I
had
an
unplanned
visit
to
Dublin
and
decide
to
walk
down
the
City
Quay
as
I
had
not
been
there
in
a
decade
or
so
and
crossing
over
the
bridge
I
came
upon
a
most
perfect
eatery
between
a
Church
and
towering
office
building
facing
the
river
Liffey,
As
One!
The
staff
were
excellent,
I
met
three
and
they
were
so
welcoming
and
engaging
that
you
feel
they
genuinely
were
interested
in
you
and
you
having
a
great
experience.
The
food
was
delish!
I
had
the
Hash
Up
which
was
different
Irish
potatoes
fried
with
chorizo
and
scallions
with
two
perfect
poached
eggs
perched
on
top.
The
water
was
chilled
and
I
had
a
cappuccino
with
a
real
rich
roasted
coffee
flavour
and
decorated
to
a
tee.
The
menu
was
minimal
which
helps
reduce
that,
"
I
don't
know
what
I
want"
dilemma
but
the
choices
are
well
thought
out,
intelligently
created
and
put
together.
I
really
enjoyed
my
brunch
and
look
forward
to
returning
to
try
the
other
tempting
choices
that
were
on
offer
on
my
next
visit.
