It was great before COVID, but now when I get the laser, I feel that the areas aren't covered completely, they seem to be in a rush and just do a shot here an there and off you go. I spent over 1500€ in sessions and top ups, it is not fair to be treated like that. There is inconsistency in the way each therapist does the process. The hair does go away but if the areas were covered as they should, you wouldn't have to go back for more top ups. Also, they missed a few of my emails and they promise calls to take payment that never happen... Also, when you ask for top up sessions, they always give you an offer that finished last week or last month and you have to pay today. It worked the first time but then you realise they are just being pushy and want you to think you are going to miss out.

Bad experience with this clinic. I bought a package of 6 sessions for underarm, bikini and half legs and I did not notice the results. As I had already paid for the service, I think they did not care about it and they did not use the proper power to make the hair disappear. Also, I hadn't finished the treatment that they were trying to sell me more sessions every time I went which made me feel so uncomfortable. I was scammed!! I would not recommend this clinic for laser treatment to anyone.

I purchased a voucher and they redeemed it but I didn't get the service I purchased. I ended up just listening to the sales pitch for one hour and a half and got nothing. Total waste of money and time.

Disappointing. Staff are nice but put pressure on you to buy more sessions every time which can be quite uncomfortable. Often had to wait more than 15 minutes for appointment after arriving. Didn’t see much results after having many sessions and spending a lot of money.

Was waiting for more than 40 mins and they forgot about me then i had go to the reception to inform them about my appointment which they said not on the list etc later they contacted the nurse to take me in so yes it was upsetting as they rang me 5 mins before if I'll be going there and when I was there they didn't had my info and made me wait that long and then forgot about me waiting there

Be careful with the hidden charges.

Excellent service as always. Not only was my therapist professional & knowledgeable she was very friendly and the girls at the desk were also lovely and super friendly. Great experience.

Great experience today . Therapist was very friendly and makes u feel less conscious while getting a bikini done . Dion on reception is fab always a smile and so friendly .

Libby is an excellent communicator. On my first visit,she explained the process fully and was professional and reassuring. Jessica was also very helpful. All the staff at Havana are both professional and warm. Dionne on reception is always so helpful and Maisie is excellent,knowledgeable and skilled. Highly recommend.

A perfect experience with Sasoona. I love my skin after microneedling (when skin peeled off), but I never felt so good during microneedling procedure (!). I don’t know how she managed a perfect numb so it felt more like a massage. Very relaxing. However I got the same result (a very nice red phase after ;) Also perfectly safe: mask and gloves - all on. Highly recommend :)

Havana is just incredible. I get a laser hair removal done here once a month by Jessica or one of the other girls. All the girls are nice, approachable and considerate and make the process so smooth. It can be painful but they help you through it. Especially Jessica is just so kind and so wonderful to talk to. The staff are also happy to reschedule appointments if needed and they try to help you with discounts or by giving you advice. I'm always happy going in to my appointments. It's just a wonderful experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I’m doing laser with them and the results are unbelievable.. tried before in another place and Havana is much better in results, I’m definitely 100% happy with their work

I attended Havana for my first session of laser hair removal and I'm already so impressed with the results. Minimal hair growth even after only one session, very excited to see the results after the full course. Staff were amazing and made me feel very relaxed throughout. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I have been a client or customer here for over a year . The Staff are all very professional, I haven't really felt any discomfort with the laser hair removal. And Jessica and Danielle always checked in with me , made sure I was ok with the treatment. The Results have also been very good from the Treatments.
