Laura is very talented, she always gives me a beautiful haircut and color. She gets 5 stars. The downside are the high prices at this salon. Customer service should be a lot better considering the high prices.

I strongly do not recommend this salon, the staff turned out to be completely unprofessional! the master ignored the wishes of the client, as a result, unfairly corrected the situation and had to pay for the procedure again due to the incompetence of the specialist! salon turned out to be with a very low level of service and rude treatment of the client! you can only come to the salon for a bad mood and wasted time, as well as money!

Cristina was à really friendly and compétant hair spécialiste. She did my first color in romania and also my hair cut. All was perfect . Thanks a lot. I m glad I found à good quality professionnalisme using great product.

There are not enough stars to describe my experience with them on cosmetics! I have met Luminita a little over 4 years ago and since then she is the only one taking care of my brows, my facial treatments and other more private services one needs in the cosmetics. She is absolutely fantastic, very professional, gives excellent advice and I'm always leaving her saloon very happy! Ask for her when making reservations and you will not regret it! Oh she also does FANTASTIC make-up and she's very easy to work with in a sense where she will listen to your needs and wants and will act accordingly. You will never want anyone else to take care of you after you work with her. In the end, that's why I'm going to her exclusively for more than 4 years!

Laura is the best hair stylist ever. She made me look like a movie star. I strongly recomend asking for her if you want to look your best. She knows how to capure all your features and works very fast. She is kind and very friendly. I will for sure go back. Got an appointment at 8:30am after searching for a salon where they could do an early morning blow dry. Can’t remember the name of the lady who took care of me but she was great! They use sulfate free shampoo and she was excellent at figuring out my hair. In 30 minutes, I had a gorgeous bouncy style, with beachy waves. I’m going back tomorrow. They take cards and they speak English!

This salon and staff are amazing! I was dead tired after an 18hours flight and was roaming around downtown and was asking in the salons if there’s any stylist available just to wash my hair and blow dry it. And finally I came across GETT’S. By the time I got my hair washed I was so relaxed I couldn’t even explain properly to the hairstylist how I want my hair done, just showed her one picture and said “just make it natural, but classy, like I got off the yacht”. I have uneven bangs and long hair and Janina did her magic while I was almost falling asleep. I looked revived like if I had 8 hours of sleep and woke up on my best hair day!

On August 16th I went to this salon after 23 years of not returning to my hometown while living abroad. I did hair styling and make-up for a wedding dress photo shoot. The styling lasted me all day even though there was a bit of a breeze and I have to say, goodness who combed my hair took care of my hair very well, putting me at ease. The girl who did my make-up was very good and patient with me. At the time I saw my face white even though she had told me that it was better this way because the photos will come out better in natural light and I must say that she was so right. This salon was recommended to me by Mr. Dragos of Studio Foto Venus because I asked him for advice as I was lost and no longer knew the places. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend this salon.

I went in person and made reservation for manicure and pedicur. Next day, I arrived in time and suddenly was told that they can not provide service. Only argument was that they had some problem , called me but some other person responded and said number was wrong. No excuse, no sorry, nothing. Staff were looking at me with confusion...I do not recomend this salon to anyone. They do not seem responsible, serious and attentive to customers. You Absolutely irresponsible business.. They not care of customers. I showed tel. Screen for incoming calls and it was nothing....instead to be sorry and CHECK (!!!!) what number was used for calling me...(of course they did not)...they ONLY informed me about cancellation and that"s it. No excuse, not being sorry, not feeling responsible for. Approach is not acceptable!!!They even did not offer or discuss any other possibility for me to get required service. I will let everyone around me NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE.

Nadia is the best esthetician ever, perfect brows, no injuries or what so ever kind of bumps. Impeccable, uses disinfectant all the time and covers up with makeup after, in order to have a clean face so you can be presentable and not red after the brow plucking. The hairstylist are great as well, they have events with Kerastase, also gifts for Womens day or wine tasting. My favourite hairstylist is Catalin. The receptionists are kind all the time and very accurate with the finance services. They are so sweet at the phone. You can also grab points for each visit at the salon and redeem them afterwords. I appreciate the cleanliness.

Today I was in the salon GETT'S Hair Studio - Salon Downtown / Radisson Blu Calea Victoriei, I do not advise, I left disappointed and in a bad mood. I made an appointment today for eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and tomorrow for a pedicure. The master of the eyebrow turned out to be not only a non-professional, but also not a decent person. My wish was to color the eyebrows brown, but not too dark. I wanted to have my eyebrows dyed the same color that I had when I came to the salon, only my eyebrows were tinted with a pencil, and I wanted to cover them with paint. After the procedure, I looked in the mirror and saw that my eyebrows were 5 shades lighter. I very politely asked the master to correct this mistake. This was followed by a very long and unpleasant procedure that lasted 2.5 hours. I had to explain to the master and the receptionist, by the way, the receptionist was a very nice and polite girl. As a result, I was asked to wait first, then sign a document stating that I agree to repeat the staining procedure and I will not have any claims if my skin is damaged, I signed. Then the repainting procedure took place, the master was angry and did not try at all, and did it very sloppy! After that I was asked to pay for a second coloring procedure. All my arguments about the master's mistake and her lack of attention to the client were not heard. I paid a second time but canceled my pedicure appointment for tomorrow. This situation upset me and I remembered the usual and highly professional service in my native Ukraine and became a little sad. I have been arriving in Bucharest with my daughter and little grandson for a month now, and I wanted some positivity for myself, but I didn’t get it. I do not recommend the master of the eyebrow in this salon.
