😠 I have been there before and brough my husband for the second time, unfortunately there was a Rock in his salad! It was painful for him and could cause an accident. For a place with those prices I would expect higher standards of quality. A bit disappointed. People often mention friendly, lunch,

I ordered Miso Salmon. was bit spicy, but tasted really good. ideal price for good chunk of salmon. I know some people comment for small portion of protein, but considering healthy veggies, there are few places like this in Dublin. I love their hand measurements... which eventually is quite a good amount. prob the only down side was the waste from take out package. am concern about those plastic covers. forks and spoons seems eco friendly though. pre-order via web/app(?) can be ideal if you want to save your time.

Salty and cold falafel and rice wasn't soft enough, quit hard. I don't think it was value for money. I love the place but I wish I enjoyed the food. Hopefully this review will help them to improve the quality of food.

Lovely place and fantastic staff who are always friendly and chatting and having banter. The ever changing seasonal menu is unreal and it's exciting to see what's coming next each time the menu changes. The lads seem to really be passionate about bringing sustainable and high quality service to the food and farming industry in Ireland. This is a business I'm always happy to support and that I hope continues to thrive

Thanks to Sprout Catering for providing food for my touring company at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre. Their salad bowls were delicious!

One of the tastiest lunches I have had in years. Also, I pre ordered on the app and accidentally selected the wrong location for pick up. When I showed up to the Quay location they could have turned me away but instead they made my order for me again for no extra charge. Not sure which staff member helped me but she was great

Been here a couple of times to pick up lunch during office breaks. Mostly stuck with the salad bowls, which are surprisingly filling 😲 (all things considered). Definitely recommend the Crispy Bombay, Chick-Please and Paprika Chica bowls. 😊👍🏼

Food is nice but very tight with some of the ingredients, especially the chicken. Very expensive for what they actually serve.

I just bought the beat wrap I ever had from this place. If you wanna try something different for lunch, this is the place to be !

I’ve tried this as a late lunch option to take to the office and it surprised me a lot! I’ve ordered the sataysfied bowl and it was filling and amazing. I’ll come back!

I frequent this location for breakfast (mostly) and lunch. What keeps me coming back is the friendly service and great quality food. The staff are appreciative of your patronage no matter when you’re in or how busy they are. Keep up the great work! My favourites are the vegan porridge, paprika eggs and a latte!

Great food, seems really fresh, for a reasonable price. You can get salad or hot food (with salad 😂) and there's bow and wrap options. The service is like a fast food but the quality is amazing. The only thing I can think of about improvements is that it could have for food in the bow.

It has a good collection of vegan dishes. Try the vegan porridge, it's amazing. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. Nice atmosphere all around. Very clean and tidy. It's location is perfect, easily accessed and visible.

Tasty salads and "build your own protein bowls". Good value for money as portions are big, ingredients fresh and dressings full of flavour. Note that they only have few seats inside and it usually gets really busy during lunch time rush, but service is always quick and friendly.
