    I told the barista that it felt empty and all she said was sorry, I get home and scooped out so much foam. This is not a grande!! You want to charge me almost 6 bucks , which I don’t mind at all but just give me the right amount of coffee that I paid for!!! Do better!!!!!

    I love the interior, it is spacious yet cozy. It has a good work atmosphere. There is a sitting area for groups of people/friends but also good spots for a single person if you went alone. I like regular black coffee so simple americano best fits my taste but if you are in for something sweet they have really good pumpkin spiced late.

    I waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks. I thought that would be enough time, I was getting a drink for my daughter before picking her up. I had to cancel my order because I would have been late. I had ordered 2 cake pops as well not even as a sorry was I given them. There was no apology, I won’t be going back to this Starbucks. Don’t waste your time here.

    The manager here is a sweetheart and is really concerned about doing her customers right. I'm ashamed to say I don't know her name but she greets me by name every morning and I never told it to her. She just learned it off the label among the probably 400 customers they see before 10am. She's got purple hair. Can't miss her. She's great and I've seen her deal with a lot of shi....stuff.

    When taking a coffee order from someone whether it’s drive-thru or in store it’s written on the actual sticker label on the side of the cup what should be included with that specific cup order , for example extra ice means -> extra ice , add whip cream means -> add whip cream ….. pretty simple instructions to follow . For some reason this specific location cannot get it right at all at any given time

    They’re always behind with “mobile orders”. You’ll get your drink faster if you just tell the person at the Drive Thru. I placed a mobile order and another person behind me placed a order at the “window”. I was told to make a loop around the drive thru and the person behind received their drink! The biggest complaint is they always get the order wrong!

    I am a regular here and the staff does well to make sure that customers are taken care of despite the amount of people they handle. The other day some guy went off the on the baristas unprompted.They did their best to handle the situation and deescalate but he did not let up. I guess some people cant be helped. Anyways I wish the best to them and they will keep my service

    the chai latte is terrible. I've tried it a few times but it's always the same, just a cup of warm milk. Never enough flavor and never hot. Waste of money.

    I came to the shop and called out to the employees 5 times, no one answered, then she spoke scolding me. While taking the order, she continued speaking in a harsh tone without even looking at me. I said, "You can't treat me like this." The man among them said, "We won't take orders, get out of here," and called the police. They wasted my time and the only coffee I wanted to drink. Customer service is truly zero. That kid now thinks he's a hero or something. But at most it could be Thor's hammer or something.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent incident that took place at your Starbucks store located at this place. My friend visited the store with the intention of placing an order, but the service he received was far from acceptable. Upon entering the store, my friend was completely ignored by the staff. It was not only the lack of attention that was concerning but also the behavior of one of your baristas. To his shock, a woman barista raised her voice and yelled at him, creating an extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. To make matters worse, another staff member threatened to call the police, which is entirely unacceptable given the situation. This incident left my friend feeling humiliated and mistreated, which is not the experience we expect when visiting Starbucks. We believe that Starbucks is known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and this incident was a stark departure from that standard. We hope that you take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address the behavior of your employees at this location. We urge you to investigate this incident, retrain your staff on proper customer service etiquette, and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to endure such a negative experience at your store. We believe that such actions will not only rectify the situation but also maintain the reputation and trust that your brand has built over the years.     This starbucks is not organized. Cannot take orders. I asked for the same drink everytime I go there and they never get it right. Everytime I go to a different one they can do it exactly how I like it.

    I'm done with this place. Drive thru closed-yet again with plenty of staff inside. They always run out of products for our coffee. Subpar baristas. Rather drive a little further for better service.

    There is always something wrong here. Out of cups, 20 minutes behind on mobile orders, makes drinks incorrectly. The employees are always friendly, but they're like the violin players on the Titanic

    I'm a gardener and I use used coffee grounds to make compost. I called early in the morning asking if they can save me their used coffee grounds and they said they're happy to do so. When I went to pick up, none were saved. Apparently there was some miscommunication. But the people working there were super super nice and still got me two big bags of whatever they have at that time. Just remember to go during less busy hours.

    I absolutely love the workers here. I normally get the same drink everytime & today my drink was only ice! I took 3 sips and it was gone. I am not even being dramatic thats why I had to jump on here because for the price im paying i do expect it to be coffee and not just ice. Very disappointed. Dunkin is cheaper so I may just need to make that switch again. My coffee normally will last a few hours , it lasted not even 5 minutes today.

    I come here most mornings for breakfast before work. I order ahead and my food and coffee is always ready before the estimated pickup time. The staff is always so sweet and cheerful. This Starbucks is always accommodating and helpful no matter how busy it may be. Will always come to this Starbucks rather than the one by Shoprite.

    This starbucks is not efficient, poorly kept. The workers are rude and the manager is no better. The store manager should be out of a job. I ordered a drink and it took nearly 20 minutes while they served other people. I would just drive a few minutes to another location, avoid this one. Also the bahtroom was absolutely filthy.

    I ordered ,cappuccino as usual, but was worm not hot, lady taking the order was welcoming even thus the store wasn't busy at all. The location clean but things are all over. This is my favorite location to visit and will continue to be.

    I frequent to this Starbucks and the other day while I was waiting for my drinks to be done, I witnessed a harassment from one of the customers. This man almost chewed out the woman employee behind the counter, making derogatory comments and raising his voice. I never heard the barista raise her voice even once but rather even acknowledged his presence with a polite and calm demeanor. The other employee had to step in because this man was really erratic and becoming a threat to the safety and well-being of the staff. If large establishments like Starbucks prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers, incidents like harassment can be swiftly addressed and prevented. Overall, I love the barista’s that work here cause they are always accommodating and friendly compared to the other ones I've been to.

    this location is super slow and has been for as long as I can remember...waited in drive thru for 20 min was going to order a food item with my drink but did not because the staff was rude. I just ordered the drink paid $6.56 then when it comes out the window it's a small when I paid for a large!! I said two times I wanted a venti the first time I was ordering and the girl cut me off and said HOLD ON. Disorganized

    Worst Starbucks I ever been in my entire life. I’m usually not into giving bad reviews but this happened on two separate occasions! It’s been instances when I waited an unreasonable amount of time after ordering online. And the customer service is ridiculous. I love Starbucks but this locations needs to do better. Smh
