I
have
been
with
this
practice
for
over
15
years
and
never
had
an
issue
with
it
until
now.
I
recently
made
a
complaint
about
their
service
relating
to
vaccinations
program.
In
Dr
Juliet
Breslins
return
response
by
email,
advised
she
had
placed
me
on
the
practices
“Priority
List”,
and
referred
this
to
the
HSE
for
vaccination
because
the
practice
could
not
facilitate
onsite
over
a
month
ago.
She
proceeded
to
then
complain
about
the
practices
other
patients,
I
ask
is
this
normal,
I
do
not
know
this
woman
personally
for
her
to
openly
complain
about
her
patients.
I
find
out
now
that
she
never
bothered
to
send
my
information
via
this
“Priority
List”
to
the
HSE
at
all.
I
am
shocked
that
after
15
years
as
a
patient
the
low
level
of
care
afforded
by
a
city
centre
practice.
I
have
lost
any
confidence
or
trust
in
this
practice
primarily
due
to
the
current
resident
doctor
Dr
Juliet
Breslin.
I
would
recommend
that
Dr
Juliet
take
a
course
in
how
to
treat
people
and
would
be
no
harm
in
learning
about
grammar
and
spell
checks,
they’re
good
for
when
you
want
to
respond
to
a
complaint!
