lovely grub and great staff. Chicken was GORGEOUS. Only negatives I’d add is the salad side could’ve used some dressing and the kid’s desserts took ages to come.

Not a place for kids my grandkids never wanna go again .. staff lovely jus a matter of taste

Delicious food, staff was very helpful, they checked vaccination cards and id's. Definitely worth a visit if you've never been.

Love Nando's but standing outside in the rain while it's only got 20% of the seats full is not ideal. Once we got in it was ok. Covid has taken the fun out of Nando's.. They need to improve the queue system. Lovely food and friendly staff.. We will be back

Ordering is fine - they explain to you at the start how the restaurant works and you go up to the till and order with your table number. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time we were out for dinner. Food came out cooked in the normal Nando's way (with your choice of spice) and it was lovely. Never had a bad experience here. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a cheap-ish meal out.
