Me and my niece went to maxi zoo yesterday for her new frenchie puppy , a girl with black glasses looked after us , I have to say this girl is brilliant at her job , helped us pick out what food would be best and gave us a lot of tips for the puppy , she was absolutely amazing Thanks so much , the puppy loves her new food

Great shop.willy who looks after fish section is top man, very helpful and a fountain of knowledge I am a long time fish keeper and have gotten a lot of information from him,he also recommend correct fish for my community fish tank.👍👍👍 Good man

I went yesterday with my two children, my son has autism and my daughter is neurotypical. When we walked in both kids had ear defenders on. The person at the till spotted us straight away and offered to turn off the music. When we went to look at the fish Sorcha offered the kids to feed the fish and told the kids different facts about the fish and answered any questions they had. I have never come across a more accommodating shop for autism. Incredibly inclusive approach and I am bowled over at how amazing they were. Highly recommend this shop!

Shop assistants at Maxi Zoo Finglas are always super prepared, super nice, and super helpful. One of the best shops in Ireland. The best pet-shop, period.

Very bad experience in the store. I wanted to buy a gold fish but the rude woman would not let me because she said my fish tank was too small and unethical even though it’s 20Litres. The store sells fish tanks that are smaller than 20Litres and have fish tanks in store which are filled with fish and clearly overcrowded, but it was too unethical for me to have one goldfish in a 20Litre tank🤷🏻‍♂️.

It's fine. But not very nice, we asked if they can delivery a cat litter box. They said to go online and do it outselves. I go on their website and the box is nowhere to be found...

Package destroyed in transit by DPD. Made Maxi zoo aware of this as I could see this mentioned in DPD tracking and requested refund or new order. Promised refund but then DPD abandoned package outside door without knocking. Wet and dry food spoiled and had to be thrown in bin. Refused refund as I accepted order! Took me for 50euros and not even an apology. Awful experience.

I was in MaxiZoo (Clearwater) today at 7.50pm just minutes before closing. And was frantically looking for a few things. Two lovely girls were so helpful, even though they were in the middle of cashing the till and bringing trolleys in from the rain. They were running around searching for the things I needed. Their names were Sorcha and Jess I think.

Emer in Maxi Zoo ,Finglas Branch is out of this world exceptionally good on her knowledge regarding the nutritional needs for dogs. We had so much trouble with our boxer, his skin trouble, allergies and he wouldn't eat his kibble. We bought the most expensive food and he still refused to eat it. After speaking with Emer and expressing our concerns, she talked us through the the best foods to suit our boy. She was so genuine caring, kind and the most wonderful person to speak to.I felt so comfortable in her presence and not pressured by her. She really, really knows what she's talking about and I would highly recommend she's given a raise because she is so valuable to Maxi Zoo and I hope they never let this little gem go!!! We will definitely be coming back again to see Emer and her fabulous girls!! Love from Bowie and his humans 😊

Very rude girl from the Staff. We wanted 1 guinea pig as we have 1 The girl judge us "how it's possible we have 1 only they should be together - who sold us only 1" 😶 then she judge us about the cage size we wanted. All were too small for her as she asked so rude "that size what you have??" Then she decided to not sale the guinea pig. Sadly after my daughter and mom passing I still meet so much miss understanding and negativity around with no reason.

My dig had puppies 🐶. So need advice on food for her Have say staff very friendly helpful to. Told give mother, puppy food. Was only 16 euros. And was good one. For mum ❤️ puppies. Noticed have big massive area down back for grooming dogs. We're u drop them off come back ur dog 🐕 lovely clean.

I love the new design of the shop. Every time I shop here they do great deals so that's a big plus. I interacted with Sorcha and Michael today who are both nice, friendly people

I can speak only for the grooming, the little girl with glasses and braces is a horrible example for customer service , no idea of dog grooming , acting as she would do me a favour, and absolutely rude on top of that the dog is not groomed properly and she wanted me to charge 10€ more than I have booked only for the service. Avoid the grooming service there !

I had Mylo in the new dog groomers. Zoe looked after Mylo and did a fantastic job. Very friendly staff especially Barbara who booked me in and made sure that I was happy before leaving.

Love going in with my dog. Lovely staff, always there to help with any questions I have. Good selection of products and reasonable enough.

Myself and my boyfriend went here to buy stuff for a rabbit. We weren’t sure what to buy until we met the nicest and most helpful lady. She took the time to explain exactly what we needed and spent a half an hour doing this. She had answers to every question we had. The amount of stock they have and wonderful staff I couldn’t recommend a better place to get your pet supplies.

Large store with plenty of of choice. Prices are pretty reasonable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which doesn't always happen in larger stores.

I rang a head and asked her to got a female guinea pig they told me yes when I got out there they had no female guinea pigs at all and to be honest I don't have a lot of accessories for guinea pigs other than that it's great for food hey supplements cages some cages were really big and we're only €70 which was a really good deal but I guinea pig needs a square feet being real

I bought cat litter online and it arrived the next day with standard delivery - great service. I will say the website was very glitchy for me, so it did take some time, but it was worth it to get the Catsan litter delivered from An Irish supplier.

Been many times to buy fish and accessories for my tank, The Assistant Sorcha has always been incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with . I highly recommend maxi zoo ,Sorcha and Willie are fantastic people. 10 out of 10 service

They have everything that my dog needs and such a wide variety. The staff are lovely and my dog loves walking around the shop. It's up to you on how expensive you want to go they have a range for all pet owners.

Staff were so sweet and helpful. We'd just adopted a dog and were taken by the hand to make sure we got everything we needed. Such a welcoming atmospherr and really helped us go home feeling confident about everything.
