I have been a customer of the shop for about 7y now and If I could, I would give it 10 stars instead. I was never disappointed or let down. From the staff to the owners, they are very helpful & knowledgeable people. They are credible & lovable and take very good care of the animals and would never put you, your family or the animals under any sort of risk or danger. I highly recommend them.

Small business but very well stocked. They have a very good selection of reptile's, ( snake's, lizard's and turtle's) and everything you need to feed and take care of your new pet's. And if what your after isn't in stock , they lad's will get it in for you. As for knowledge on all the above you couldn't or wouldn't find anyone in the business any better. As for they staff you would have to go to a lot of business to find anyone more nice, helpful and respectful and they would bend over backwards to see you right. I myself do a two and a half hour round-trip just to get what we need to feed and take care for our snake. I myself have great respect for they worker's in this shop.

Fantastic store with excellent staff that you can tell genuinely care for the animals that are there. Amazing advice on how to care for and properly keep your pet happy. Only pet shop in Dublin I’d go back too 10/10.

This is honestly the first Google review I've ever written. These guys are awesome. I got my first pet snake recently and they couldn't have been more helpful. They spent ages talking me through everything I needed to know. They've also been great at answering any questions via messenger since I've brought my snake home. 100% would recommend.

Second visit, first was to check out a recommendation by a previous customer and was so impressed with Willows knowledge and love for the animals, the kindness she showed my kinds and patients in helping them with bearded dragons .... this made our decision to return and purchase 2 bearded dragons and all the accessories that go with it. Great to find a place with a genuine love for the care of reptiles, highly recommend

It's an interesting store where you can find a wide variety of reptile pets and all the needed things for them. I found out that they also assist for any pet documents required for travelling and that there is an option available to order a pet you want. The very knowledgeable people work there and kindly ready to provide you any information without making you bored, which is absolutely great! So in case you are thinking of getting a pet and need more info to make that step, this store is the right place for you. I would definitely recommend it!

Great place, very knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about all the fantastic reptiles, Willow had lots of information and time for us to chat before making a big decision, they also do boarding for reptiles so you don't need to worry about your pet.

Recently bought a cb tokay gecko here and all I can say is the service was ten out of ten and the guy I spoke to was incredibly helpful and willing to answer any questions, the tokay gecko is also in great health which to me shows that this company takes great care of their animals. If you want a reptile this is the place to go.

They love the animals and it shows! They have given me so much good advice when I first started my reptile journey. I board my beardie regularly there and she is always a happy, content beardie girl when I pick her up! Keep it up guys!

Incredible staff, they answer any questions you have and are very enthusiastic about the animals. Super friendly. I’ve gotten a hognose just over a month ago and a corn snake in 2021 from here. Both snakes are excellent feeders and have friendly personalities. I wouldn’t personally buy from anywhere else!

I feel my 5 star review isn't good enough but it's the Max that I'm allowed. My little Reptile had the time of his life, terrorising the place and shedding his skin under the heat lamps. The staff were so friendly and courteous towards my little revolting bundle of nastiness..

Omg cant thank enough .let me explain ... my 3 year old handle a snake in morocco and fell in love with snakes 🤔.so after hours of researching and after 9 months he still wanted a snake . He YouTube snakes himself... nearly 4 now knows more than i know ... We decided on corn snake .seems easiest to handle . So we went shopping . No 1 reptile shop in ireland lol . All they wanted is to sell me everything. Say they care about what they sell joke its sales pitch . Anyway ... make a long story short .we found a beautiful snake in REPTILE HEAVEN Reptile

The lads that work here know their stuff about reptiles and are happy to give advice and share their knowledge, and are only a phone call away. I was very happy with their help and their service highly recommend Reptile Haven.
