👍👍 One of the best pubs in Dublin 4. Great atmosphere, especially during live sport events. There are two separate places in the inside to enjoy a calmer pint if you wish. It's a pub. :) They have an external area with TVs for smokers, the front inside part of the pub is actually quite standard for a pub in Dublin (dark colors, old couches...), but the back part and especially the mezzanine are very nice for larger events (See picture). Staff is friendly and professional.

Slatterys is a great location for a couple of alcoholic beverages after watching a game at the Aviva. Although it can get very busy after games. Although they do not do food per se, you can get food from a couple of the local restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

We lived beside this place years ago. Always love dropping in for a pint when in the area. Can be busy when something on in Lansdowne Rd stadium

Great spot for the games and amazing atmosphere. There is a chipper close by for food and they allow you to bring it in.

Used to be a great spot for rugby. Now even if you arrive in early they reserve all the tables and half of the people don’t show up making the atmosphere pretty terrible

One of the finest pubs in Dublin. Without massive tourist presence, very quite and relaxing, good pints, and proper sport bar.

Had the Christmas party with the company here. Great place, very suitable for that, and we were allowed with food from outside. I've never seen staff anywhere else in Ireland having so much patience and kindness among so many heavily tipsy people (not all). Fun place with nice vibes 👌

No other place to go to before a game at The Aviva, yes it can get very busy but it doesn’t take that long to get served. COYBIG☘️🇮🇪

Great buzz around the place. Plenty of room to have a social night or group gatherings. Bartenders are very attentive , so no long waits.

Nice pub after game at the aviva. Packed despite Tuesday night friendly vs NZ. Servers were great. Can't rate the stout as it was plastic glasses.

Sat outside under covert after match in November. Warm great service but noisy

Great pints. The floor staff were friendly and efficient. The barman with the jumper and designer beard could do with a personality transplant. He bordered on rude with a sullen face obviously not e joying his job. Can I recommend you get a job where you don't have to deal with the public.

Great pub which is making the best of Covid restrictions and keeping everyone safe with good humour.

Ended up in here for birthday drinks with pals. Staff very nice 'n friendly. Tables booked out. Month before Christmas and they didn't book anywhere!! Staff managed to get seats for us at 9.45. Good was YUMMY!! Not too expensive for Dublin 4. Nice, old fashioned decor. Nice Christmas decorations too. What more can I say about a drinking well?!!

Give 0 stars if possible. Usually drink in here before Ireland game but the pure rudeness of the security at the door need to sort that out simple hello and nice attitude goes along way!!!

Great bar and work local. Celebrated my wifes birthday here recently combined with a six nations match. Staff were amazing, great pints, especially the Guiness. Great spot for all sports with plenty of screens

Great night last night, Had no idea there was a comedy show upstairs, went in for a drink, extremely friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere. Asked if we would like to watch the comedians upstairs, so glad we did. It was brilliant, thankyou for a wonderful hilarious evening.

Pre Ire v Scotland it was excellent. Service was as quick as possible for a massive crowd in and outside the pub. One constructive criticism: Why not have pop up counters with 20 Guinness and another top seller outside.....this would sell more beer as it would cut down on massive queue inside. Well done to all staff

Beer average. First time I've watched sport on a pub TV that's lopsided in 2 planes and told nothing could be done. I like the fact you can bring food in. Fair play to them for that. Atmosphere very good. Decor could do with some updating. Overall pretty good spot.

Slattery’s is an excellent pub in the heart of Dublin. The outdoor patio is a great place to get a couple pints with friends as the crowds generate buzz and fun through the evening. The service is outstanding, and the staff friendly. Slattery’s seems to me Dublin’s favorite place to grab a pint, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it became yours too. Cheers!

Great pub and glad we could enjoy it outside. Love the facts that waiters offer food from the take away across the road and had a great pizza along with my pints. :)

Great to have a drink inside. We'll space off. Dividers in place felt safe . Staff cleaning after each person left. Will definitely go back

Worst service I ever had since lockdown. Cannot actually believe the negligence in this place, was my first time and will certainly be my last. 9:45pm: keeping an eye out for the server to order another round. 10:10pm: no server to be seen still. 10:20pm go downstairs to the bar, bartender says it's table service only, I complain about the lack of and he says he'll send someone up to me. 10:45pm finally catch someone who's clearing the glasses on the table beside us, certainly wasn't someone 'sent up to us'. Takes our order with a frustrated sigh. 11:15pm no drinks to be seen, same bartender comes up with plastic cups for everyone to takeaway. Complain again about our order being taken but nothing dropped down. Bartender walks away and says nothing. Unbelievably frustrating and completely unacceptable.

Always a lovely place to visit. Arrive early on rugby days as it will be busy. They have a great selection of whiskey's. Always a pleasure.
