    I've been training with Sam for nearly 3 years. He is a superb personal trainer, the best! He is a huge motivator and really pushes you to your limits. I have him to thank for my fitness and well being. He also has been superb in giving diet advice. Not that I always follow it....:)

    I have been training with Sam now for over 2 years (PT) and before that in gym classes. Sam really understands his clients needs, there head space and what motivates them. I used to hate weight training and now I love it thanks to Sam. When I found out I was pregnant 6 months ago Sam was one of the first people I told. He tailored a program for me weekly and I have been training at least 3 times a week still. As a first time Mum your nervous of working out pregnant but I put all my trust in Sam and I feel stronger than ever.

    Sam is an excellent PT, he pushes me both in terms of consistency and improvement, all done with a supportive smile! The gym itself has everything you could need and is a very safe environment. I have been training with Sam for nearly 2 years, his support and good humour always keeps me motivated, I would highly recommend him as a PT!!

    Sam is a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable and great at motivating clients. His sessions are always enjoyable with lots of variety depending on what your goals are. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone looking for a top class trainer

    I’ve been training with Sam for over 5 years - I can’t say enough to recommend what a fantastic coach and trainer he is. I was a novice gym-goer in 2015 and since then Sam has coached me through an incredible journey of fat loss and building muscle, and he has educated me non stop for 5 years on nutrition, training smart, sleep, stress, and recovery. I turned 30 last year and entered my 30s the fittest and leanest I have ever been- and I owe it all to Sam. He keeps me motivated and accountable, always checks in and makes even the most challenging sessions fun and always a laugh. He’s super knowledgeable, practices what he preaches, and and approaches health and fitness in a really flexible and wholistic way. Looking forward to another 5 years 💪🏼

    I was visiting Dublin for a few months work and by a stroke of luck found Sam and his studio only a few doors away from my office. Sam kindly took me on as a short term client (not always easy to find a PT who’ll do this) and I couldn’t have asked for better. He was a quick study of where I was at, pushed the weights beyond my expectations and helped me hit PBs all round. Thanks Sam. Good chats, good tunes, good times.

    I started with Sam at the beginning of the COVID lockdowns. Sam is an incredibly knowledgeable coach that caters to absolutely everybody. 3years later and my life has completely changed. Down a crazy amount of weight but my body composition has also completely changed and my understanding of exercise is way better. I couldn't be happier with the results and also the complete change in mindset Sam gave me. I will never not workout now. I highly recommend to look Sam up if you are looking to make a change in your lifestyle or if you are looking to take your workouts to the next level. The man knows exactly what he's doing. If there was 6 stars Id give it. Thanks for everything Sam.
