One of my favorite places to eat. I typically get a takeout. I did the same this time I got an order of the chicken wings of course meal. With celery toast and fries. Finally arrived home in Hillsborough coming from Kinston and I was very hungry since our breakfast at Kinston. The mail was a delight as usual I really enjoy that particular meal. Chris drove the truck and he made a trip over to Krispy Kremes well I made a trip over to Zaxby's. I didn't realize the Zaxby's was that close until I looked up and was very happy to know that I had an entree before the donuts.

Worse customer service ever. I ordered specifically a cobb salad ( ingredients should be onion straws, bacon, cucumbers, eggs, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, red cabbage and carrots) with blackened chicken. I also ordered a side if blackened grill chicken. I received first a black blue salad which was incorrect. I informed the cashier at the window. The person who took the order told her, " Oh. I rung up the wrong thing). The drive thru cashier then tells the cook to make a Cobb salad with blackened chicken. The drive thru cashier then asks for the wrong order that she has already given me back in exchange for what should have been the right order. As I pulled off, I checked the bag again and no salad dressing which was in the wrong first order back. I then backed up beside the car that was in the drive thru and frustrated inform the drive thru cashier that my salad dressings are missing. She then informs me to drive back around the building to get the missing dressings. I told her No, she can have someone walk them out the door and bring them to me. WORSE Customer service ever..Here are proof of 2 wrong purchase receipts, and the thrown together cobb salad with only lettuce, cucumbers and chicken ( not blackened at all) nor was the side should have been blackened chicken.

I got the grilled cheese here and they do a pretty good job doing them. The service was ok they gave us all of our food. We were in the drive thru so didn't get to really see any atmosphere

If I could give them no stars I would , I went to zaxbys earlier this morning and the customer service was great but the food was not what I expected , they gave me a pinch of fries and my sweet tea was only water and packet no sugar. Didn’t get my moneys worth at all will not be going back .

This is the best location in Durham NC. Took about 10 minutes to get home and the food was still hot. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

My food was stale and my tenders were very small and not edible since it was also stale the best part was probably the coke for $18.06 I’m not happy with this location especially given I was the only customer at the time🤷🏽‍♀️

Dining room states closes at 10. I arrived at 9:25 and dining room was closed and locked. It's really annoying to just want to sit down and eat and for the hour posted both online and on the door to not match the hours.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong zaxby's it was 9 o'clock at night they couldn't find my order so i finally found out it was at the wrong one i placed a order at the right one they came out and said they don't know what i had i showed them my online receipt and they never came back out after they said ok hold on after looking at my order and we waited a hour for my food i never received that i paid twice for my grandma said they not bring your food look and they was all walking out with bags of food going home so we asked where my food and they was ignoring her and 1 stated the manager was inside we waited for the manager but never seen one so i didnt even get to get my food i waited for and i did kept calling in speaking to someone and still never received any food.
