    Josip has been my PT for over a year now and he has been fantastic in helping me with my workout and fitness goals. I was a complete beginner when I started and Josip developed a simple and effective routine to get me going. Over time he has changed my routines as I've gotten more experience with exercises and my goals have become more focused. Every session is a challenge but Josip makes it easy and understandable, which means I can see real progression and results. He's also very fun to work with which makes every gym session that bit easier! He's always available for advice and support if needed, so I would definitely recommend to anyone!

    I just finished my 5 weeks of personal training with Josip and will continue for more sessions. What I appreciated is that he really adapted to my personal goals and my physical level which were weight loss and flexibility increase. He spent time looking at what worked and what did not according to what my body could do which made me appreciate the workout exercises better and not get injured (which was what I was scared of initially). His support on WhatsApp when we do not have sessions and his advice on nutrition are also extremely helpful and kept me motivated during this journey. I definitely recommend Josip to help you reach your goals!

    I contacted Josip because I wanted to start a strength programme and I wanted someone to push me, coach me on form and set a challenging programme. After the free consultation, Josip had a full body plan designed to my current fitness, that we started with. I have been working over 2 months and have added weights, exercises and notice a big difference in posture. Josip pushes me, regularly revises the programme and I am also hitting some inch loss goals too. I have already recommended Josip to some friends because of his tailored approach.

    I have trained with Josip for over 6 months now and I have been really impressed with his creativity, punctuality and consistency as a trainer. He has helped me immensely reaching my fitness goals with advice on both exercise regiment as well as nutrition. Would highly recommend him to anybody who is serious about improving their physical state.

    Myself(46) & my daughter(20) had PT with Josip. We had previously been attending the gym. But felt we needed to do more. Josip is the perfect Personal Trainer. He put us through our paces with various circuits. We now do deadlifts and know how to use all the gym equipment. He gave us a programme to follow to focus on and to do legs and arms.. we are going to book in for more sessions in the new year!! Go and book in with Josip! 100% recommend him.

    I’ve never been one of those people who loved going to the gym but Josip motivates me to keep working hard and makes the sessions enjoyable. Josip is very knowledgeable, gives variety to each session and explains the different exercises & why. I've been with Josip for over 6months and I have noticed that I have more energy after the sessions and starting to feel confident to go to the gym by myself. I've gotten more experience with exercises and my goals have become more focused. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

    Just trained with Josip and it was one of the best PT sessions I've ever had. He explains everything in great detail and is very pacient and knowledgable. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a PT in Dublin :)

    I have been training with Josip for 2 months now, and while it is my first time having a personal training so I don't have much comparison point, the results are there. In 2 months, my first measurements showed a weight lost of 5kg and biceps gain muscle of 5cm. Josip provided me with a vegetarian diet, program and follow me two times per week throughout my workout. I often have general questions about fat loss and how to better tackle this and he is very knowledgeable about it. Socially speaking, Josip also make sure to create a good environment throughout the workout. He keeps the conversation going and demonstrate an honest interest about your well-being. I highly recommend Josip as a personal trainer

    I was afraid to start personal training session, because I had a bad previous experience and was really out of shape. Josip helped me a lot and held me accountable. He did a good job in challenging me and motivating me at the same time. He did a great job at adjusting my exercise based on how I was felling and to accommodate my health issues. He was very flexible when we were arranging the times to exercise. I am looking forward to when the gyms open back again.

    I honestly found a great personal trainer in Josip. I told him what little experience I had in working out at the gym and how much I was struggling with coordinating my body movements while exercising. He was very patient at the beginning and now he is always encouraging me do to a bit more,noticing where I can improve and showing me how to do it. I always feel full of positiveness and energy at the end of the sessions.

    I've been doing personal training with Josip since November 2019. I was struggling to fit exercise into my daily schedule, so personal training was certainly the way to go. I'm grateful I had a chance to work with Josip as he helped me "normalise" exercising again and kick start a healthier lifestyle. I'd like to acknowledge that I felt listened to when I came to the exercises I liked and disliked. I've worked with several other PTs in the past and I found that Josip's got the best balance between finding the exercises I liked and pushing me a bit so I could achieve my goals.

    Josip is excellent. He encourages you to push yourself and constantly improve. The mix of the exercises every week is great so the workout never gets boring. He's also so friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend to anyone!

    Josip is a fantastic PT to work with. Very professional and thorough service. Josip manages his clients really well, he follows up with me regularly to make sure I am recovering correctly after his session but also to make sure I am constantly challenging myself and improving towards my goals. Would recommend!

    I believe Josip is one of the best personal trainers I have dealt with. I have been to few gyms before like Westwood Club and Iveagh fitness club, where the personal trainers will give you a plan, and leave you to figure it out on your own. They don’t assist you in anything, or you would have to pay a higher price for their assistance. With Josip you will get a good package which is all in one. Personal training ,monitoring progress every month and a diet plan. He is very motivating, and highly intelligent in his job. I have noticed a massive improvement In myself in the past 5 months of training with him. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to do personal training to go with Josip….
