We had a wonderful stay at the Amorino of Dubrovnik Apartments! Our hosts were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The location is a short 10 minute walk down to the beach and 15 minute walk to the Old City of Dubrovnik! We spent every day on our balcony watching the dawn break and sun set behind the city walls. What an amazing view! We will absolutely visit Dubrovnik again and will look to book a room at Amorino of Dubrovnik Apartments!

Spectacular!! Best view ever!! Nino, the host was super nice and helpful. Very welcoming! The apartment was beautiful and super comfortable!! The only minus were the stairs we had to climb. But that is typical in Dubrovnik.

We stayed at Ruzmarin (5 people). It was sparkling clean, it had all the necessary commodities and we really enjoyed staying there. The balcony view is absolutely amazing and Niko was really easy to communicate with, responsive and helpful!! We would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it!!

Clean apartment and the owner was so helpful and kind! We were a last minute booking and weren't aware of the 48 hour notice. But the owner went above and beyond for us and made us feel welcomed. Beautiful view of the city in apartment 2. About 10 steps down to the apartment from the parking lot and its about a 10 minute walk to the Old town entrance (with about 100 steps down from the apartment).

Studio apartment Lavanda with terrass overviewing the Adriatic Sea and old town. Clean and nicely decorated apartment in modern colors white, beige and graphite. Well equipped kitchenette and large bathroom with washing machine. Owner Niko very helpful and speaks excellent English. Good location walking distance to old town and cable car. Highly recommended stay, If we visit Dubrovnik again we will definitely stay here again.

Top apartment with wonderful view! This location is absolutely top in every perspective. High standard, very clean, good equipped. Best of all: the incredible view over sea, old town and Lokrum. Nico is a wonderful host, has a lot of recommendations and knows almost everything about the history of Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes away from Dubrovnik old town.

Spent 4 nights May '23 here. Easy to park the car in designated bay. Owner Niko gave us a very detailed walk around the apartment and provided a very comprehensive information guide to Dubrovniks sites and facilities. Everything in this apartment is top quality. The extra large bed, duvet, pillows, towels, cutlery, kitchen equipment, large bottles of shampoo and shower gel, all feel good and are high quality items. Even the toilet paper is the expensive kind! The view of Lokrum and The Old Town from the balcony couldn't be bettered even if you stopped at the very expensive hotel up the hill and paid a couple of hundred euros extra per night. There are 3 spots you can get down to the sea. One is a 5 minute walk and is flat rocks to lay towels on, quite private though. The other two are fine shale/sandy beaches in opposite directions at the bottom of the steps and both a 10 minute walk. It takes 15 minutes of sedate walking to reach the Old Town. Can't praise this apartment highly enough. Niko's command of english is excellent. If you get the opportunity to book here, have a car or want a taxi to drop you off at the door (which can't be done in the Old Town Apartments) then don't hesitate. You'll see on booking sites this place is in demand. Top tip - book directly with Niko.

Fabulous apartments outside the city walls, 10 minute walk to get into the city walls, fabulous terraces overlooking the old town harbour and Lokrum Island, 5 minute walk to the beach and a bus stop and supermarket on your door step. The owner Niko very helpful and informative, apartments are equipped with everything you need. Lovely touch welcome parcel, tea, coffee, juice, milk to get you started. Only thing is the 125 steps down to the beach, is fine going down more difficult walking up them, but you can always take the high road and miss then just abit of a longer walk.
