I
have
been
a
patient
of
Dr.
Dominique’s
for
years
but
recently
the
care
provided
and
treatment
of
patients
by
the
reception
is
totally
unacceptable.
The
last
time
I
scheduled
an
appointment
with
Dr.
Dominique
I
was
not
given
any
notice
that
she
would
not
be
able
to
attend
and
instead
was
put
with
a
completely
different
male
doctor
I
have
never
met
before
who
knew
nothing
of
my
medical
history.
I
let
this
go
however.
The
time
before
that,
I
had
an
appointment
scheduled,
their
reception
must
have
incorrectly
put
it
in
the
system
because
when
I
showed
up
I
was
very
RUDELY
informed
that
I
did
not
show
up
for
my
appointment
at
the
correct
time
and
would
not
be
seen.
I
had
to
show
the
email
which
clearly
stated
my
appointment
time
to
the
DR
as
the
receptionist
ignored
me,
Most
recently
I
had
an
appointment
scheduled
and
was
forced
to
cancel.
I
called
multiple
times
and
no
one
answered
the
phone.
I
then
sent
an
email
which
was
not
answered
until
after
the
appointment
time.
I
was
told
in
this
email
to
reschedule.
I
tried
to
call
to
no
avail,
sent
another
email
only
to
be
told
that
there
are
no
appointments
available
this
week
and
to
try
back
next
week.
I
wrote
back
and
stated
that
I
would
like
to
schedule
whatever
the
next
available
appointment
is.
When
I
did
not
get
an
answer,
I
called.
The
reception
was
EXTREMELY
rude,
argumentative
immediately
and
told
me
I
“didn’t
show
up”
for
my
last
appointment
which
was
not
true
-
it
is
not
your
patient’s
fault
that
your
reception
rarely
answers
the
phone
and
replies
to
emails
very
delayed.
When
I
tried
to
say
that
I
understand
that
there
are
no
appointments
available
this
week
and
that
I
would
like
to
schedule
the
next
available
one,
I
was
talked
over
and
then
hung
up
on!
Completely
unacceptable
attitude
towards
patients
and
this
is
following
what
I
would
say
is
at
least
a
year
of
the
type
of
service
from
this
clinic
being
sub-
par.
