Not all specialists know English sufficiently to communicate with the client who doesn't know Romanian language. It creates difficulties explaining what i want exactly. Front desk lady did her best to translate, but she couldn't really be there all the time for every detail. I wanted to refresh my haircut and dispose of split ends. Them: we'll need to cut this much *showing ~4 cm length Me: ok Hair stylist: *cuts 10cm. I didn't say anything because at that point it was too late (since already cut) and the person didn't speak English anyway to understand. And i also had to explicitly point out that i also want layered parts in the front refreshed, it was overlooked, although i believe i explained that part too. I also had reservation for hair coloring on the same day. When reservation was made, it was directly mentioned that i have hair painted with henna and in order to apply any color it must be decolored first. When the colorist lady talked to me (with the help of the front desk lady) they told me what i want is impossible in the booked amount of time. I didn't appreciate them being lost and confused upfront and telling me i need to make a reservation for another time. So had to cancel the coloring procedure. Front desk lady apologised and said they hope it wasn't too disappointing. Aside of that, i also had nails and eyebrows done there. Those were generally okay. I don't think I'll be coming back here. I didn't feel like an appreciated client. More like i was a problem. Specialists are probably good at what they do, but they don't put much effort in their work, i had things done much better in far less renowned places.

Since I was new in Romania, I have googled for the best hair saloon, taking the fact that this saloon had so many good reviews, I went there, the receptionist was very friendly and all was okay, until I met the hair stylist, I had an extremly rich long hair, I told them to give me volume to the end. First thing they did is that they cut the top half of my hair so short, and left all the rest on its existing length without asking, I told them not to cut it short. worse experience ever, no communication at all, every, literally every saloon i went to afterwards made fun of my haircut and told me there is nothing that they can do so I have to let it grow. Aweful, never goin back there again. ever. Not recommended.

Great saloon, been treated like a princess. They follow COVID safety measures too! :) Happy with the results and all done quite fast! This was not my first time here, and it'll definitely not be the last either!

I use this salon alot gabriela is amazing ,unfortunately yesterday she was on leave and I was left to the care of steluta who absolutely ruined my hair I left in tears I could barely speak ,I speak in romanian and throughout the treatment kept asking her to do my hair as I like it she continuously did the opposite to the point I physically had to take her hands off my hands she was so stubborn and kept touching it after i repeatedly asked her to stop!! I would really recommend you save your hair from this experience ladies as she will go out of her way to do the opposite of what you ask, I don't wish anyone to have that experience, stick to Gabriela and the other ladies they are amazing and kind!! unfortunately stelutas stubbornness is focused more on what she would like to do to your hair rather than what you request.

Great experience for haircut and brushing, Gabriela was perfect, from welcoming me, to offering me water, being gentle while washing my hair, cutting and brushing it. She was great at communicating with me and I was perfectly satisfied with the result. Will definitely come back and I recommend her and the Salon wholeheartedly.

My favourite place to get my hair done! Valeria changed my hair from dark brown to dark blonde. She helped me choose the colour and was very patient. Even though she had been working on my hair for 5 hours, at the end she took her time and straightened it (i have stubborn curly hair). Loved it! Also did my nails here. I showed Madalina a picture of what I wanted and they turned out exactly the same. She did both my mani and pedi in one hour and they turned out great. Also love talking to her.

The salon is clean, towels are not stained and old, the atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. The stylist I dealt with was Stela. She is very responsive to specific hair or style needs, knowledgeable and quite fun to be around. I had a great experience overall and I would gladly come back to this salon.

An extraordinary salon, with the right staff. Everything was superlative, from the warm atmosphere to the girls who are very kind, attentive and well trained. The two people who took care of me were Ana Maria, for hairdressing, and Cristina on the make-up side, in a word, two perfectionists. I've known Ana for years, a wonderful girl who manages to surprise me every time when I go to her for my locks. I'll definitely be back!! !
