    Jill is excellent and professional. I enjoyed my sessions with her. Her workout and nutrition plans were easy to follow and effective. She listened and adapted them to me. I have reached a short term goal with Jill in 8 weeks and will be continuing a long term goal with her, as she offers different packages. 10/10 would recommend.

    Jill was my personal trainer for 4 years. In that time she was reliable, fun, encouraging and consistent. Over the years she helped me to grow my confidence and taught me good technique. I can now step into any gym & not feel self conscious and have a much better understanding of my body whereas before I didn’t have a clue and I would never have gone to a gym alone. I always struggled to lose weight and exercise regularly. Jill understood me and worked with where I was at. She always remained positive. I have lost that weight, (over a stone) and kept it off. Thanks to Jill regular exercise and a much better diet are my baseline. And that brings such a sense of satisfaction after a lifetimes struggle. If you are ready to make that commitment to yourself you can choose no better trainer than Jill.

    Since starting with Jill I have seen results which hadn’t previously. Even when pushing you hard she makes the sessions fun and different every time. She is always checking in on goals and working with you to achieve them. Would certainly recommend PT with Jill as money well spent!

    I would highly recommend Jill as a personal trainer. I was very nervous starting out my sessions and Jill made me feel completely at ease. I now look forward to each session we have together. I started with Jill in preparation for a wedding and the results were outstanding.

    Would highly recommend Jill as a PT. It’s great seeing my fitness levels consistently improve each week over the last few months with Jill’s guidance and advice. Worth the money, you won’t regret starting your fitness journey with Jill.

    Jill is a total professional in her field .She has helped me tone up and drop 3st with the workouts and meal plans she prepared fro me .I would highly recommend her as a PT you won't get a better one .

    Jill!!! The best PT you can have in Dublin! She is great and serious about her job, and make sure their clients meet their expectations and reach their goals. I have been training with her since last year October, and I can clearly see great results. Her plans are tailored to your body type, and focus on areas you want to improve. Not only that, I also feel more confident about myself, I am more aware of my nutrition and the amount of calories I can take based on my daily activity. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer, if you sign up with her, you will never regret. I will still continue training with Jill as long as I am still in Dublin! Thank you very much Jill for everything, please don’t change and keep doing your best as usual.

    From the very first consultation with Jill I knew I had the best help available. She listens and understands what you’re going through. I was able to be honest with her and she helped me make small changes which, over time, have led me to change my life significantly. The most important thing she has done is make me not feel like I was sacrificing with food changes. I’ve just adapted my food choices a little bit so that if I “slip” up I don’t feel guilty. Every gym session is great. You’re in and out before you know it and you get to see changes quickly! I could not recommend her higher.

    I did 2 months training with Jill and Paula and absolutely loved it! They both have so much knowledge and clearly love what they do. I have never liked going to the gym and always felt awkward going, but now I feel way more confident and actually enjoy going! Thank you!!

    I have been working out with Jill Taylor Online for three months now. I have gone down 2 pant sizes and loving the results. Working out on line with her has made my life so easy. Instead of driving to a gym I am able to be ready in minutes and does not disrupt my busy day taking the time going to gym and making sure I don’t forget any thing. I am able to video call right at our time and get a good work out in then done back to my day. She truly has made my work out life easier and has helped me build muscle and feel strong. So thankful she does Online training Because I am in the US and I am glad she is able to help me even from a different country.

    Jill is one of the best personal trainers in the business. She is extremely knowledgeable and will always put your health first! She always make sessions enjoyable and pushed you harder than you would ever push yourself but will never do anything that could cause injuries! She is amazing for dealing with injuries and modifies the program to ensure you recover completely and return to full training at the earliest point possible! Thanks to Jill I can do now exercises I thought would never be possible following a back injury! She will get you to your goals and can't wait to see what the next few months bring! I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for an great pt who is passionate about helping people.

    I highly recommend Jill as a personal trainer. I’ve been working with Jill for over a year and my strength and fitness has improved beyond my expectations. Having moved from gym-based to online sessions with Jill, she has continued to motivate and encourage me with a varied range of training methods and techniques so I never get bored. Jill creates workouts that are specifically designed for the individual and through her support and encouragement, I’ve come to love my workouts. You won’t regret choosing Jill as your PT!

    My huge thank you and appreciation go to Jill Taylor today...She is incredibly amazing..I was struggling for over 2 years trying all sorts of diet and exercises, no plan, no consistency, no motivation, nothing worked out.. Then i found her and her online coaching program.. It has been now a little bit over 3 months on her coaching, and I can see and feel so many changes not just weight or body wise but mindset... She led me to a new life style..I though i would never be the person who wakes up early in the mprning to work out and kinda enjoys it..I never tought i would be the person who goes to the gym 5 days a week and doesnt even feel like an obligation.. She is amazing and her approach changed my routine and the results we have achieved together are impressive... If you are looking into change your life style and become more healthy and active and happy about yourself and the way you feel and the way you look dont wait any longer, Jill is just perfect to help you on achieving hat..     Jill’s been coaching me for about 16 months and I can’t recommend her enough! I told her from day 1 that I was the opposite of a sports nut, and the only reason I trained was so that I could keep eating nice foods and sipping nice wines... and she just rolled with it! She helped me figure out boring things such as exercise, water intake, nutrition… She tailored everything around my personality, hectic schedule and travels, making it virtually impossible for me to fail. Today I’m moving away from coaching, confident that I’ve fully integrated a method that will help me maintain healthy habits... all while eating nice foods and sipping nice wines! Merci Jill 💜
