I have had three rings repaired and cleaned with one reset. To say I’m a happy customer is an understatement. I was quite unprepared to get emotional when I collected my pieces. The ring was way too big and I had accepted that the setting might get messed up a bit as I had to get it taken down 3 sizes. Honestly I'm impressed as the ring is absolutely perfect. Excellent service cannot recommend these guys enough. I have a delicate antique ring that needed to be repaired. I was nervous about dropping it to any jeweller to get repaired. I came across these in a Google search and read their reviews. I’m so so happy with how my ring turned out. I would highly recommend them!

I was a little nervous about dropping off my engagement ring (myself and my fiancé's recently acquired most valuable possession). I'd heard of cases where diamonds get swapped out for a less valuable stone and was a bit wary of that. I also wasn't sure how noticeable the size reduction would be (our ring needed to go down 1 1/2 sizes). I shouldn't have worried about it at all. Tony measured my fiancé's finger when we dropped the ring off (to the nearest half size. It's not always even possible to buy rings to the nearest half size; so this is as good a fit as you can get). He had it resized less than 1 day later and it fit perfectly. He polished it up after as well and being honest it actually looks slightly better than when I got it (even though I'd only had it about a week). No noticeable joint area and it's definitely the same diamond (I checked the serial number with a 30x jewellers magnifying glass after). Overall I'm really very happy (I generally amn't bothered writing reviews) and really appreciate he charged a reasonable price and didn't try to price gouge me like some more established jewellers. I feel he deserved a great review.

So impressed with the service I received here today. All the staff members I dealt with were so friendly. Dropped in an engagement ring as my stone was loose and needed the setting fixed. My ring was ready in less than an hour. The setting is fixed and they also cleaned my ring, it looks like a new ring! The price was so reasonable. I will most definitely be back.

They did such an amazing job of both, ordered in a stone for me, and polished both rings to look as good as new. Excellent - I can't recommend the team at Jewellery Repair enough. I lost the stone out of my mum's diamond ring a few years ago and was quoted silly money to have it fixed. I found Jewellery Repair online one day last month and rang them to make an appointment. I brought mum's engagement and wedding ring in and got the diamond replaced, re-clawed, resized and redone in white gold. Tony, Emmet and Trish were just brilliant. Tony and the team are amazing. I needed the band changed on my engagement ring 2 weeks before my wedding in April’23. Myself and my now husband got our wedding rings done by Tony in jewellery repair.ie a few months back. He made me a beautiful white gold wedding band, my husband used his Dad's wedding ring, which was 60 years old and they done the most amazing job on it. He put in a piece and reshaped up and polished it up, it's like new. We also got my engagement ring and some earrings and necklace polished up and the job and value were unbelievable. I won't be going anywhere else for jewellery from now on. Just fantastic service and value.

I am beyond delighted with the work Tony did on my 2 expensive rings. The rings needed to be made bigger by several sizes and I was turned down by a couple of jewellery shops saying that it would be difficult to do without damaging the rings, or they quoted me ridiculous prices. We were lucky to find jewellery repair ad and watched Tony's skill on YouTube video. We decided, without hesitation, that his skill was worth 2.5 hr trip to Dublin. And Tony hasn't disappointed. He has done a spectacular job and did it within the time he promised that he would. He is a rare find and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

This place was the best find ever!!! The diamond fell out of my platinum engagement ring which is a heirloom and very old. It needed all the prongs fixed and there was a crack on the basket part. When I picked it up I couldn’t believe my eyes. They did an amazing job and I swear it looks new and sparkly. I’m absolutely delighted and I think it will be well able for lots more passing down through the family for years to come. Can’t recommend enough. Four years ago I got a ring from my grandmother resized. Recently I got a snapped band on a ring fixed. Both rings are perfect. The work is great. The prices are affordable. The staff are always friendly and honest.

I thought I had a catastrophic event with my engagement ring. I rushed in very close to their closing hours and the gentlemen were so generous. They calmed me down and were able to quickly fix my ring and also give it a cleaning. Taking that extra step was so thoughtful and kind. I am so thankful for their customer service and expertise.

I got the claws on my engagement ring repaired here- I was quoted 9 times the price by a high street jeweler and was told it would take up to 6 weeks!!! Jewelry repair did an amazing job, it looks brand new and was returned to me within the week! Highly recommend!

Repair to bracelet. Two areas were not reinforced as agreed so I took it back. This time workmanship was very poor so I took it back. Now complete and am happy with work. Disappointed as I need to have bespoke ring made and a number of other jobs. Thought I had found the right place for me after all the great reviews.

I am long overdue writing this review but I felt it was very much needed. Upon my engagement I really wanted a tiffany style engagement ring but not at tiffany prices. The guys here did several drawings and mock ups of my ring (my 3 year old still plays with the fake one they made me) and I have to say I absolutely love it. The attention to detail was superb, they couldn't have done anymore for me. I was watching the movie "Something from Tiffanys" and I realised I never wrote a review 🙈🥴. For years I have been bringing jewellery here to be cleaned, dipped, resized and once had several pendants made out of a precious bracelet. They offer an outstanding service at excellent prices. I couldn't recommend them enough.
