We saw the Budapest Symphony Orchestra, it was magical. The concert hall itself is beautiful and they even give us complimentary drinks during the interval.

Just back from John Butler at the N.C.H. What an amazing gig. John is wonderfully in touch with Spirit, in a rock and roll kinda way. Kashmir meets Kirtan!! Unanimous spontaneous standing ovation!! I am blown away!! Thank you!! Elana Stone was a wonderful support.

I attended NCH with my mother and my assistance dog for “A night at the musicals” I would give more stars if I could, the staff were so beyond accommodating, the music was amazing. The bathrooms were clean and the venue was very spacious. I don’t have one bad thing to say.

Dublin City orchestra were absolutely brilliant and engaging from start to finish. All covid guidelines followed however the lady looking after our section row G27 & 28 main balcony was very off putting I understand she has to make sure people are not filming or wearing masks but standing up close to our seats while staring beyond us constantly was really too much.

The sound was awful it let everyone down, I'm not a complainer but the concert by the London gospel choir of Paul Simon's gracelands was just noise, I am positive that the choir have immense talent but nobody could hear them. I thought it was just me but those around where I was sitting about 10 rows back from the stage all said the same, a German couples behind us made a complaint during the interval as she said most Irish people are too polite to complain but it really was a shambles of a night. I was embarrassed that our national concert hall could put on performance where the sound was just appalling.

The National Concert Hall of Ireland is located in the center of Dublin on Earlsforth Terrace, next to St. Stephen's Green and Ive Gardens. The acoustics of that great hall are good.

Great space with interesting programming. Wish they advertised their programme more as it's very good -- but events are easy to miss unless you are constantly checking their website/reading through their paper calendar. However, there isn't a bad seat in the house and generally it is affordable. Also, the bar is spacious and beautiful, lovely place to have a drink before a show.

What a place! The building itself is stunning on both the outside and inside. The sound in the main hall is fantastic with amazing high celings. We went to see the star wars music on May the 4th be with you! Love it

NCH is a beautiful venue really well located; however it needs additional tiolets and a sign for its other bar. Queing for bar was atrociously long, slow and you end up waiting for ages to drink really fast which isnt enjoyable. The problem i had was the act, the artist let me down = jeff mills = his improvised jazz fusion techno was million miles from axis ur millsart purpose maker which i expected but omg was this a techno jazz masterbation. None of whichbis fault of NCH. Its a venue for mature people, grown up events and not me but it stinks of poshness in a good way.

Great program. Went to see Superman in concert and was not disappointed. Orchestra and conductor were perfect. However, theatre staff could have been more friendly, smiling, and welcoming. 21 euros for two glasses of Prosecco was a bit bordeline, but the wine was delicious. An improvement is needed regarding the friendliness of some of the staff.

I went to Christmas at the Movies on the 20th. Wow! It was such a wonderful and magical experience. The talent of the orchestra and conductor was simply awe inspiring. I left feeling uplifted and with a happy grin on my face. The NCH is such a wonderful place to go to simply to forget the complications of life and just to immerse oneself in the joy of music. Simply sublime.
