Restaurant Cafe Breakfast restaurant

👍👍 Loved the place! Tried their coffee and (wow) free cup cake that they give as the complement - have to say it gave a great start to my day. My wife has been a regular here for sometime and loves the place. All in all, a great little cafe. People often mention breakfast, staff, good, coffee, friendly, great,

We loved this place for breakfast. It was very close to our Hotel. It was a delicious Irish breakfast at a fair price. It is a very cozy place. Great coffee as well!

Quite honestly the worst sausage I’ve had in my life. 7.5€ for untoasted white bread with a barely cooked sausage. I couldn’t even eat more than two bites. The halloumi sandwich was marginally better but really not much flavour. I have to go get another breakfast now. The staff was friendly and they throw in two sub par mini chocolate muffins.

Hotel prices, no quality. €12 for a cold sausage, cut in half and stuffed on a partially toasted piece of bread. Service was pleasant, but no atmosphere, and rather cold in side.

We have had many home deliveries from The Bakehouse. They are a great company to deal with. Their food is amazing quality and so well presented. Portion sizes are quite generous. I cannot recommend them enoughand if you haven't tried them you are missing out. Their customer service is excellent too. Joanne and her wonderful team are certainly delivering the goods.

We ordered breakfast for our office for delivery today and it was absolutely delicious. The food was so fresh and still pipping hot. We had a selection of breakfast baps, fruit, pastries, with gluten and vegan options also, there was not one iota of food left. Everyone adored it. We will 100% be ordering from you guys again. So lovely and easy to deal with especially Shauna.

Surly wait staff, slow service and food which is not as described. The "baked goats cheese salad" was basically a few leaves and three (cold) pieces of crumbled goats cheese. I complained and was given some extra luke-warm cheese but for the price (and time it took to make) this is definitely a 1* and public recommendation to avoid.

They were overwhelmed the day of Pride and we wish they had just told us the kitchen was backed up so we could have made other choices. We never got one of our breakfast orders. But the staff was super friendly and coffee was good.

Well it looks much better on the reviews as it actually is. That is 8 Eur Sandwitch. No sitting place at all.

This was a nice coffee shop and bake house right on the water being a stones throw away from our hotel. Service was nice and catered to the changes I made to my order. They even brought the food out to us as we were sipping on our coffee. Check it out!

Food is awesome! but a croissant for 3€ 🫣 Also they are random about taking hot food orders on Saturday at 10am. Wanted to have breakfast with my family but were told had to wait until 10.30am to order so had to go to Starbucks next door 😑

Waitress was rude (really tall one), pancakes were really boring when they were dropped on my table with zero grace. Poor proportions, granola, bb, sb, honey, paid extra for Greek yoghurt and it was such a tiny amount. The pancakes arrived almost instantly and were luke warm, before my coffee or lemonade had even come. Toilets dirty, loo roll everywhere on the floor, and it's got patches on the floor in there. Yet as I sit here there are only 11 customers on 6 tables, 2 staff looking at an ipad, 2 doing a binbag, 2 checking their phones behind the counter and one actually clearing tables (glasses/curls/tattoo) -she does seem friendly but didn't serve me unfortunately. Not very welcoming. First morning in Dublin. Cheers. Gonna go somewhere else for my next coffee.

Received a get well hamper from you today. The delivery person was friendly and caring. The hamper consisted of bread (delicious) cottage pie, root veg tray and a selection of yummy cakes. There was even a get well message in the hamper too. A wonderful idea to cheer up someone who is unwell. Well done.

The staff was really nice. The food was okayish, however I wasn't expecting a food that greasy (from the taste of it), also I'm pretty sure they mixed up my order so yeah... Wouldn't recommend but go and see for yourself 😊. Might have been a bad day.

I was there this morning with my friend... The place was so cozy and comfy that we spent about three hours chatting away. The two waitresses were very polite and professional and the food was just as tasty as affordable. I'd definitely recommend it.

I ordered a Bakehouse Meal of cottage pie Mac and Cheese and pastries with Wine for my nephew and his wife as a birthday gift. His feedback was great and he is currently in a good coma with delight. Well done Bakehouse.

I really liked the look of this place after ordering some of their boxes online during lockdown and wanted to try out their cafe while in town on a rare day out of shopping. Arrived in only to be told 5mins later they cudnt accommodate us as we had a buggy. In my opinion there was room with some simple adjusting down the end of the cafe but was told no! Felt very surprised by what is advertised as been a very child friendly brand!

Bang average I’m afraid! I took two friends for breakfast (one for his birthday) and it wasn’t for us. There was a 20 minute wait but to be fair we did walk up with no reservation and to the credit of front of house the extremely polite and courteous blonde lady was keeping up to date on progress. I ordered oats which was stone cold and my tea was luke warm. My friends had the full breakfast but confirmed to me it was average at best. Such a shame really as on paper this should be a good spot. Not for us. A star for the front of house and a star for the mini muffin. The hunt for a solid full’Irish’ breakfast continues!

Bacon butty was excellent, massive but excellent. Friendly staff and good value for money for the portion you get. Was a little disappointed though that they didn't do sandwiches on the Sunday as I wanted to try the pulled pork but I will go back for it.

Found this on Google, it has good reviews so we went there to check it out. The service was great. The staff were very polite and helpful. Very good quality sausages and bacon. Only downside we all agreed on is that they overcooked the eggs. The yolks were solid which wasn't very nice. Apart from that it was all good and definitely worth a visit.

This place is one of Dublin's hidden gems when it comes to breakfast. The location is very central and allows for it to be easily found. The restaurant itself isn't very big but they can fit a lot of people with the space they have. The staff is also very friendly and even though they work at a fast pace, are attentive. The food is amazing. I had the skillet breakfast and my friend had a bacon plate - unfortunately I don't remember the exact name. We also shared an order of the pancakes. Our favorite item (as ironic as it is) were the potatoes - I don't know how they're cooked but they're perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside without being too hot or too dry. I highly recommend coming here if you're considering it. The skillet plate also does an amazing job of giving a new spin on the typical Irish breakfast while reaching new levels of flavor.

Best full Irish I've had. About €17 for the Bakehouse Grill, a side of beans, and a cappuccino. Really cute decor. Great sausage, not too fatty; same with the puddings. Perfectly cooked eggs, not too runny. Not quite sure I prefer the cheesy beans over regular, but they're a fun alternative. The sauce is like a tomato basil ketchup.
