Music
and
Food
are
the
international
language
of
the
world.
I
truly
believe
it.
Open
yourself
up
to
new
worlds.
Best
way
is
food.
Each
country
is
proud
of
their
ethnic
cuisine.
They
show
their
hospitality
thru
food,
drink,
music
and
culture.
Once
you
embrace
it
you
make
a
connection
and
we
all
become
family.
Try
Casablanca
a
true
Moroccan
experience.
Here
are
a
husband
and
wife
team.
He's
Moroccan
and
she
Irish
and
German
to
create
a
family
oriented
restaurant.
On
weekends
Casablanca
offer
a
pre
fixed
dinner
menu
with
live
entertainment
in
the
form
of
a
talented
and
experienced
belly
dancer.
To
start
was
an
authentic
Moroccan
appetizers
consisting
of;
marinated
beets,
tomato
and
pepper
salad,
zealous
(
eggplant),
and
hummus.
All
with
freshly
baked
Moroccan
pita
bread.
Since
we
invited
family
and
friends
to
this
dinner
event
I
didn't
know
if
they
would
enjoy
it.
Guess
what?
It
was
a
winner.
A
BIG
winner.
Next
was
choice
of
entrees
cooked
in
an
authentic
tagine.
We
chose
the
following;
Fez
Tagine
which
is
marinated
lamb
shank
with
roasted
potatoes,
olives
and
lemon.
Kasbah
Tagine
which
is
also
marinated
lamb
shank,
apricots,
figs,
and
carmelized
onions.
Sahara
Tagine
which
is
marinated
chicken
breast
with
preserved
lemons
and
olives.
Finally,
the
Madine
Tagine
with
grilled
salmon
with
zucchini,
asparagus,
white
beans
and
tomatoes.
All
served
with
couscous
with
carmelized
onions,
raisins
and
chickpeas.
For
dessert
we
had
Baklava
and
Moroccan
mint
tea.
The
cuisine
was
a
combination
of
sweet
and
savory.
Best
to
go
with
a
crowd
and
all
trying
something
different
for
all
to
sample.
For
the
entertainment
was
a
Belly
Dancer
who
brought
the
crowd
into
the
act.
A
great
place
for
a
night
out
that
makes
you
want
to
come
back
for
more.
It's
byod,
family
owned
and
very
friendly
service.
These
owners
take
pride
in
their
restuarant.
