Room was very unclean. I saw a cockroach stare at me in the bathroom. Saw them practicing witchcraft in the parking lot. Looked at me and said “Abracadabra”. I put up a trans flag because my friends are transgender and they ripped it off the wall and I swore I was gonna get beat with it. Fridge was broken. I miss the old owners. That is all. The motel was very clean and our unit had everything we needed. The pool was great during this heat wave and was also immaculate. Wood was provided for the fire pit and we had a nice little fire with some other visitors. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, rooms. Lots of variety in accommodation. You can have a full kitchen and stove if you’d like! Very reasonably priced. Immaculately clean and that’s hugely important in this time of COVID-19. Erica and her husband are professional, personable and delightful hosts. I have stayed in the number of inns, motels and full resorts in the Durham and East Durham area and this is by far the nicest.

Have been here for the last couple of years while visiting the Zoom Flume. Nice staff, clean rooms, well stocked kitchen with pots/pans and loved the fire pit for making s'mores. We also forgot a few items in the room and they were really good about shipping it to us as we're a few hours away. Nice getaway from NYC.

Very nice and very clean place! We actually booked through airbnb but it was booked at first and they called us to refund our reservation but then a place opened up and they let us know, so nice of them to do that! They provide soaps, towels, and shampoos for you in the room, tv was nice, and you can watch Netflix and YouTube on it, great for the kids.

So glad I came across this motel. Pet friendly is a plus. Beautiful grounds, well kept rooms with everything you could need. Nice pool, I didn't go swimming but it looked real nice! Affordable rates. The milk run down the road has like everything. Me, my boyfriend and my dog loved it!! Thanks for a comfortable room!

Lovely quintessential Catskills motel.Beautiful grounds, great pool, clean and well maintained room. I would give it five stars, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Amazing manager she's the best. Clean room...simple design but very clean. I expected so much less. Only negative is the stall shower is small and akward but very clean

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend and had a great stay. Only issue out of our control from our room was the heat. Glad for air conditioning. Will stay here again.

One room controls the heat. There's only a half dozen tv channels. Shower is a bit small. Not far from a Dollar General and a gas station/convenient store. But they close early.

The best motel in NY. I hope they never change management. They are the best!!!

Old world charm in this place. Staff great. Building and rooms a bit outdated but clean and kept well. Pool small but nice, clean. It is a bit close to highway but the noise minimal. No restaurant, but not to far a drive to get food. Whole area charming.
